Little place off Sheridan street. First time trying it. The guacamole was decent but the salsa was unfortunately not homemade- it was not tasty at all- disappointing. The birria tacos and chicken quesadillas were flavorful.

Food was great, wait staff was friendly, and the feel of the place was casual and relaxed . I liked the decor, it was cute as well (see photos).

So I came here for just a quick dinner and the Horchata was very good. I love the cinnamon flavor on it. The birria flautas were nicely fried, and I love the flavor of the sauce and everything together. The only thing I would say would be the beef was good, but it wasn't as tender as I like it, but overall everything was really good. The restaurant gives a nice comfortable vibe and it's good for groups and maybe a little date night. Service is to the table, but you do have to order your meal at the register.

Update on my review from before. Once again it's a good place to try but went for a second time to try it again and this time dropped to 3 stars as I never like the fact that places sneakily charge automatic 18% gratuity and not tell you and you leave tip as usual. I'm always a great tipper and it's my fault that I didn't double check if tip was already automatically calculated even for a party of 2 people. Fool me once, shame on me .... Fool me twice , shame on you .... Definitely won't be a third time you get to fool me. Sorry! Please be careful and ask to view the itemized check on their little handheld machine before applying tip, otherwise you'll be paying for tip twice. Waitress will confirm your order of course when you ask for the check and then place the handheld machine on the table for payment with a total for payment and options for tip. However they fail to inform you that tip is already included in the total. --------- Love to give local businesses their props and support when it's due! Great new Mexican spot trying it out with my daughter as we had some time to kill. Nicely decorated in a fun way. Nice menu selection and reasonably priced. Food was great with what we tried. The Guac Trio is a must try for all Guac lovers. Highly shareable as it's Guac 3 ways. We also had the birria tacos as it's a must at every Mexican spot in my opinion lol... it was good and flavorful with the right crisp. Fully loaded with the shredded beef which is great and many places don't stuff it enough sometimes. Small little cozy location with good service as it wasn't too busy and food came out fresh and fast, which was perfect as we were in a rush. Definitely will back to try other items on the menu!

I'm thrilled to be the first to review Sr. De Los Tacos on Sheridan St.! This spot just opened a few weeks ago and is part of a small chain. My wife and I decided to give it a try, and we were thoroughly impressed. My wife ordered the shrimp quesadilla with everything on it, and she absolutely loved it. The only small critique was that not all the shredded cheese inside was fully melted, but the toppings of Mexican cheese and cotija really brought something special to the dish. It added an extra layer of flavor that made the quesadilla stand out. I went with "Juan's Favorite Taco," and it did not disappoint. The tacos were absolutely packed with flavor and spices. At first glance, I thought the prices were a bit high for just two tacos, but after seeing the portion size and tasting them, the value was undeniable. I was surprisingly full after finishing them! The marinated beef and beef rib stew were done to perfection, making it one of the best taco plates I've had in a long time. What made the experience even better was the atmosphere. It's a cute spot inside, and outside, it's dog-friendly (Outside seating)! They were more than happy to serve us at our table rather than making us order at the counter, which was a nice touch. Also, I have to mention the cilantro sauce they give you--it was fantastic and added just the right kick to the meal. All in all, Sr. De Los Tacos has definitely earned its 5 stars, and I'll be back soon for more!

On Friday's I work from home so I usually have lunch with my dad. He called me and told me that he was at this taco spot and asked if I would join him. When I realized that it was less than 10 mins from me I jumped in my car and met him there. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. I walked in and I was surprised by how nice the place was. Loved the sign that said call 9 Juan Juan in case of emergencies. Also loved the plastic guy holding the taco and the cactus dedcorations everywhere, it gives it an authentic feel. This is one of those places where you walk up to the counter and order and they bring you the food. We each ordered tacos and shared. He got the pork belly and I got the birria. The portions were great the tacos were a good size. The tacos came out fresh and hot. Both were delicious, the birria had the sauce on the side which was amazing and the pork belly one was crunchy and sweet. They also have some sauced on the tray with the forks, be careful because the green ones kinda look the same but there is one that is extra spicy. Very authentic, I will be back soon!

Authentic Mexican food! Super delicious, sooo many options on their menu. They offer different chips and dips, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, fajitas, and burritos. You choose a taco and a server immediately brings you menus. There are a variety of sauces available (cilantro was our favorite!) Our server was Sebastian - he was super quick, kind, and knowledgeable. They also offer take out and uber eats. Fun, lively vibes inside with cute decor. We will certainly be back soon to try out more of their menu.

We decided to go out on Sunday evening for a low key dinner and found this place. The food was very tasty, everyone on our table enjoyed their meals. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. It's real Mexican food! Can't say how grateful we are to have found this little place in our city. Our new favorite spot! Service was Great, location is clean and wait time was very little. Great burritos, and bowls. Guacamole was amazing!

Casual dining with table service. Food tasted good and portions are large. Service was fast and courteous. Uber Eats and DoorDash ordering are also accepted here.

Best Tacos Around - Exceptional Service! This place is hands down the best spot for tacos in the area! Every bite is packed with flavor, and the ingredients are always fresh and authentic. The service was amazing - the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It's clear they care about their customers and want everyone to have a fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food and top-notch service!

Nice spot. 7th time.. Loyal and good food. New octopus tacos... A+++ Fresh and delicious.

You can find better tacos down the street. The only saving grace to this review is the guacamole. Ordered red salsa and chips and AVOID unless you want jarred salsa from like costco or sams. For a taco place that was disappointing the waitress said she only knew the guacamole was fresh so we switched it out. The taco meats lacked flavor and something was left to be desired in them. While its nice inside and decor was nice, I don't think ill be back based on the food.

