A big table has been sitting beside us for a little bit, and I notice her point to their table and she told another server to take care of them so now they are getting their drinks fast and food ordered before us and we were there for 30 minutes already waiting for us to order. Then she just plopped the torn burrito into another fresh tortilla, took like 3 minutes trying to fold it the right way, handled my husbands cash WITH THE SAME GLOVES, and went on to help the next people in line. I just couldn't bring myself to eat more than a few bites after thinking about other gross stuff and the smell of the place. The bathrooms were also nasty, looked like they hadn't been touched by cleaning supplies in a bit. Seems like my experience isn't uncommon in reading the rest of these recent reviews. Yikes. Someone from pancheros up above should get some training and protocols implemented asap.
