As always at Chifa du Kang (any location), fast service and delicious food. Portions are enormous and we always have to ask for boxes to take home.

This is my second visit in the past three months, and I absolutely love the food here. The wonton soup is one of the best I've ever had--I crave it all the time. My favorite dish is the Pollo Chi Jau Kay: the chicken is incredibly crunchy and delicious, and the sauce tastes like a rich, savory gravy. The chifa dishes are always packed with protein and vegetables, and everything is made fresh to order. Portions are very generous, two entrée's plus a soup could easily feed a family of four. The staff is friendly and attentive, the interior is very cute, and the restaurant is always clean. Overall, I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving Chinese food with a Peruvian twist.

Chifa Du Kang far exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love the food-it's authentic Asian-Peruvian cuisine, packed with bold Asian flavors and cooked fresh to order. If you're craving Chinese food, don't just walk-run to this place. For reference I ordered the fried wontons, Sopa Soy Kao, & Arroz Chaufa Especial. Everything was amazingly delicious!!! You won't be disappointed! Ask for Paola-she is incredibly sweet and kind. She was friendly and super helpful in guiding me through the menu. Overall, Paola was phenomenal! The managers, Osmany and Yduam, were also great-they stopped by the table frequently to check on me. Food and service are both 5 out of 5 stars. l'll definitely be back with friends and family!

Chifa du kang is one of a kind. If you like peruvian food, while there are many restaurants in miami, this is the only one as far as I know that offers chifa. My partner is peruvian and loves this place. Food is delicious , asian spin on peruvian, favorite dish is the lomo saltado! The ambiance is unique you will notice a lot of locals there and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I gotta say the meal portions are huge and the price is very reasonable. Very homey and cozy and you get fortune cookies at the end. Make suee to also sign up for their app to collect points and get discounted meals

I went here because of all their great reviews. We came for lunch and we were seated right away and our server was friendly and came to our table right away to give us our menus and to take our drink orders. We asked for water and they bought us cold water in a glass bottle with a silver cup full of ice with a tong to grab the ice. The place was simple, clean, wide open with comfortable seating. The parking lot was busy but we were able to find parking. Unfortunately their lunch menu had to be translated for us. It was in Spanish, but their main menu was in English and Spanish. I ordered from their lunch menu. I had chicken with vegetable and brown rice with the choice of fried wonton. My girlfriend had from their main menu vegetables with noodles. The food was good. It was fresh except for the chicken I had in my order. It was very dry and in small pieces and I would not recommend the chicken. For a few dollars more I would order from their main menu. Except for the dry small chicken pieces in my order the food was good. Vegetables were cooked perfect and seasoned well. I was not completely disappointed and I would give this place another try.

This feels like you're eating at home. The portions are oversized and consistently prepared every time you come. It feels like your grandmother's cooking your favorite meal every time.

After checking out all the local Peruvian & Chinese fusion, we are now regulars at this Chifa. Loooooove everything about this local family owned establishment! First off, location has easy strip mall parking. Secondly, terrific dedicated & friendly bilingual staff. Thirdly, great mixed menu choices with pictures for easy reference with different price points. Fourthly, evErYtHiNg is made with attention to quality & presentation, served in good time. Lastly, food is SO beyond fantastic. No cooking shortcuts exist here! Check out my pix for my particular foodie faves. Then, Check it out if you're in the area with a hankering for high quality reasonably priced Peruvian/Chinese. It's totally #worthit! Thx 4 following me & Happy yelping!

Paula was our waitress and I was eating dinner with my father. I had the chicken Chifa and my father had lomo saltiado. Both dishes were delicious. Paula was very informative and friendly. She recommended my father's dish and recommended the passion fruit dessert which is her favorite dessert. I ordered the passion fruit dessert and it was great. Great restaurant with polite staff. Will come again with family.

