Service is always so nice. We've never had any big issues. Even when we take in a huge party. They are always checking on us the whole time.

Every time I come to this Chili's the service is always fast and the workers are so kind! Not only that, but the food is super good too. Last time we got the chicken Cajun pasta to share, and the kitchen even split it up for us so we didn't have to. This place is so quick! I love it! I originally called the chili's on the other side of town for a catering order..and will just say it didn't go as planned. So I called the Rosedale location and will say I'm soooooo thankful I did! Tommy who is the general manager was absolutely AMAZING! I called an hour and 15 minutes before I needed the food extremely last minute, and Tommy was able to accommodate me. He had excellent customer service! All around was just great! When I arrived the food was all done and ready to go. No wait, all I had to do was pay! Jessica rang me up and even helped me out to my car. The food was delicious even after a the 25 minute drive. I will say this. Customer service in management was GREAT. My server was great, the bartender was great. Even the girls at the front were pleasant. But the actual food was a big NO. The platter they gave us didn't come with plates. My daughter's chicken tenders were so salty. And the whole point of coming to Chilis was to eat actual chili and that was the worst chili I've ever tasted in my whole life. Barely warm and the taste was just awful. Sorry chilis.. you get 5 stars for customer service but a ZERO for food quality. I even left and stopped at Wendy's to satisfy the chili craving! read more

The food here is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I often enjoy free rewards through their app, which usually means unlimited chips and salsa at no cost. Their alcoholic beverages are consistently amazing and refreshing--my personal favorite is the Strawberry Texas Lemonade. My husband and I decided to go to Chili's this evening and it was very underwhelming. When we walked in, we asked to be seated in a quiet area, but it wasn't available due to the server occupying that area being late. We asked for a highchair for our son, but apparently highchairs aren't able to be at a booth. The service was OK. It was the only part of the experience that wasn't awful. The food was horrible. I got a steak and it was very tough. The loaded mashed potatoes seemed like they were sitting under a light for a minute and my Husband's burger was greasy and left him feeling nauseated. The atmosphere of this restaurant seems to be more for the drinking crowd so we won't be coming back. read more

We took my grandma for her 77th birthday. We were seated in a small booth by the front almost immediately, and our service was Top Notch! She was very attentive. I ordered a watermelon margarita which was a little sweet but still absolutely wonderful. My salad was supposed to have avocado but was missing upon arrival of our entrees. I have visited Chili's for years and I can't believe I have never written a review for Chili's. I recently visited during lunchtime and our waitress was Melissa. When we first got there it wasnt busy at all, but the tables started filling up fast. We were greeted with a warm welcome and was given a table right away. There was no wait time. Any time we have ever visited we have never had to wait longer than 30min for a table. Melissa was very friendly and prompt. Food was good, the apple blossom fries were creative and I didn't even know they had those. That will definitely be ordered again. I ordered the little sliders and they were okay. I feel like they should put some kind of spread on it. My husband ordered their nachos and at first just by looking at it, it did not seem like much, but we got super full. My son ordered the chicken and bacon quesadilla and those were really good too. I forgot that I really liked the food here. We didn't wait too long for our food to come out. Service was fast. I think the day of the week and the time you come in really varies how busy it'll get. We happened to come right before their lunch rush and our visit was quick. Staff was very friendly and the place looked clean. Parking is never an issue as there's tons of parking. read more

2024 was officially the very first time I caved and gave this restaurant and try, and I must say I was truly surprised. The atmosphere is very chill, and the servers are really attentive and friendly. The food is great the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because my first time I ordered the pasta it had chicken and when I tell you stick to the basics please listen because the pasta needs to be removed from the menu it is simply a waste of space. The alcohol quenches your thirst, but the coconut drink is by far the best one. I didn't take pictures of the food, but the sliders are bomb. The cheeseburger egg rolls are really good, along with the chicken nachos. The bbq plater, which my son had for dinner, includes a sausage that has cheese in it and tastes really good. The chips and salsa are also really good. The chicken tenders are cooked to perfection. The street corn really stunned me because I wasn't expecting that sort of flavor to come out from this type of cuisine. Avoid the sprite if you can it has a dirty water flavor to it. This place is a go-to when you can't decide what you're in the mood for. read more

Went out for a little week night date and this spot came to mind. It was busy but lots of open tables so it wasn't too crazy for a weekday. Was approached by an unfriendly hostess, was bummed they no longer do the waitlist/ reservations and bummed that they have a new policy where they can't tell you what their wait time is. I believe I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Luke, he was very courteous and patient with me. The food was so filling and perfect for this day. Yummy. We ordered two sprites, crispy chicken tenders with ranch, fries, and steamed broccoli. The service was okay. We basically had three different servers. One man took our orders and came back to check on us, a blonde girl gave us our drinks and chips and salsa, and another man gave us our entrees. I saw an ad for Chilies "3 for Me" for $10.99 so the hubby & I tried it. We've never been here before. I got a Coca-Cola with a house salad, which was amazingly in an ice cold bowl, which was awesome, and I got the Big Mouth crispy chicken sandwich. My husband got the Just Bacon Burger that's a 14.99 deal with the side salad and a classic margarita for an extra $3.49. Both our meals came with french fries and we asked for ranch which was so yummy. The fries were fine. My chicken sandwich was OK but my husbands just bacon Burger had to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. The outside of the patty was crispy in the inside was juicy, was just the right amount of pinkness . This burger was so large I don't know how to eat it without cutting it in half first. I only ate half of my sandwich, but I think I probably ate half of my husband too, because I kept taking bites from his. Our waitress was wonderful and all of the kitchen helpers that brought out our salad and our food to us were very nice and helpful.
