We have come here many times for an ice cold beer and some snacks, as well as for the friendly bar service. The food is solidly consistent and delicious. The ambiance here is small town Texas, with a pool table and some games available for entertainment. It is a popular place for families, as well.

Worse burger in Grapevine. Cooked beyond belief into a barely edible disc with zero seasoning. Really was trash can worthy and not even worth trying to eat. Never again. Too many decent burger spots around to mess with this nasty place.

    More burnt offerings....

Ate their twice this week...burger was great and cod on Friday was good....HOWEVER....take a look at these fries....dark brown, some black...looks like they were RE-fried and served up as a burnt sacrifice. When we ate there during the week, the fries were absolutely cooked perfectly along w the burger. These burnt offering we served up w the cod. I asked for another order to replace these and got the SAME ones....aauuggh.... Server was very nice and agreed with me about the ugly sad fries.

We haven't been here a very long time, and it's much bigger than I remembered! They have inside seating, outside seating and bar seating, which includes a pool table! There are TVs everywhere, with pretty much everything that's on, available for watching! Inside, It has an older, somewhat rustic look... while at the same time looking like it's a new finish-out which is very clean and well-maintained! All of the staff, were very friendly and quick to meet all of our needs, including taking the order and bringing the check! NOTE: They have again gone back to table service. My wife got the double cheeseburger and I got Texas chili dog, both of which were very good! We got onion rings, which were excellent! I have to give a shout out to Stephanie, our waitress! She did an excellent job! This is absolutely a must come back to you or try if you have it!

Change is good! This place changed the way they sit customers. Its now a restaurant with servers and at first I was very iffy about it but now, I get it! The server I had was awesome. He was attentive and friendly and handled us with ease! The food came out quick and it was delicious!! I got some garlic fries and a brisket quesadilla and it was very VERY good!! Overall, great experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Nepalese/Indian cuisine on Main Street!…read more We stopped by Karma and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal! Will absolutely be back!

The Himalayan thali was the highlight naan so soft it felt like clouds, and lentil curry that carried deep, cozy flavors. The chowmein with lamb and chicken had that smoky stir-fry kick, and the momos were a joy to try. The butter tikka momos were creamy and rich, while the choila momos with the chef's sauce brought a spicy spark that stayed with me. The drinks matched the season perfectly. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. Even during busy hours the staff stayed friendly, though the food took a little longer to arrive. Still, the service felt welcoming. Altogether, the mix of food, drinks, and atmosphere made the evening memorable in its own way.

She's sharp,…read morequick-witted, and actually pays attention to what's going on around her--something that clearly isn't consistent across the rest of the floor. While other servers seemed more focused on socializing with regulars than doing their jobs, Taylor stood out immediately. She stayed engaged, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything was handled without needing to be asked twice. That's not luck--that's professionalism. She brings a mix of intelligence and humor that makes the experience better without being forced or over the top. More importantly, she executes. Orders are right, timing is right, and the overall experience feels intentional--not neglected. If you're going to Rowdy Cowboy, don't leave it to chance. Ask for Taylor by name. She's an asset to that place, and based on what I saw, she's setting a standard others there aren't meeting

My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (5 Stars if you only care about service) Atmosphere - It's pretty electric. There is a large bar in the middle, tons of bar seating, and during my Thursday visit for lunch, it was packed. The vibes are good, and tons of TVs are showing sports. If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Rowdy Cowboy knows exactly what it does well, and believe me it does it well. In fact, out of all the restaurants in this genre, Rowdy Cowboy has the friendliest staff. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.

I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.