First, let me clarify what a Chifa is if you are unfamiliar with the term. Chifa refers to Peruvian Chinese food and restaurants serving that type of cuisine. I was craving Chifa, and I'm so happy I finally went to try Chifa Du Kang. It is tough to recreate that cuisine style here in the U.S., but Chifa Du Kang has the traditional flavor as if you were eating at any Chifa in Peru. We went for lunch, and they had a lunch and a regular menu. When you visit a Chifa in Peru, typically, you order family combos with rice, noodles, proteins, these amazing fried wontons, and drinks. This time, my party ordered from the lunch menu options. It was amazing and exactly what I needed. Portions were substantial for the price. The Arroz Chaufa (rice) was so tasty! My husband ordered a lomo saltado Chifa style, from the regular menu, which was so delicious, cooked in a wok. We all loved our food choices, and I can't wait to be back in Miami the next time I'm there. And don't forget that a Chifa is incomplete without Inka Kola (Peru's most popular soda). Service was fantastic and the place has plenty of seats to accommodate small and large groups. My only recommendation is to be patient with parking especially during peak hours. The parking on the plaza where the Chifa is located is tricky and spaces are narrow.

Came here with my family. First time trying Chinese Peruvian food, which was delicious. From the siomai to the fried rice, to the lo mein, duck, etc. All the flavors were great!! The portions are perfect for big groups and you're still left with food to take home. The waitress was also very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to try if you're craving good food.

As soon as you're seated, you get offered hot tea and water. The hot tea is good. The waiter provided some great suggestions. To eat, I tried the fried shrimp taro cake, fried crab rangoon, pan fried pork dumplings and special lomein. The fried shrimp taro cake was the best thing I've tried that day. It was delicious and I could eat this all day, everyday. The fried crab rangoon was also delicious and I will definitely order it again. The pork dumplings were tasty too. The special lomein had pork, chicken and shrimp and it was very good. It also came with white rice, which was had no seasoning, but that was expected. The special lomein is definitely a shareable dish. Overall, the service was good and the food was very tasty. I was also very surprised how affordable it was. This is definitely a place I would return when I'm craving Chinese food.

This Chinese…read morerestaurant is near my home and I frequently see it, but had never tried it until I noticed that the place I usually go for Chinese food was not on any of my delivery apps. Consequently, when I decided it was a night for takeout and eating in front of the television, I figured why not. Canton Lee has a nice menu with all of the usual Chinese American choices. They have both lunch and combination dinner specials, which are very reasonably priced. But what really struck me was did they list all of my favorite dishes for takeout and they are well priced as well. My mother, a blessed memory, and still the love of Chinese food and me, and she would never start a meal without three distinct things. Wonton soup, spareribs (on the bone, of course), and egg roll. I ordered these items and they're not just tasted great but they were so good thst they even were able to bring back. Great memories (Sidenote: Dad loved pork strips and yatke mein soup which I rarely find these days.). Moving onto the main dishes, I ordered the Dragon and Phoenix, which is a mixture of sautéed shrimp and orange chicken. Their iteration is not spicy like I prefer, but it's really good. I love that. The chicken is still crispy even for takeout and is always nice, moist chicken breast. Maybe next time I will ask if they make it spicy. The second Dish that I ordered is Assorted Wonton which is beef, chicken and shrimp. Sautéed in a garlic sauce with pork wontons. The vegetables mixed in are extremely fresh and the sauce is delicious. I like this dish a lot although the wontons are these flat things that are a little bit strange to me and I would prefer the more robust ones I have had at other restaurants. The young chow fried rice is a huge hit for me as it is not only delicious but a huge quantity is packed into the container. Mixed into the rice, our combination of meat, chicken, and seafood, making this a perfect side dish or even main dish. There are many things in the menu I'd like to try but have not gotten around to yet. Regrettably I forgot to take pictures, but will add them at some point. I cannot comment on the ambience. as I have not been to the restaurant. What I can say, however is the both times that I have ordered the food was delivered quicker than expected. It arrives hot. Perhaps the only complaint that I have and it is not a very big one is that when I do the takeout order I check off the box to include utensils and plates, but neither time were they included. Again, not a big deal, but they should not offer that if they're not going to do it. So overall, I'm rating this specifically as a takeout restaurant as this is the only experience I have with them and as far as that goes, they are at the top of my list.

