We only came for drinks and they were delicious, my pisco sour was on the sweeter side and the mango sour I had after was delicious. Coming back soon for sure and trying out their food. What a disaster!! My wife and I met another couple for dinner on Tuesday night at 6:30. Although the appetizers came out after a short period, dinner not so much. After an hour and 20 minutes I finally told the server that if the food was not out within the next few minutes, to cancel our orders. I was not aware when we went in (by the way, when we sat down, there was only one other table being waited on) that the young lady who sat us was also the bartender, server, bus person and hostess. SHE WAS IT!! REALLY!!!!!! What really got my feathers ruffled was the fact that I had ordered shrimp in garlic butter and asked for white rice to have it on and they had the nerve to charge $7.00 for a cup of white rice. I wanted to try a new restaurant within my neighborhood and my husband and I decided to try Puerto Pacifico on Weston. It was such a disappointment. Our server was in training so I would no comment on it. She tried hard. However place was basically empty. The food was the biggest disappointment. It was mediocre. My husband asked for a fish dish which was tasteless and I asked for a lomo saltado and the one in La Granja was better. Unfortunately I would never come back to this restaurant and would not recommend it at all. Do not waste your money. read more

Our experience at Puerto Pacífico in Weston was extremely disappointing during my wife's birthday celebration. We were a large group seated in the outdoor area, and from the start, the service was subpar. The waitress was rude to some of our guests. When we tried to light a small cake just to blow out the candles, we were denied even this simple gesture, despite explaining that we wouldn't consume it. The owner, who was inside the restaurant, never came out despite being called multiple times during our more than two-hour stay. The staff's inflexibility was notable. To make matters worse, the food was mediocre, with poorly prepared dishes. Ultimately, we had to cross the street and light the cake at a Starbucks to celebrate. One of the worst restaurants I've been to in a while. To begin, I had to ask the waiter for many things. To bring us water, which she had us serve ourselves, to bring dishes to share the appetizers and to even bring utensils. For a restaurant that is charging 40- $50 , that is INCREDIBLY shocking and highly disappointing. The service is what you would expect from a lunch spot, not a restaurant but let's keep going. My guest and I ordered an appetizer and three main entrees. We ordered the Pacifico fish and chips, the salmon, the lomo saltado, and the skirt steak. Everything was warm to barely cold. They didn't serve a single dish hot. I ordered a steak and side of vegetables that I had to turn back TWICE because of how cold it was and how bloody it was. I asked MEDIUM WELL! They sent the same cut of steak I had previously ate and kept on reheating it. My best guess they might've used the microwave on the setting of 30 seconds because it didn't come back warm even with the third time I received it. The vegetables were also hard and not steaming. It was so appalling to just see the same cut of steak get smaller and smaller after each return back to the restaurant. Truly tacky and unlike professional restaurant culture. My best guest this is a mom and pop restaurant with the audacity to charge higher prices. Such an underwhelming restaurant experience. I would NOT recommend and certainly won't ever return or visit again. I will also make sure to advice any friends or family to stay far away from this restaurant. What a disappointment to my night. There were even ants running around the table. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Mexican restaurant right next to it, at least you'll end up getting better food! If I could give this place a 0/5 I would, at least the waitress was nice. read more

We attended an event. Had reservations but the place was packed and we were not happy with our seats but they managed to accommodate us adding a table and extra chairs next to the dance floor, much better. My friends and I danced all night until the place closed. Our server, Santiago, was beyond attentive keeping his eyes on our table, he anticipated to our requests and he was always smiling and polite. Tirso was interacting with all the guests making sure we were having a good time. And all the team help me to look for mat phone that was momentarily lost. Thank you! They were offering pisco tastings and the girl who attended us was also the hostess. She was very attentive and while we tried our pisco, she described the food. She was so into it that we had to try it. We had the braised beef empanadas, the eel, the abalone, and the Rapa Nui Tuna. Amazing! I will return! read more

Made a phone reservation for dinner on Mother's Day. When we got there (with mom) .. they were closing. Their reason: Closing early for Mother's Day ... no joke! It was a 31 mile trip (one-way). Kept my cool but it really was majorly frustrating. Left my name and number after I asked to speak to the owner who wasn't there ... it's been three days so clearly, there's not going to be a follow up from the restaurant. The very first thing I'll say is that managers/owners don't care, this shows all around, the menu had several misspellings meaning that the owners have never even read the menu. When you walk in, there a Chilean and an American flag, but the restaurant is mostly Peruvian. We ordered ceviche sampling and it was Peruvian ceviche, wasn't bad, but we went there for the Chilean food. Pisco sour was ok, needed more pisco. They have merluza austral or Patagonian bass as they called it (not sure this is the name but I'll go with it), this is probably one of the most typical Chilean dishes there is, when it came out, it was a very thick piece of very white fish, that had previously been precooked and frozen, and it was only warm and incredibly fishy, so we left it. We also ordered the octopus and it was ok, again, a Peruvian dish. There was no bread or pebre, but that was for us, because friends of one of the owner's wife did get it. The owners and managers were there talking to their friends, but if you're a real customer, they don't care. When we walked in, the restaurant was literally empty, and one of the owners was telling one of the only two servers they had, how she needed to greet people as they walk in, however, he failed to do so. When the bill came, he waiter was checking with us what we had eaten, not having a clear idea of what we had ordered, we were never presented with a bill to check, so we went by memory. Almost forgot the desserts, again, frozen store bought cakes with loads of manjar, because manjar is Chilean. Clearly the chef has never tried any Chilean dishes. Needless to say, we won't come back and we won't recommend. We'd rather drive almost an hour to Miami to eat proper simple Chilean food. read more

Had an early dinner on Sunday after reading the Yelp reviews. We were one of a few people there which should have been a red flag but not uncommon early on a Sunday. Our server was either very green in the service industry or just didn't want to be there. Common things like asking if we wanted water or drinks while we looked at the menu or suggesting items on the menu as first timers. We ended up ordering garlic shrimp, parmesan scallops and a ribeye with Chilean potato salad. With only 2 tables at the restaurant you would imagine that the orders would come out somewhat fast. The shrimp came out and it was just ok with very little flavor of garlic. We waited for the parmesan scalllops but they never came out. The next plate was the ribeye. She didn't put the order in for the scallops at all. There was no follow up to see if we wanted more drinks or water. At this time we just wanted to finish and leave. When the bill came out the credit card machine was not working, it was frozen and she couldn't process the card so we had to pay cash and she couldn't process a receipt. This tied the worst restaurant experience in Weston to Entretapas we've had in the last 2 years. The service was next to atrocious and the service industry is probably not a good choice for the person who attended us. With the expensive rent this place has in Weston Town Center and an empty restaurant with poor service and average food is probably a good bet they won't be around for long. read more
