Daycare review We've…read morehad such a wonderful experience at Xplor! Our son started here at just 12 weeks old, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring environment. Miss Marilynn,the principal, and Alice the VP are so compassionate and genuinely take the time to know every child and family, which really makes you feel like family. The infant room teachers--Dani, Danniette, Farzaneh, Yasmin, and Lexi--are all amazing. I 100% trust they are caring for our baby like one of their own! I am actually sad to be moving to the next room soon, however I am sure the new teachers will be just as great. We toured many schools before finally choosing Xplor, comparing different criteria ranging from safety, cost, staff..so far Xplor has not let us down looking forward to many more years here!

Every year they make the prices of the extras more expensive. and with someone who rarely has enough time to get money out of their wallet, I can't usually get what I went on the side. but there are some up sides to the school. I said an application for student council and this is the best upside to my life. The teachers are pretty bad and a couple of them should definitely get fired a fourth grade teacher named Miss Sherman yes that is her real name should definitely get fired, because one time she wouldn't let me get breakfast when she could clearly see me going to the cafeteria and said it was a miscommunication. She learned to wait her turn, the value of her peers, manners, and was potty trained. At the age of 3 she transitioned into the primary classroom. While the expectation was high, my child did not transition well. Rather than meet the child where they are and modify the program, they tried to modify my child. As a result she retaliated to the point that she was no longer "allowed" to participate with her peers for meals, or even playground time. It wasn't until we left CMS and I had her evaluated by educators far more experienced and qualified than the staff at CMS that I was reassured that she was just behaving poorly due to being in a stressful environment. My word of caution to other parents out there is that CMS is not a school of inclusion but rather exclusion. Maria Montessori would have never allowed for such a hostile "learning environment" or exclusive parameters from her "guide." I would definitely seek out other alternatives before enrolling at this school simply because of this experience.
