Terrible! They lie! they schedule services and say they will provide care but do nothing during a visit and just bill the insurance! Wasted time and money! The coordinator does not know what she is doing she says one thing and during the visit acts like she doesn't know what is what the appts are for. unprofessional. my child went in the first time with an emergency I spoke to them and explained what the issue was they said they could treat it and the Dr just looked in her mouth and schedule 2 weeks out my child ended up in pain the whole 2 weeks! They scheduled a consult with ortho. Planned the care and treatment needed!!! After weeks for the appt we miss work and school and AFTER tbey collected the $500 tbey said the ortho changed the plan and nothing would be done AGAIN during that visit!!! No accountability the coordinator blames the Dr and no one made themselves responsible! read more

Horrible service!!! I called the dentist to informed them that my sons crown had fallen and I wanted to schedule an emergency appointment. The doctor told me that there were a few emergency cases ahead of my son so he would have to wait but we were welcomed to come and wait. The receptionist informed me that they close at 5, I was 1 hour away but when I got to their office at 3:30 the office was already closed no notes and no messages. This was not the first time they do this. The dentist takes days off during the week for conferences and closes the office without notice to their patients! They have demonstrated that our business does not matter to them. The receptionist told me that if I should just go somewhere else. If you want your dentist to be available during business hours I recommend you go somewhere else. I am updating this because this dentist thinks they could lie. The dentist the pretended to treat my son came in an immediately started yelling at me "how dare you post any NEGATIVE comments on yelp" my son immediately got off the chair and freaked out. Ohh FYI I was offered a discount in order to take off my comment. Now I am going to the BBB, ohh and I found a wonderful dentist that treats myself and son with dignity. read more

I have been taking my four children 2 Children's Dentistry for over 10 years. This includes regular cleaning, emergency dental care, and orthodontia. The office environment has always been pleasant (children love the massive tropical fish tank installed at floor level, allowing them to see the creatures at eye level), and the staff are absolute pros: both polite and helpful. The clinical staff consistently comport themselves with a calm demeanor, which always made my children feel safe while undergoing their cleanings and procedures. I am most grateful at this time when my youngest, now 16, broke her tooth. We were able to get her in for an excellent repair to her smile, even during heavy-handed government restrictions on local businesses. Children's Dentistry's front office is super-organized. They make outgoing calls for appointment reminders (very helpful). They even send text messages for our children's birthdays. Now that my four are almost all grown up, they go to the adult dentist. Just last week, my 19 year old son had his wisdom teeth out and stopped in today for his follow up. Children's Dentistry has my recommendation, without reservation. This office has the ability to strive and excel above the rest. However, the front desk needs to learn some basic customer service skills and run the office efficiently. The office Manager herself needs to "manage" her team and help the Doctors who own the business solidify themselves as a reputable, specialty office that caters to children. Particularly those with special needs, such as my Son. We were referred to this office for an extraction with anesthesia. As it was, my Son could not be treated at our dental office because of his anxiety level and inability to sit still. I would have to say that every phone call was greeted with a nonchalant attitude and lack luster personality. The Office Manager is far more personable, but seems to lack basic computer skills. Because I am probably one of the few percent who actually paid cash for our services and have an FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to submit to, getting a proper receipt for services rendered was hell! I wont get into the finer details, but all I will say is that they were not accommodating and weren't willing to offer any solutions but to WAIT until my insurance company supplied me with an EOB (explanation of benefits). Well, that took three weeks and whats worse is that they only accept cash or credit card, no checks! I don't carry $1043 in cash so writing a check would have been most preferred. So, I didn't get reimbursed by my flexible spending account until three weeks later because the office Manager did not know how to adjust the invoice properly to reflect what I actually paid, which was several hundred dollars up front. Even more annoying was that they could only fax the receipt they forgot to give me. They promised to mail it but never did then lied about it. Asking them to email the receipt was a bigger issue, because they didn't know how! Well, um--- this is when you convert a file to PDF or take a screen shot! Back to the front office staff. They are robots who don't care about their job or the clients. They sit there and talk, talk, talk, answer the phones occasionally and talk some more! Get the picture here? Oh and, don't expect a courtesy call that they are running very late! You will just have to sit there and wait. read more

The office was very clean however I got quoted a price and paid 5 dollars more and was charged upfront before being taken into the back. The visit was for xrays, cleaning and consultation. The ladies were really nice and took care of my kid with balloons and toys which was cool. Then the ladies started with the cleaning which was just a polish and fluoride only, no flavor option for the kiddo just laid him down and went for it.This took under 10 minutes to complete. Never flossed his teeth and no dental picks or other tools were used. No xrays were done because they said that with the fee paid they would only do xrays if necessary. Given that we have come here for 14 years. We moved out of state and my youngest 5 yrs old had some dental care needs. In Indiana they wanted to put her to sleep after going to 3 different dentist. We were not fan of the process and scared. We contacted Dr. Saeedi in California and he right away said he could see her. I send him the copy of her x-rays and he said no anesthesia would be given. Now mind you my 16 yr old had been here at age of 2 and had 4 front teeth removed and appliance put in place with no anesthesia nor complications. So we flew out here and with in less than 45 min my baby girl was out and painless. All 3 of my kids don't fear walking in because the attention and care they receive. My daughter needed crowns and I was so nervous about having my daughter sedated for the procedure. She has anxiety and is terrified of any sort of doctor/dentist office visit. They offer more options than complete IV sedation such as oral and/or gas. Dr. Trina took the time to go over the different options with me and helped me feel at ease. She also impressed my daughter so much that she thinks she is a "princess dentist" and told her she loved her on our last visit. She talks to the kids before, during, and after their procedure. I was referred here by my friend after having multiple negative visits with other so called children's dentist. Brought my 3 yr and 5yr , they felt very welcomed by staff, child friendly environment. They definitely did their homework with bedside manners with the client age population, as well as de escalate parent anxiety ,when your child is having a procedure. They explain everything thoroughly and patiently. Today my 5yr had to have conscious sedation for cavity repair. Not once did he cry and or have to be forcefully tied down. Vs our past experience in other dentist, where he was tied down , with same sedation, he cried through ALL procedure.