Do they have any grain free options for either the taco or burrito shells or the rice? Thanks.

It's a smallish restaurant but they also have seating outside. From what I understand they do have an area for private parties. We were seated and given our menus and told about the house specials. I ordered the taglioline cacio e pepe and my husband got the fettuccine meatballs. All the pastas in the restaurant are homemade and the one I ordered was prepared table side in a cheese wheel. I don't even know where to start except to say that this was so delicious and definitely one of the best Italian dishes I've ever had. The cheese sauce was so creamy and there was a slight taste of truffle in there. They ask you if you'd like pepper in it so I had them add a little bit to cut out some of the creaminess of the sauce. My husband's fettuccine was equally as delicious and I loved the meatballs and I'm usually not a person who likes restaurant made meatballs because I think mine are the best! For dessert we split a slice of tiramisu and it was very good. Sangria was very good as well. Mimmo, the owner and chef came over to say hello and to make sure we were enjoying our food and service. It was really nice chatting with him and I told him that we are definitely going to be repeat customers! It's not visible from the street so I'd suggest using your GPS there first time you go there unless you're familiar with the area.

I've been writing restaurant reviews for years all over the U.S. Mostly restaurants because let's…read morebe honest... food is my love language. Good food and good service can heal emotional damage, lower blood pressure, and probably save marriages. So after seeing Negroni sitting there in Weston Town Center looking all fancy and mysterious for what feels like 37 years, my wife and I finally decided to go. No kids. No responsibilities. Just two tired adults escaping life for a couple hours. We walk in and immediately the place looked beautiful. Nice aesthetics, trendy vibe, dim lights, everybody dressed like they either own crypto or sell real estate in Brickell. I said okay this place got potential. Then the hostess sat me at the smallest table known to mankind. Ladies and gentlemen... I am 6'2. This table was built for borrowers from The Borrowers movie. My knees were touching the wall, the chair, the table, and possibly another dimension. I felt like I was serving detention for crimes I didn't commit. At one point I think my rib cage made eye contact with the candle. But I stayed positive because sometimes suffering leads to greatness. Jesus carried the cross. I carried cramped legs. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium well. The steak came out with three sauces like they were presenting evidence in court. This one is chimichurri. This one is peppercorn. This one is liquid mortgage payment. The steak itself was good. Tender, soft cut, flavorful enough... but not $110 dinner and hidden fees flavorful. For that price I expected the cow to personally walk out, thank me for my service, and salute my family. My wife ordered the pork belly bao and honestly that thing slapped harder than my grandmother's flip flop in 1997. Very good. Then my genius self decided to order sushi at a steakhouse. Because apparently I enjoy making questionable life decisions. The sushi roll had a little spice to it, and it was decent, but halfway through eating it I realized this is exactly how people end up in documentaries. Now let's discuss the music. WHY WAS THE MUSIC SO LOUD?! I wasn't eating dinner I was fighting for survival at Ultra Music Festival. I tried talking to my wife: BABE HOW'S YOUR FOOD?! She screamed back: WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME?! The couple next to us probably thought we were renewing divorce papers. Every time the bass dropped my soda moved across the table by itself like a paranormal activity scene. And the waitress bless her heart she moved around the restaurant like she was late for a flight at Fort Lauderdale airport. Need anything? What are you drinking? Here's your food. Ma'a slow down. Build a relationship. Tell me Something. I felt like I was ordering dinner from one of my cousins during a family reunion: Aight here damn. Then came the bill. $110. For a steak. A sushi roll. Bao buns. Two sodas. And a random service fee that appeared out of nowhere like an unexpected tax from the Roman Empire. I asked myself: What exactly are we servicing here besides my financial decline? Overall, the place is beautiful, the food is decent, and if you enjoy dining inside what sounds like a Fast & Furious nightclub while folded into a child-sized table this is your place. Would I come back? Probably not. But will I remember it? Absolutely. Mostly because my knees are still recovering.

Pro tip: mix the Bellini with a little rum punch and thank me later Chef Ricardo was an absolute darling, making rounds to our table, to ensure we were ok. I have to mention Michael, the manager, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. He joined in on our birthday celebration and kept the vibe going with birthday shots. The DJ here was also incredible. Spinning hip hop, reggae, dancehall, soca, mixing it just right for the diverseness of the crowd. Hookah was also on point. A bit pricy but well made. The restaurant has an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that makes it perfect for a special occasion, date night, or simply enjoying a great meal with family and friends. Our server, Lisa, was wonderful throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was once again delicious, and the quality of the dishes was evident. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our visit. It was a very busy evening, so I understand that the staff was working hard to accommodate a full restaurant. We did wait a little over an hour for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived, our entrées were brought out only a couple of minutes later. Additionally, I have a mushroom allergy, and some mushrooms were accidentally mixed in with the grilled onions on top of my steak. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. As soon as management became aware of the cross-contamination issue, they immediately stepped in, took it seriously, and worked quickly to correct it. Their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. While no restaurant is perfect, great service is often measured by how challenges are handled, and Wolf Steakhouse's management team did an excellent job making things right. Between the beautiful atmosphere, attentive service from Lisa, delicious food, and management's dedication to customer care, I will absolutely be returning. I'm already looking forward to my next visit so I can finally try the tomahawk steak!

The Lavendar Wolf was my favorite, though a friend's smokey old fashioned smelled like Christmas. For dinner, steak was of course the star. I had a beautiful filet which came served with carrots and broccoli. Extra sides could be added, so we opted for some sauteed mushrooms. A lobster-loaded baked potato was also offered at a reasonable $16 add on. I missed out on that this trip, but will definitely add that next time. Decor is beautiful, tables are well-spaced, lighting is very good, service is excellent. Can't wait to go back!
