When he came home and I saw he had new shoes I said why didn't you tell me because I need a new pair. So we returned to the store and the cashiers who works extremely friendly remembered him and he said I should've brought my wife here he said by chance, can we get the shoes for her at the 50% off price and I said sure not a problem. And I showed him the shoes that I was wearing that I've had for years. I said I'd like a pair just like this. The salesman took me right to the shoe and I was able to pick out what I wanted and he checked off to make sure everything was OK if I needed help. He's very friendly very helpful. I bought a new pair of shoes went to the cash register got them for 50% off. Got my husband's military ID discount and I signed up for their email and got another 10% off. So in the end instead of paying almost $100 for a pair of shoes I only paid $32. I'm extremely pleased and I will go back.

There were three employees and only one of them seemed to be doing anything at all. The others were doing laps around the store without talking to any customers. I noticed an elderly lady who really needed some help just walk out After trying on many different shoes for an hour, I settled on an expensive pair of sandals. When I went to pay for them, an employee let me know they had a buy-one-get-half off.....so I went to search for a second pair of shoes. He insisted I leave the sandals I picked out up front so I didn't have to carry them. When I went back to pay, he tried to charge me for the box of shoes at the counter...which were not mine. If not for the female employee who was paying attention, the cashier would have sold me another persons shoes! The sandals I selected were gone (prolly sold to another customer by accident!). After 90 minutes of no service by any of the employees....my time was utterly wasted. While the sandals were nice, they were not worth this frustration. I will never, ever, ever go back to ANY skechers. This experience is a really great example of why brick and mortar stores are failing. Its not the economy....its the subpar service that alienates customers.

SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER FIRST NAME ( keep in mind she is a manager ) Then i asked one of the employees for her first name and the employee refused as well. I kept asking her and she refused over and over again till the point that two people that didn't know what happened stepped in and said ( HEY MAN YOU ARE HARASSING HER LEAVE HER ALONE ) bruh. Firstly I wanted to say that I am a devoted chicos customer. I usually shop online for the…read moreconvenience but this month decided to go to the store at my local mall. The first time I went this month was a week day and in the early am so not crowded. I was greeted promptly by the sales associate and she was helpful. I went back last weekend and it was a Sunday and of course much busier. There were 6 people on duty and not one of them greeted me even when they saw me they just walked by. 3 of the associates were at the check out desk chatting. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service especially in such a high end store. I was made to feel unimportant and that is a bad feeling if you are a customer. I had money to spend but chose to leave and go elsewhere. If I ever shop with them again it will be online.
