Then the hostess sat me at the smallest table known to mankind. Ladies and gentlemen... I am 6'2. This table was built for borrowers from The Borrowers movie. My knees were touching the wall, the chair, the table, and possibly another dimension. I felt like I was serving detention for crimes I didn't commit. At one point I think my rib cage made eye contact with the candle. But I stayed positive because sometimes suffering leads to greatness. Jesus carried the cross. I carried cramped legs. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium well. The steak came out with three sauces like they were presenting evidence in court. This one is chimichurri. This one is peppercorn. This one is liquid mortgage payment. The steak itself was good. Tender, soft cut, flavorful enough... but not $110 dinner and hidden fees flavorful.
