This local business offers several types of traditional bone in chicken wings, boneless wings and some delicious sides to boot. Listen! If you want some good wings from a local business, then this is your spot. I heard about this place from a friend on Facebook who visited. They had a lot of good things to say. I've been feeling blah about the wing choices in the Bentonville/Rogers area for a while so I knew I had to get some of these. Because I had to be in Fayetteville for something else, I just had to stop by and try these wings. The restaurant is designed well and looks great. I was greeted and assisted immediately when I walked through the door. Another person came and checked on me while I was waiting for the person who was helping me. I placed my order online. It was easy to use and because I was driving from Bentonville, I chose to do a future order just in case traffic was a nightmare. We didn't eat-in due to Covid but brought it back home. Because of the long drive home, the wings weren't hot anymore but they were still slightly warm due to them wrapping the wings in aluminum foil and then placing them in an aluminum foil container. We bought the 50 pack of wings and they allow you to choose up to 3 flavors. We picked Naked, Lemon Pepper, and Honey BBQ. They all were so good. Some of the best wings I've ever had. They were seasoned nicely and the sauce covered the wings very well. I highly recommend and I will definitely go back to try some of their other food (and of course the wings). I wish they were closer to me. I know they just opened but it's time for them to think about opening a second location in West Bentonville. Let's go! COVID NOTES: We didn't eat in but based on the people I saw inside, they were seating people at every other table. There were signs up to mask and to social distance. The breading is crispy and form but not overpowering. The flavor of the breading alone is enough to make your face fight for more! The straight fries were perfectly done, crisp yet light and fluffy on the inside. The buffalo and lemon pepper sauce is very unique and flavorful. It confused my tongue and brain yet quickly became an addiction. Their pickle fries will now be the standard to which I'll judge all other fried pickles going forward. We all had leftovers so even the heartiest of appetites should be satisfied before leaving. I'm summary, this place is expensive for chicken yet I'd argue it's worth the costly guilt because the quality of the food is top notch, the building is very clean and the ladies we encountered were very friendly and checked on us regularly. FINALLY!!!! NWA has a chicken wing place that serves tremendous wings with awesome flavors. I like to think of myself as a wing connoisseur. I've ate wings all over the country including at both Duffs and Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY which both claim to be the original Buffalo Wing. Today was my wife and I's first visit and it didn't disappoint. You should check out their awesome website in advance like I did to truly appreciate the work and efforts that's been done to create this food and venue. Needless to say, it did not taste great. Order at your own risk and keep an eye on the automatic text messages they send regarding your order. 2) The traditional wings were very small, dry, and chewy. The boneless wings were straight out of a frozen bag. I also ordered a couple of sides and everything tasted like it was pre-made and dumped into a fryer before serving. If you like fresh, high quality food that you can't get anywhere else, this isn't the place. However I got a 10 count bonless wing and it took over 40 minutes and they weren't even busy! 40 MINUTES. It's also overpriced as 10 wings with no drink or fries are 20 dollars. That's unless you go in the weekdays and it's 20 dollars for 10 wings a drink and fries. Still outrageous. This customer service is poor as I heard the phone ring many times and they wouldn't even answer. I also called 3 times and got no answer. It is a very clean restaurant though. OMG! Fantastic place to eat. We had chicken tenders (plump & tasty), catfish (to die for), and Shrimp ( super good). All fried to perfection. Potato Salad, fried okra, and French fries that I couldn't have asked for anything better. Service was spectacular, decor was sleek and clean. Restroom very nice and clean. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Not to mention the friendly staff and super nice owners who come out to see if things are good and sometimes ask you to try a new sauce or chicken salad they are working on. Disappointed. Disappointed that I don't live closer. Best wings I've ever had. The seasoning and breading on everything is perfect. MUST GET: Homestyle(breaded) wings dipped in honey mustard. It's not your typical yellow honey mustard. So good, and the wings are big and juicy like God intended. I ordered 6 and was full after 4. Also got the fried okra. Its FRESH baby. Okra wasn't mushy...you can tell it was a vegetable. Again, breading was perfect. Ask for ranch. And if you're into fried gizzards....get them too. Everyone there is so nice. We tried for the first time and came away very impressed! Very friendly staff with exceptional service! Our food came out hot, fresh, and faster than expected. We asked for a sampling of their most popular items since it was our first time and were not disappointed. The catfish and chicken tender fillets were huge! I'm a big eater and could have made a meal on one catfish fillet with a side or two. We also had the butterflied shrimp and chicken wings, "flat fries", and fried okra. All food was very tasty and cooked to perfection! The only area of potential improvement was the okra, which wasn't seasoned and had a few pieces that were stuck together. They just need to stir while frying, or break apart frozen pieces in the bag prior to frying, and salt each batch when removing from fryer, so easily remedied. I'm not sure why we are just now trying Chick'n Headz, but we will definitely be back! read more
