Pappasito's was a good time! Came for happy hour and the margaritas were good and they had the spiciest tajin on the rim. The bartender said they make the tajin in house. The queso dip was good and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Cool place to grab a drink or some dinner after work or just come hang out for the vibes.

Soooooo good! I went for the first time for my bday. Food was delicious and great pricing , love the area too. I call this the pappadeaux of Mexican food

Dropped in to try their happy hour. I didn't get anything off the happy hour menu. I had the Pappasito's Burrito. It was very good. The steak was cooked perfectly. The service was perfect. Pappasito's always has a nice chill vibe. This was a quality drop in. I'm still full hours later.

The food was banging!! First let's talk about those chips... by themselves I could probably eat a basket by myself. But add that guacamole and my God. ‍kiss. My greedy husband also ordered the queso and it was smooth and delicious. Now let's get into the main entree. This is for 2 to 4 people. In true big back form we demolished it! The shrimp that is wrapped in bacon should be a dish by itself, I think it is, and I will be ordering again. The ribs were cooked on the grill and were good. The beef fajitas meat was so tender and practically melts in your mouth. Our server was also amazing! The service was great and I would definitely go again. I mean I have gone 3x's. Just without the hubby twice.

You could paint the whole visit at Pappasito's like a slow-rolling celebration, where the food arrives with the same energy as a mariachi trumpet warming up in the distance. The chicken tinga enchiladas hit the table first--smoky, gently spicy, and carrying that simmered-all-day depth that makes you pause mid-conversation. They've got that pulled-chicken tenderness that soaks up every bit of the tinga sauce without turning mushy. It's the kind of plate that makes you look around like, "Y'all taste this too, right?" Then come the chicken and steak fajitas, and that skillet doesn't just sizzle... it announces itself. The chicken is juicy, charred just enough to whisper fire without losing moisture, while the steak lands on the richer side--well-seasoned, tender, and cut thick enough to feel like something you actually chew and enjoy, not just inhale. And honestly, you can't talk about Pappasito's without mentioning the tableside guacamole. There's something about watching it come together right in front of you--avocados opened fresh, lime squeezed just enough, jalapeños folded in with intention--that makes it taste even brighter. It's creamy, bold, and balanced, like they've done this too many times to ever miss. But the thing holding the whole experience together? Those fresh, in-house tortillas. Warm, soft, slightly elastic, with that fresh-flour aroma that makes you want to wrap anything in them--meat, guac, maybe even your hopes and dreams. They elevate everything, turning good dishes into great bites. Altogether, it's a spot that leans into flavor, energy, and that little bit of theater that makes dining out fun again. A solid stop when you want Tex-Mex that shows up with personality.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service by the lovely Ree was beyond amazing and awesome! Ree ensured to tell us about the menu and drink choices which was on point!! Devoured the steak and shrimp fajitas sorry no pics! Ambiance was very lively and friendly and beautiful people enjoying everything! Will definitely be back! Bravo Zulu!

Yummmmm!! Goodness. We ordered takeout from them and was not disappointed. The food was yummy and initially we thought the prices were a little high, the amount of food made up for it. It was more than enough!!!! We couldn't even eat it all ;(. Great service and good vibes!!

Love Pappasitos! My favorite thing here is the quail, it's truly delicious with excellent flavor. The flavors in all of the food here is very authentic-- everything is well seasoned and the portions are great. They just need to work on the service-- they have a lot of young people (great!) who just need training on customer service. Otherwise, will be back!

Living in Memphis, we do not have a restaurant like this, so we try to plan our trips through Atlanta so that we can eat at this yummy establishment. The steak fajitas with that yummy Mexican butter are to die for. We absolutely love them. The flavor of the steak is so tasty and the Mexican butter just puts it over the top. You want to just keep eating it even though you know you have already had enough. We got the large which says that it feeds 2-3 and it was plenty for the two of us with leftovers to take home. The service is always really fast and the restaurant is ALWAYS packed, so definitely make reservations ahead of time online to avoid that long wait. The restaurant is festive and pretty loud, but that is to be expected at a Mexican restaurant with a bar. The complimentary chips are super thin and salty, THE BEST! The salsa is served warm which is unique, but I really like it. The white queso is a little different than other casual Mexican restaurants as it is a little thicker and definitely has a kick from the jalapeños. We love this place! Definitely give it a try if you are ever in the area.

They wouldn't sit us for our reservation at 7 until 8:10 and gave us a dirty table with no menus , then after another hour of waiting to spoke to the manager, he finally came out and he started to argue with us and then finally gave a free meal to the birthday girl and we left at 10:15: It wasn't that busy , for them to make us wait that long and the food was ok to taste . Don't think we will be going back there . Couple of them ordered burritos and 1 ordered quesadillas, which she said was good . That's why there are 2 stars , for the quesadillas.

