Absolutely love Junto. Visited during my first trip to Bentonville and knew I'd need to return on my next. The ceviche roll, my favorite, was sadly removed from the menu. To replace it, I had the crispy rice appetizer and tuna tataki roll. Both were fantastic. The drinks are creative and all were great, especially the espresso martini. The vibe is lovely and service has been excellent both visits.

Went with a large group for lunch on a stormy day this past fall. Service was pretty good given the size of the group, but the server had a superiority vibe towards me. Not sure what that was about unless I mispronounced a dish or something. The decor and ambiance are upscale and the prices reflect it. A non-alcoholic ginger drink was $11. Maybe it was a bar drink, but not obvious when ordering. The Tuna Poke Bowl was delicious and pretty. All the meals at the table were attractively presented. Very good quality, but you pay a premium for the ambiance.

I came to Junto for a solo dinner last week and it was amazing! I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance and was only able to find availability for 5:30pm. Fair warning that you will not find parking at this time, park at any spot you see in the vicinity. I was 30 mins late because of this but they still seated me. The service was great too, they came to check in on me a good amount of times and I got some great recommendations! Food: Yellowtail carpaccio: 10/10 it's perfect, the fish is so fresh and works perfectly with the orange oil and ponzu. The Serrano packs a necessary punch. I would eat 3 of these if I could! Hamachi Toro Aburi nigiri: it was really good and well balanced Madai nigiri: nothing too exciting but a good nigiri piece. I don't think the speciality nigiri is special enough to warrant its price. Mushroom Small Plate: this came recommended by my server and it was amazing. Mint and dill with intense mushroom umami left me wanting more! This is a must get with the carpaccio. The meal doesn't have to be too expensive if you get filling rolls but I'm not a big fan of creamy sushi so this meal was definitely pretty expensive. A great place for an occasion.

My mom and I had brunch here on Sunday. We got there at 10 and made a reservation in advance to be space, but it was pretty empty so you should be able to get in without one! The service was great- everyone was so sweet and had good recommendations. We ordered 3 dishes to share an it was all SO good. The brunch egg fried rice comes with a sweet brown curry that is incredible. The hash has a savory/sweet balance that was also incredible. And we shared the French toast which was very light, tart, and sweet. Everything was perfect for an upscale brunch!

The service was great, but this place is way overhyped. People told me this was the best food they have ever eaten, but honestly it wasn't special especially for the price.

Apps and desserts were delicious. Sushi was good, but didn't necessarily stand out compared to other places in Bentonville. Very comfortable inside and amazing service so I would definitely go back to try more dishes.

From the first step in the door, being greeted with respect and helped right away, I knew this was going to be a good experience. I ordered the bartender's recommendation, the gentleman recommended the yellow tail and it did not disappoint. I also ordered a whiskey and coke that was perfectly made. 5/5 would go back for the food, the atmosphere, and the service.

My boyfriend and I ordered the Karagee Chicken, Crispy Rice, Beef Bao Buns and a sushi roll to share and it was just enough food to fill us up with a bit left over! The karagee chicken was spicy and delicious, big portion too! The bao buns had lots of flavor and were fluffy. The crispy rice was maybe my favorite, the rice was crispy and not greasy and the tuna was so fresh. The sushi roll, I forget the name but also stunning! It's our new favorite spot in town for special dinners!

Wow, this place is outstanding. Exquisite fine dining atmosphere and the food is high quality for sure. We dined with some friends on this night and this is a great place for shareables. The menu is very impressive and options are ample so I'm confident you will certainly find something you love here. Our server was extremely nice and helpful but given my lack of familiarity with some of the menu I felt like I could benefit from a video tutorial, ha! That being said, it definitely piqued my curiosity and I hope to return many more times, whether to try some of the same or all different dishes. We all left happy campers.

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in NWA. The sushi is always prepared with precision, making the presentation something worth while. I've tried the blue crab Kaisen fried rice, yellowtail carpaccio, volcano roll, and forest dragon roll - Chef's kiss! Servers are always pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu.

    Our spicy edamame version.

We were luckily to get a reservation to this spot on a Friday night. It helped that we stayed at the hotel though. We did a mod on their edamame. I think any restaurant who offers edamame should offer one in spicy too. Which our waitress Joy created our own version and it was great! Their sushi is one of the freshest most flavorful sushi's I've had in a long time. The decor inside is stunning. Energetic mixed with classic. They have a lot of sake options....I just wish the had a hot traditional sake one. The typical sake carafe is actually used for their soy sauce. That's the only thing missing and please add to menu. Their mochurro dessert was also great. The miso caramel is....unique but their raspberry dip worked all the way. The Baja California was light, slightly spicy, and tasty. Our favorite was the tuna tataki. They way they flame kiss the tuna and onion on top brings a perfect smokey flavor without over powering it.

The most upscale and high end sushi restaurant in town. Loved the fresh sashimi and rolls, the ambience, and the exceptional service. They've thought through every single detail. My husband loves Uni from Santa Barbara and Japan, and said this place has some of the best he's ever had. Some people would say this simply can't exist in Arkansas, so you have to try it to believe it. Be prepared to spend more than you planned because it's so good, you'll order more.

Service was wonderful! Penelope was very knowledgeable about the menu and on top of everything. Food was great. We had the the shisito peppers, Kaisen fried rice, and Baja California roll. Everything was so delicious, lots of great flavors. Lychee martini was soo good!! Ambiance is great. Restaurant is beautiful, as well as the hotel, coffee shop, and bar! Felt very high end and nice.

    The very best!

Wow! Didn't realize we were staying in town on Prom and wedding weekend. Downtown crazy busy. Nick…read moreat the Compton recommended Blu. SO glad he did! Tenny was our waiter. Super job! Great recommendations and when the special we ordered was sold out we were able to change the fish for the same prep. Started with a blueberry margarita, which was tart but excellent. I like grapefruit (I peel it like an Orange and eat the wedges without sugar) so right up my alley. Even my wife (who doesn't like grapefruit) loved this drink. Had the Ceviche app. Really good. I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.
