They are slipping a bit: the Fried Spring Rolls barely had any filling, although still tasty, they are lacking a bit. The Pineapple Fried Rice tasted old, the rice wasn't fluffy and the rice lacked freshness and taste. The Masaman Chicken, while still tasty- somewhat, lacked the full flavor that we have experienced in the past. Also 2 small potato pieces in the Masaman. We were disappointed this evening as this has not been our past experiences in dining at Thai Chili. However, this was our second time as of late in being disappointed in the food. read more

Decent Thai food in Silverdale, cozy, with comfortable tables. We got their Yellow Curry and Gralic Tofu. The former was good, the latter, okay. Staff was attentive and friendly, and food arrived promptly (although it took a little while to get our order in). Beef pad see ew, beef brocolli and mango sticky rice is our go to order here! Everything on the menu looks so good but we always go back to that order. On Valentine's Day we went around 5 pm and they were starting to get busy. There were so many to go orders and the main server working the whole place handled it all with grace. She had another girl helping with to go orders and dropping food to the tables but I watched her answer phones, clean tables, seat guests and still Keep a smile on her face and talk to other customers. So glad we came here. Was getting a bit discouraged looking for a go to Thai place, and luckily we found this place. Great ambiance, comfy seating, really nice service (which is what you expect from anything Thai) and the food is excellent. You can never go wrong with this place. I'm not kidding I eat it a lottttt. I always get the chicken pad see ew or pad Thai (spice level 5 duhhh). The restaurant presents well once inside, service was good and the place was clean so within ten minutes they impressed me there. There are a lot of choices but most of our party stuck with basics such as Chili Thai beef, Pad Thai w chicken, Garlic beef and such. We had two appetizers; spring rolls and Garlic wings. They ask you your level of heat preference and a three is pretty standard heat level for most Thai eaters I think. Two of our party said the level three wasn't really hot. In some Thai places I have eaten at a level three dominates the palate with heat but not here. The food was Ok (Pad Thai w beef and chicken was above average and spring rolls seemed heavy) but not something spectacular in my view. The portion size is very generous so they score points for that. I might eat here again but not rushing to come back to be honest. Highly Recommend We ordered 'Thai Spicy' level 2 lthinking I was a seasoned pro. Three bites in, and I was pretty sure I saw my life flash before my eyes, followed by a flashback to all the times I thought mild salsa was spicy. If I could give it a 3.5 I would. I just don't think it was good enough for a 4. We had the coconut lime soup with chicken and Drunken noodles. The soup was excellent with lots of mushrooms and tomatoes and a thin but creamy spicy, tangy "broth". I wished it had some kind of carb like rice or a crispy noodle, but it was delicious! We also shared Drunken noodles. The flavor was very good, but the texture wasn't great. The noodles were in little bits, kind of turning the sauce into a thick mush. The vegetables and meat were plentiful and varied, cooked perfectly. But it's a miss when a dish where the normally thick noodles star are shreds and bits of noodles. We asked the waitress if this was normal. She confirmed that yes, when they stirfry the dish, it breaks up the noodles. Boo Hoo. It was disappointing:( Also, we asked for tea and she asked "for one or two"?. We said two, and I think it's not cool that they charge $3 (per person) for tea. I'm torn about coming back or not. My wife did yellow curry chicken (her go to) - she enjoyed it, portion was big enough to take some back to hotel & she ate next day- still enjoyed it. I did the shrimp & broccoli, needed some green in my road trip diet- nailed it, dish was delicious and despite being a large portion, none made it back to the room- LOL We did an appetizer, the sauce was good, but wonton was a little hard, even when dipped in the sauce. The online ordering is not very straightforward because it is not clear as to which option is for curbside pickup. I have to call every time to figure it out and end up placing my order with whomever picks up the phone. The friendliest hosts and wait people work here, and they give impeccable customer service and care. Most of the dishes I have eaten have been quite tasty and the portions ample. But two dishes missed the mark for me. With one, the the pork was very dry. The other had an unexpected tomato base that was beyond overpowering. I love their authentic, traditional, Thai appetizer called Miang Kum. It's a weird combination of ingredients, but when assembled each bite is delicious. It's slightly sweet, slightly tart, slightly bitter! At first, one's taste buds might be confused. But, once they catch on it will probably delight them. This may or may not become your favorite Thai restaurant, because for the most part we all have our favorites already. Yet, it is no doubt worth a visit as you might find a dish or two here to be your favorite Thai dishes. Like I did with their Miang Kum. read more

I was heading to another Thai place that I normally go to, but it was closed so I took a chance here. We ordered the drunken noodles and fried rice. Let me just say, these are the BEST drunken noodles we have had in such a long time. The fried rice was also perfect! We took the order to go, but it took maximum 7-10 minutes to get the food.