We love making Pappasito's Cantina our team's go-to spot for celebrating birthdays and work events, and they never disappoint! Christofer, our host, was incredibly welcoming and set the tone with some friendly small talk and a great overview of what to expect. Our server, Jacqueline, was on point--prompt, attentive, and just all-around fantastic. And as always, the chicken flautas were a perfect 10 out of 10, not to mention their unbeatable chips and salsa. Definitely recommend for a fun and delicious outing!

Who knew Papadueaxs had a sister restaurant. Clearly I am super late to the party. This place was a joy. We got there right before it got busy. It's everything you want in a Mexican restaurant! Great margaritas, good food and fun. We went for my friends birthday and they brought out dessert and sung to her. You are never too old to be celebrating. There was even a live band. This is a good time with great food.

Overall, it was a really good experience with plenty of flavorful food and great service. We ordered three different boil bags: one with shrimp, another with Dungeness crab and mussels, and a third with shrimp and lobster tail. On top of that, we also ordered regular calamari, Cajun calamari, fried okra, 12-piece lemon pepper wings, and steamed oysters. Most of the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The boil bags were definitely the highlight. The shrimp, crab, and lobster were cooked well, and the seasoning on the boils was great. The calamari, wings, and fried okra were also solid and perfect for sharing. The only major disappointment was the oysters. Unfortunately, they were some of the worst oysters I've had. They were barely steamed and almost felt raw, and the seasoning mixture on top was not good at all. We ended up sending them back, and they were removed from our bill, which I appreciated. For drinks, I ordered a strawberry cocktail that usually comes with Ketel One vodka, but we asked for Tito's instead. After drinking it, I'm not completely sure the switch was actually made, and it also wasn't listed on the receipt. What really stood out was the service. Our server was very kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything was served hot. For all the food we ordered, the total came out to a little over $150, which felt very reasonable considering the amount of food. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. I just won't be ordering the oysters next time, and I wouldn't recommend them. We ordered two appetizers, including the shrimp and crab fondue, and my son found a bug in the fondue. At that point, we immediately stopped eating. The manager came over, apologized, and said she would have another one prepared which we appreciated but we weren't sure if we even wanted it. We had to make a fast decision if we would leave or stay, but since it was Friday We honestly considered leaving, but we were starving and didn't feel like going somewhere else, so we stayed. However, after that, we were really surprised that there was very little follow-up from the manager, no effort from management the attempt to recover the experience. Our server, Skye, was very apologetic and did what she could, but overall the customer service from management was extremely disappointing. At Pappadeaux's price point, finding a bug in your food is already unacceptable, but the lack of proper service recovery made it worse. This should have been handled very differently, and quite frankly, the entire meal should have been compensated. What happened to making sure guests actually have a good dining experience? We chose not to escalate things in the moment, but I can say confidently that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage others to double-check their food.

Unfortunately, the discomfort continued after we were seated, as our table for two was positioned near the entrance, and we were repeatedly subjected to cold drafts throughout our meal. To add insult to injury, I ask the server, a black lady who looked like she was a recovering crack addict, what sides would be a good choice with the lump crab cake? I was simply directed back to the menu. I ordered one lump crab cake with two sides. However, when the plate was delivered, she told me that an extra crab cake had been added. This significantly increased the cost of the dish to nearly $80. I did not request an additional crab cake and was surprised by the charge. 2oz. of red wine served in a Bordeaux glass at a cost of $25.00, LOL. This is to be expected, but not serving an extra crab cake to inflate the bill. Overall, our bill exceeded $200, which was especially disappointing given the service issues and overall experience. I had much higher expectations for a New Year's Eve dinner; however, that extra charge was taken care of in the tip. Thanks Ms. Disingenuous! Maybe your service will be better going forward. Free small parking lot in front. Free extra parking across the street. The total was about $150 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a dessert. Pros The quiet, intimate, and classy atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my family. When we first arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait outside. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. I randomly decided that I wanted Italian so we decided to check them out for the first time. Mezza Luna is located in a very small plaza with a tight parking lot. I'm so glad that I read the reviews in advance about parking, but I still wasn't prepared for what we saw. Surprisingly, there were 2 or 3 open spots when we visited around 7pm. We had reservations and were quickly seated after being greeted. The restaurant itself was quite intimate, offering only a few tables that were laid out in a manner that had us all quite close. But it worked! Since we had our son with us, they already had a high chair ready for us but he slept through the entire dinner, which also shows how peaceful it actually was in there. I started with a glass of chianti and it paired perfectly with the complimentary starter bread. That focaccia was so fresh! The crust had a great crunch but it was still soft and fluffy inside. We went with the meatball appetizer special which included 4-5 meatballs covered in marinara, fresh tomatoes and burrata. They were delicious, although the tomatoes being cold was a bit of a surprise. For dinner, I went for the chicken piccata and my partner opted for the chicken marsala. Both were great and packed with flavor. Such an unassuming place with tons of flavor waiting inside - perfect for date night or just a nice Italian dinner!
