This place. I wish I could give it a million stars. This restaurant has a secured a place in the top 5 restaurant experiences of my life. From start to finish. So many hilarious, fun, wonderful and unexpected things happened here the night that we came in. Too many to even mention. I've never had so much fun with a restaurant staff. Hands down, THE BEST. Shout out to the GM, Dillon, and to Luke with the beautiful hair for taking time to host us the ENTIRE evening. These guys had us bantering and laughing all night. Our server and her trainee were an absolute delight. So kind and attentive! I haven't even started on the food. Drool. It was all mouthwatering. It's the kind of dinner that you have dreams about. We tried a little bit of everything and they also brought us out some things "on the house" The shrimp and the short ribs we ordered were *chefs kiss* perfect. We had 2 desserts we couldn't decide between and so they just brought us both! It was such a fun night and I'll never forget it. If you have the chance to dine here while in Bentonville, do it. Wow, this place was incredible. We were in town for a wedding and stopped in for a bite, but the wait for the main dining room was over two hours. Luckily, we were able to grab a couple of seats at the bar in the hotel lobby, which serves the same menu. We started with a few cocktails, and the bartender was fantastic--super attentive and full of great recommendations. For a starter, we ordered the edamame with truffle butter, which was amazing. For entrées, we went with the chicken fried rice, rock shrimp, and a sushi roll (can't remember the name, but it was beautiful). Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The fried rice portion was huge--definitely big enough to share. By the time the roll arrived, we were already full, but it was still excellent. Absolutely love Junto. Visited during my first trip to Bentonville and knew I'd need to return on my next. The ceviche roll, my favorite, was sadly removed from the menu. To replace it, I had the crispy rice appetizer and tuna tataki roll. Both were fantastic. The drinks are creative and all were great, especially the espresso martini. Went with a large group for lunch on a stormy day this past fall. Service was pretty good given the size of the group, but the server had a superiority vibe towards me. Not sure what that was about unless I mispronounced a dish or something. The decor and ambiance are upscale and the prices reflect it. A non-alcoholic ginger drink was $11. Maybe it was a bar drink, but not obvious when ordering. The Tuna Poke Bowl was delicious and pretty. All the meals at the table were attractively presented. I came to Junto for a solo dinner last week and it was amazing! I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance and was only able to find availability for 5:30pm. Fair warning that you will not find parking at this time, park at any spot you see in the vicinity. I was 30 mins late because of this but they still seated me. The service was great too, they came to check in on me a good amount of times and I got some great recommendations! Food: Yellowtail carpaccio: 10/10 it's perfect, the fish is so fresh and works perfectly with the orange oil and ponzu. The Serrano packs a necessary punch. I would eat 3 of these if I could! Hamachi Toro Aburi nigiri: it was really good and well balanced Madai nigiri: nothing too exciting but a good nigiri piece. I don't think the speciality nigiri is special enough to warrant its price. Mushroom Small Plate: this came recommended by my server and it was amazing. Mint and dill with intense mushroom umami left me wanting more! This is a must get with the carpaccio. The meal doesn't have to be too expensive if you get filling rolls but I'm not a big fan of creamy sushi so this meal was definitely pretty expensive. A great place for an occasion. read more

My mom and I had brunch here on Sunday. We got there at 10 and made a reservation in advance to be space, but it was pretty empty so you should be able to get in without one! The service was great- everyone was so sweet and had good recommendations. We ordered 3 dishes to share an it was all SO good. The brunch egg fried rice comes with a sweet brown curry that is incredible. The hash has a savory/sweet balance that was also incredible. The menu is very impressive and options are ample so I'm confident you will certainly find something you love here. My short rib and her sushi roll tasted like the chef dumped the entirety of the of the salter on our dishes and called it good. For that price I was hoping for something better than a salt lick. I think any restaurant who offers edamame should offer one in spicy too. Which our waitress Joy created our own version and it was great! Their sushi is one of the freshest most flavorful sushi's I've had in a long time. The decor inside is stunning. Energetic mixed with classic. They have a lot of sake options....I just wish the had a hot traditional sake one. The typical sake carafe is actually used for their soy sauce. That's the only thing missing and please add to menu. My husband loves Uni from Santa Barbara and Japan, and said this place has some of the best he's ever had. The sashimi and nigiri were fresh and top quality and the hot dishes were equally good. Favorites were the chicken teriyaki, yellowtail carpaccio (though this was too spicy for my husband), Baja California roll, crispy rice and kanpachi. Service was attentive and our order was coursed out evenly throughout the evening. The space itself had a great vibe and, as with every place we visited over the weekend, they had some great art. I booked a reservation for my 21st birthday and when I arrived I had one of the best tables in the restaurant, a handwritten letter written card from all of the staff, and a glass sake set. A wonderful dining experience in whole. The food was delicious, and in my opinion, the perfect upscale sushi restaurant that Bentonville was missing. Quality of the fish and all the ingredients were fresh and perfect. Our server was quick, polite, and helpful despite only having worked there for barely over a month. While new to finer dining, she made up for inexperience for with her attentiveness and attitude. Ambience was great and enjoyable for groups as well as intimate dinners. The only hiccup was in their reservation system. We arrived at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm reservation. After hanging out at the bar for 15 mins, we checked back in to have to wait for an additional almost 30 minutes to be seated due to underestimating dining time and the proper table layout. I believe this was a symptom of being a new restaurant versus a symptomatic issue and believe they will get it fixed. Once they have this figured out, I'll definitely change it to a 5 star status. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and enjoy another meal here. read more
