Her teachers accept her for who she is and they embrace it. Our youngest started in the infant room and I never once had to worry about a single thing. The best, top notch teachers I have ever met. I also respect and appreciate that they don't sugar coat things, if my child was having behaviors the teachers are very professional and take the time to talk with me about it and how we can work together as a team to improve the behaviors. I can speak personal that they've helped my daughter with lots of development that I wasn't seeing when she was at her other daycare!! Ive been alerted anytime there has been an issue and they have parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child's growth! Even as I've always notified them of bacterial and viral infections (as all parents should do), and furnishing them with copies of his lab test results! They say that they post notice up inside of the building (in the hallway windows/doors of the classrooms) whenever an infection/disease is reported, but I have NEVER seen one anywhere. The education is a joke. My child experienced serious regression in his learning once he began attending there. There is little to no education being taught there for young children. They don't have the time for it! They are always at or exceeding max capacity while always being understaffed. It's all 1 person can do to keep diapers clean, and even that is a struggle because my son always came home with either diaper rash or irritation under his diaper. Also, hats off to grandparent that commented on the behaviors and attitudes of the staff! The front office staff are indecent, two-faced, unscrupulous/unprincipled and FULL of bad attitude. They're all fake and play favorites. If you're not a favorite then you're served with constant disrespect, repeated accounts of infringement on your civil rights as a parent/parental rights, fed full of lies, and disregarded just like a piece of trash. They also act like they have more authority over your own child than you do. I know for a fact that they have pissed off A LOT of parents there. I wish more parents would come forward and bring awareness on what it's really like having a child enrolled there. At least a young child.

My granddaughter has learned how to defend herself going to this daycare. She comes home almost daily, not everyday but at least 3 to 4 days a week with bites all over her. I sign the incident report. They say it's not big deal this is what kids do. I don't make a big deal out of it I understand. I mean it's not really a big deal to them either so.... Well last week one of the teachers was disciplining her. Then sat next to her and turned her back towards her to show her she was mad at my granddaughter. My 32 pound 2 year old granddaughter then kicked her in the back. This teacher now walks around with a limp and is blaming the child. My granddaughter got kicked out of school that day and we had to pick her up. Now mind you the day before I had a very upset teacher explain to me how my granddaughter bit her and ran from her at the playground. She was very upset this was very bad. I hope this teacher 's OK... So the point of the story is it's OK for my granddaughter to come home with bites all over her and that's no big deal but if a teacher/adult experiences the same thing then that's not okay. Now let's talk about the communication. They will not respond to your emails they will not listen to you or your concerns. The other review stating the policy as far as a week free and contact them two weeks in advance is correct. We did this we emailed we communicated in person they told us yes they got the notice. And then they overdrafted my daughters account because they didn't make the adjustment. My daughter asked for a refund for the NSF fee that she received. They agree to this. I feel that's great customer service and didn't have any negative thoughts until the next week. After this all we've had is attitude and lack of communication. If we ask a question the answer "okay have a nice day" with straight up attitude. No they do not listen. Her last day was Friday. Her father picked her up. The last thing they said to us was "GOOD LUCK WITH ALL THAT." My response is

We were highly recommended to bring our daugthers ( ages 8 and 6 now) here. The experience has been amazing and I cannot thank Kids r Kids enough of how they have made an impact to both my daughters life. Top reasons to consider Kids r Kids: 1. The staff are all very well trained, very kind and helpful. 2.The facility is immaculate. Clean and sanitize to keep the germies at bay. 3.Abundance of activities for children of all ages. 4.Opens up at 630 am to 630pm, perfect for working parents for drop off and pick up. 5.After school care for my elementary girls, all day care for the infants and summer camp available. 6.Kids love the food :) Field Trips and play ground area. 7.My girls get their homework done and always ask for help if needed. My kids have learned so much through the years, from abcs and numbers to potty training and table manners. There have been some wonderful teachers over the years that have moved onto other careers, but the director Ms. Allyson does a remarkable job finding other awesome teachers and keeping up the excellent quality of this school. She knows every kid's name, and is very passionate about education and well-being of all the kids. Currently I have a nanny at home with my child and I'm all for not choosing cost over care, if you're lucky enough to even do this given how insanely priced good care is, but parents are too busy to find time to swing by or wait on hold just to get the prices. I can assure these facilities this is the wrong approach. Whether a parent sees your pricing prior to a visit or after won't change the decision. In fact I'd argue that by withholding the pricing it could be worse since the sheer shock of the cost might steer them away whereas being able to compare costs from multiple providers along with the educators of each school, services provided and facilities would allow them to see the value for the cost. In any event I did a tour at Crème and I did find the inside impressive. I felt the under two area a little lacking on activities but it was a brief tour and maybe they bring in more things during class. The teacher I met was nice, but a little over the top in my opinion. I'm all for making someone new feel welcome, but it has to also feel genuine. I could see how if all you looked at was the facility you would be immediately sold, but I wasn't. I also didn't like that they had all this fancy tech, but didn't have live stream video? Why bother if everything is so delayed? When you walk in you see a whole wall of screens showing live feed video so it's obviously setup for that. In Mexico its standard to have live stream now so I know it must be fear of legal action that keeps these schools from implementing it. I know there's some crazy parents out there so I understand, but again that's not enough of a reason not to implement what parents want. Most of us just want to be able to check in and see our sweetie when we get a moment. The woman who gave me the tour was also nice and followed up with a text and email. If I were to give advice to someone looking for a child under 2 to get a nanny instead as they are about $1,500 month full time and will make your life a lot easier. If you're looking for your child 2+ then it's a decent option for the area albeit the high cost. I will say their menu for meals and the fact that they provide both diapers and wipes is a huge plus for busy parents! Less things to remember and worry about in the morning. If you can get past the cost and the name (I find it sounds a little pretentious and as a white person would feel uncomfortable saying the name of it in conversation) then check them out. P.S.
