DFPS dropped by this school but found nothing. it is difficult to prove wrongdoing when dfps drops by for a short amount of time.

Everyone from the office staff to teachers have been amazing, especially during the crazy Covid times. We struggled at first with the new precautions being taken (so did our son), but now it's easy breezy! Everyone is so friendly and they really make an effort to make you feel part of a family. The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.

From the very first day, the staff made my children feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They treat the kids like family, and it shows in how happy and excited my little ones are to go every morning. The teachers are patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping the kids learn and grow. I've noticed so much progress in my children's social skills, confidence, and learning since they started here. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my kids are in great hands. Food : We selected no beef as kids don't really enjoy cheese burgers/hot dogs. But even on the pizza days they were served turkey hot dogs and most days kids would tell us they did not finish lunch. After first day, they were not served milk on any day. I would have written this review if not for the experience on 8/7. One of our daughter fell from the monkey bars on her left arm during the morning recess Teacher or administrative staff did not notify us about the injury or let us know once we went to pick her up in the afternoon around 2pm. My daughter ended up waiting 4 hrs in pain and was given icepack once in that 4hrs. We had to take her to urgent care to find out she had a buckle fracture in her arm and has to wear sling for 4 weeks and no activities for 6 weeks. Extremely unprofessional and negligent staff with zero accountability! I will never send or recommend anyone to use their service

We love the teachers, the administrative team, and have celebrated many milestones with classmates & their parents. KA fosters a fun, safe, and healthy environment for the kids, teachers, and parents. The teachers are always creating engaging learning activities for my son. The teachers are super helpful with techniques of transition like bottles to cups, pacifier weening, eating solids, trying new foods, potty training, riding a tricycle, etc. Drop-offs are a breeze, my son looks forward to seeing his friends and teachers each day (if they are on vacation he totally welcomes the change with ease bc all of the teachers are fantastic and he is familiar with all of them) Pickups are also joyful, the excitement to see me and joy to end the day by giving hugs and sharing goodbyes around the classroom and through out the hallways fills my heart! During COVID their mask mandate, dropoff/pickup routine and cleaning protocols kept our minds at complete ease (for our little guy health and a member in our household personal health concerns during unprecedented times).
