She satisfied her longing with a Dr. Pepper which she only drinks as a treat now. For an extra special treat, she picked a cookie with a scoop of ice cream. I, in turn, had a combo of steak & chicken fajitas with a cherry Coke which Daniela, our server, shared that they didn't carry but the bartender could make with cola & grenadine syrup. It turned out okay. I topped everything with a molten chocolate cake and ice cream. While the food wasn't great for me, particularly because my side of black beans had a funny taste, the tortillas were simply meh, and the steak was a bit tough, the service and overall experience was good enough for me. This place has been a familiar favorite of mine for a long time, and I've been here plenty of times but this is actually my first time checking in and writing a review!! One of the main reasons I keep coming back is Stephanie. She's the server I always ask for, and she never disappoints. She's absolutely amazing... Always treats me like family and makes the whole experience even better. Today I decided to switch it up and try something new. I ordered the Bacon Guac Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Let me just say... Chili's has an excellent burger and fries deal. The chilies on Sunrise Boulevard in the city of Sunrise has a great cook. The fries were excellent crispy on outside soft on the inside. The burger was cooked well done and tasty and you know chilis gives you Sala and chips , excellent. The girls at the register to go , take out went out their way to make sure that my order with the white cheese no salt on the fries no lettuce is accurate . So if you are thinking about going to Chili's and get burgers and fries go there's no other place where you can get burgers and fries that tastes so good at a good reasonable price. I have been to this location at least twice. Each time we dined here was after a game at BB&T down the road. I seem to remember the last time not being great but not horrible. Our most recent visit was not horrible, but I would probably only dine at this location again out of desperation. Granted, our last visit was on a weekend night and it was very busy. We actually arrived late but it was still very busy, noisy, and chaotic. The restaurant was super messy, which I can totally understand having worked in the restaurant industry. The floors were very sticky though. To me, that is a huge turn off for me. We decided to sit at the bar for easy and quick service. Quick and easy were not options during our last visit. We waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted. No enthusiasm, just a quick "what can I get for you". We ordered drinks, which did not take too long. We waited some time before we were able to put our food order in. I ordered the chicken fingers, which were okay. I love their fries and honey mustard OMG! We barely had any interaction with the bartender throughout our visit. I think this place can improve but it is also across from Sawgrass so this location will always be busy. Its good when you get out of an event at the arena late or are shopping late but otherwise, I would choose a different restaurant in the area. read more

It could have used a little Tajin to spice it up, but it was good, and we scraped the bowl clean. I ordered the 3 for Me, which comes with a non alcohol drink, soup, or salad and entree for $10.99. Plenty of food, and since I ordered a soda, the house salad, and the Crispy chicken sandwich, I was plenty pleased. I actually took the chicken off the bun, chopped it up and put it on my salad, and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. The sandwich came with fries, but I0 switched them for broccoli and thought the broccoli was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Going to Chilis is always a hit or a miss. It's a game of Russian Roulette. You either have an awesome time and remember why you love this chain ..... or you have a miserable time with sub par food and service..... It wasn't always this way and it's probably why I always return to spin the roulette and hope for a good experience... Me and my wife recently ventures to Chili's because we had not been there for some time due to bad food and service. We decided to give it another try. We were seated promptly. The service "Marcos" was fast and very pleasant. Held conversation but got us our drinks and appetizers within 5 minutes. I asked for a Burger recommendation and basically he advised me what mood I was in and that would help with the selection. I went with the special sauce burger and it was very good. Great selection. This location has been struggling ever since better restaurant options appeared in the nearby area. The food here is overly greasy. Things don't feel clean here...like there's always some kind of cold/damp grime on everything. Talking about the tables, seats, floor, cups. Mens bathroom sinks have virtually zero water pressure. If Chili's didn't have their 3 for $10, I would never come, and this location solidifies my opinion. We came in on a Saturday night around 8PM. Thankfully, our food came out quickly -- the only redeeming quality tbh. I ordered the 3 for $10 with a mango iced tea, loaded potato soup, and honey chipotle chicken crispers with fries and mashed potatoes. The tea literally tasted like liquid sugar. When I needed a refill, the waiter brought out an unsweetened one because they ran out of sweet. I was slightly irritated that he didn't ask if that was okay first, or asked if I wanted a different drink. However, it was another mango sweet tea, which again, tasted like liquid sugar. As for the food, they give you more than enough to be full. After the bowl of soup, I could barely finish the entree. I highly recommend the honey chipotle chicken crispers, but this time, they didn't put enough sauce on the tenders. Nonetheless, the meal is worth your money, but the service is not. I had not been to Chilis since Covid so unsure of menu and updates. Our waitress was quick, fabulous, and always accommodated our needs. We each got the 3FOR meal which came with drink, small appetizer or salad, and sandwich. I had the chips/salsa and they gave us a huge order to take home. Wife had small Caesar and dressing had a little snap. She opted for the burger and nice size cooked to order. Waitress brought mayo and mustard without asking. I got chicken sandwich and asked if by chance it could be grilled. She said sure and I found a huge, juicy breast on a nice roll with fixings. To eat, my mom and I did the 2 for $25 (check last page of the menu). You get 1 appetizer, which we chose the half order of texas fries (fries loaded with cheese and bacon side of ranch). 2 entrees, I got the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla (comes with 8 mini triangles with lettuce sour cream and salsa) and my mom got the half order of the ribs which came with fries and corn on the cob. To finish you also get a dessert which we chose the chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream. I feel like it is a lot of food for only $25. For my nephew we got the crispy crispers (chicken tenders) and fries. We all loved our food and ended up taking the dessert to go since the entree portions plus the appetizers were more than enough food. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got. One of the worst experiences in my life. First I was seated in the back next to the kitchen. We tell the waitress that we were on lunch and she said no problem. We order and the chips and salsa come out with NO soup in sight. She comes back and oh you are missing soup. The soup comes and then my friends entree. Mind you we're waiting already 30 minutes. I came here for a drink with a friend after work. This location is right in front of the Publix but there is plenty of parking. We walked in and decided to sit at the bar because we wanted quick service an really just wanted an appetizer and a couple of drinks. When we sat at the bar, the bar tender came over and got our drink orders. We both got strawberry margaritas. She came back a couple mins later and got our food order. We got the cheese dip. They revamped the place and the decor is nice and clean and no longer giving Fridays and Bennigans with all the clutter on the walls. Oh right they removed all the walls essentially. It's super loud inside so no matter lunch, dinner, drinks be prepared to not engage in deep conversation while you are there.
