Warning to everyone that I've recommended this place to, they have new leadership that is terrible. Teachers are leaving and enrollment is down. You used to walk in to a joyful with parents congregating in the lobby to plan play dates and laughter throughout the building. Staff have been there for sometimes decades and turnover was low. It's why I selected the location. Now the lobby is filled with cold and difference. Individuals barely looking up from their computers except for one person, Jennifer, who was he a prior to the transition and is a light and what has become a difficult place to leave my kids. Leadership doesn't even recognize children by name and at one point stated they are not the ones that pay the tuition. Previous leadership (and I saw three different teams) that had gone through knew every child's name, their preferences, and their personalities. They are actively involved in the classrooms and day-to-day operations. Now there is a corporate front. Leadership is completely disconnected. Within weeks of of the transition the entire culture has shifted and I have two kiddos that no longer want to go to school. Some of their friends have left to go to other institutions and some of their most favored teachers have put notice. It is absolutely devastating. I have so long recommended this place as the ultimate example of a phenomenal daycare and now I am weighing the options for where we're going to go next. It greatly saddens me the post this because we have amazing memories. A couple of months in, it appears this is not a transitional difficulty but a permanent culture that's being instilled. It is your children the most important decision you can make is who is watching them when you're not with them and I would not recommend this facility.

We are very excited to enroll our youngest child in the infant room next month. Also, a note to my fellow working parents, the operating hours are excellent. This facility is extremely accommodating of a working parent's schedule. The center also offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks. And they don't take extended "holiday breaks" like many other daycares do. I truly have no complaints, this school has been perfect for us.

My son loves coming to school every day because his friends and teachers are patient, caring, and kind. He always says Mrs. Elledge and Ms. Tae are his favorite teachers. My son struggled at other schools but Mrs. Elledge welcomed him with genuine care and intention to understand him and guide him through the Montessori program. It is a school that develops the whole child and where each child is seen as an individual. This means children are taught academics at their pace, taught how to engage with their environment and classmates with respect, and where the teachers have a relationship with each child.