It turns out that while some of what I paid for was not fully boxed to go as requested, one of my items (combination fried rice,) merely looked too small in the to go container. I assumed that after seeing the other container which was clearly missing a fair of congee, that the fried rice was also missing food but this was not that the case after putting it in a plate. I am correcting my review so as to not overreact and unfairly disparage an otherwise wonderful expereince. To start they have a very big menu, with a lot of choices. The food we received was very good food with good portions. Good, relaxed family atmosphere. The servers were nice as well. I had a great time while I was there and the food was priced affordably. I got the Szechuan pork intestine with hot peppers, Pork and thousand year old egg congee, the combination fried rice, crab rangoons, and Hong Kong Wonton Soup while my colleague got Egg Foo Young for herself. Each item was delicious and I highly recommend. Personally I have a very high spice tolerance so maybe be careful with the Szechuan pork intestines if you do not. I thought it was amazing, personally. This was also my first time having congee and the server chopped up the egg into pieces when she served it which was considerate of her. The pork was in small bits scattered throughout the congee and the flavor was wonderful, a very comforting dish. Got the HK Wonton soup based on recommendations from reviews online and it did not disappoint. The wontons are shrimp/pork I believe, and they were seasoned exquisitely which paired nicely with the subtle broth and the vegetables (I think baby bok choy and green onions). Crab rangoon did not disappoint either and was a great value for the quality and portion. Not to mention the great sauces they gave on the side (hot mustard, orange sauce, chili oil, andred sauce (for the rangoon)) as well as the hot tea they left in a kettle on the table (tasted like oolong but not sure). The tea in particular always welcome on my table to help digest such a feast. I really would like to give this place 5 stars. However, seeing as I did order a lot of food, when it came time to pay the check I asked for to-go containers. They asked to do it themselves to which I agreed. Unfortunately in this process, a fair amount of the congee, which I loved and wanted to eat later, was not packed. If they had run out of larger soup containers since it was the end of the evening I can understand that, but only giving me a small container that wasn't even filled is really regrettable. At least give me two of the smaller containers if that is the case, I know how much congee was left before handing it to be boxed and what I got was not even close. Realistically I can only mark down a maximum of 1.5 stars off from that but I am rounding up for conventional purposes because other from that misstep it was really a magnificent experience. I do recommend and I would return.

My wife is a fan of honey chicken, and the reviews that I read online spoke highly of it. This dish did not disappoint at all. Lightly breaded unlike so many Chinese restaurants where you have to dig for the chicken through a very starchy coating. This was delicious moist chicken breast with a light and tasty breading. The honey sauce was in a separate container, which was nice as the food arrived. Still crispy and delicious. We all enjoyed this dish immensely. The second dish we ordered was called Four Seasons, presumably for the four proteins which were chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef. The shrimp was described as Jumbo shrimp but calling them jumbo would be a stretch and the fact that they were difficult to even find in the dish as I think there were only two or three total. The beef and chicken were cooked reasonably, but the pork must've been cooked a while before the dish and was so tough and difficult to chew that I gave up and threw it out. The vegetables were overcut as well and were soggy and essentially tasteless. Exact opposite of the honey chicken this is a dish that I could never recommend. Lastly was the shrimp fried rice. There were a fair amount of shrimp although they didn't seem to be well distributed to the rice and all seem to be near the top of the container. That may have been coincidence. The rice itself was a bit salty otherwise had virtually no flavor. It was very disappointing. Overall, the delivery was quick and the honey chicken was superb. The rest of the meal was not memorable and there are too many places with better overall food for me too risk another disappointment by ordering from there again. Although I might just order some honey chicken and skip the rest.
