Chips & Salsa with a house margarita
    Ellen B.

Our food was good as always but our server Lacey made it absolutely enjoyable. Definitely will be back and will be asking to seat in her section. Great customer service!!

We went here last night around 6:15 and the place was pretty busy. We were seated and after about five minutes, our waitress came over and took our drink order. My husband ordered a margarita with an extra shot and I just got a water. Fifteen minutes go by and we still haven't gotten our drinks. She comes back by and we ordered chips and salsa and our food. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers and they came with Mac n cheese and French fries. My husband ordered the chicken fajitas. After we ordered, we got our drinks in about 10 minutes and they brought the shot in a separate glass than the margarita, not mixed into the margarita. They gave me the margarita and him the shot. Not that big of a deal, but if the waitress would've written anything down, this wouldn't have happened. The chips came and they were delicious and we had them gone in no time. Our waitress came over and asked if we wanted another tray of chips and salsa and we said yes, but she never brought them. When we finally did get our food, everything looked good. I tasted the Mac n cheese because I was really looking forward to it but to be quite frank, it was disgusting. It tasted like it was scraped off the bottom of a pan and it was barely warm. I would never recommend the Mac n cheese. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were really good though and I would recommend those to anyone. Our waitress was not very attentive at all and she seemed like she had somewhere better to be. When we were ready to pay, we asked for to go boxes and the check. The waitress said she'd be right back and brought the tablet to pay. We got everything squared away on that and she still hadn't brought the to go boxes. She also said they only had small to go boxes, but I saw other servers bringing other tables big boxes so that was frustrating. Over all, this was one of the worst visits we've had at any Chili's, which is sad because we love Chili's and especially this location in particular. I hope things get better at this location.

Genuinely tell me how a bartender can make the worst marg I've ever had. Waiter was sweet food was good. Fix the bar situation lol

The service was really good the food was very good and I can say I played 2 word with friends games and our meals came I had shrimp small yet favored to my taste the rice was just enough not overwhelming with spices the steak was a tad over cooked but I ate it and it was good . The only disappointment I felt was a very loud lady throwing the F word around in very poor taste the Mother came out of me I wanted to tell her to please not to be so loud every body wanted to eat in peace I wish management had stepped in and asked her to stopped cussing it was just annoying trying to carry on a conversation and something you could not hear yourself talk. Sad but food was drink was really light in I'm did not taste in Tequila in my drink my bill was $99 Hmmm

Over all solid visit. This has to be one of the busiest Chilis. Line out the door at 5P on a Friday. I was super impressed with how front door host staff handled cranky eager to sit down guests. Grace under fire comes to mind. Araceli was my table host and she was spot on with her promptness and service. Well done! My only slight gripe was the Santa Fe salad. Customarily robust but we just lettuce thrown on a plate. Meh. Super service made up for that small complaint.

There are restaurants you try once because they're trendy... and then there are places like Paw-Paw's -- the kind that become part of your family's story over time. From the fried deviled eggs, to the seafood platters, to the chicken tenders, to the genuinely wonderful staff, there just isn't a better spot for this kind of old-school comfort food experience. And the staff? Always SO friendly and welcoming. Every single time we come in, it feels less like "customer service" and more like old friends excited you finally stopped by so they can catch up with you awhile. That kind of warmth cannot be faked, and it makes such a difference. Now let's discuss these fried deviled eggs. Because respectfully... who allowed them to be this good? You think deviled eggs have reached their final form and then Paw-Paw's comes in like, "Hold my beer." Crispy, crunchy, creamy, flavorful perfection. We start most meals with them because not ordering them would simply be poor decision making at this point. I usually get the chicken tender basket and LISTEN -- these aren't sad little freezer tenders pretending to be a meal. These tenders are literally as big as my hand. Juicy, tender, flavorful, cooked perfectly every time. My adult kids are obsessed with the seafood platter: three pieces of fried catfish and three jumbo fried shrimp with fries, pinto beans, slaw, hushpuppies, and homemade tartar or cocktail sauce. And when I say the catfish tastes CLEAN, my fellow seafood people will understand exactly what I mean. No muddy taste, no weirdness -- just fresh, crispy, perfectly fried fish done right. And the portions? Paw-Paw did NOT come to play. Nobody is leaving hungry unless that was a personal choice. What I love most, though, is the feeling of the place. The small-town care. The heart that clearly goes into the food. The old-school comfort vibe that feels increasingly rare these days. Places like this matter. And Paw-Paw's is absolutely one of them.

I loved the whole experience. It's such a cute space and has that elevated feel without feeling overly fancy or uncomfortable. We started with the grilled focaccia and Watermelon on Fire, and both were excellent. The watermelon was one of those dishes that sounds a little questionable on paper but completely works once you taste it. Sweet, savory, a little spicy and really fresh. We also had the Texas quail, which was beautifully cooked and full of flavor. I had the blackberry bourbon cocktail and loved that too. What really stood out during dinner though was how personable the service was. We never felt rushed and our server actually engaged with us, which made an already good dinner feel even better. I went back this past Saturday for brunch with my sister, her husband and my fiancé. It was definitely a livelier experience with more people around, but still a really nice atmosphere for a Saturday brunch. The service was good and everything came out as expected, although it didn't have quite the same personal touch that I experienced during my first visit. Between the four of us we got to try quite a bit. The shrimp and grits were rich, buttery and seasoned really well. The smoky pork tostada was packed with flavor and the potatoes on the side were honestly some of my favorite bites on the table. The French toast and fried chicken was as good as it looked, with crispy chicken, fruit and just enough sweetness. The only thing I wasn't completely sold on was the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was brown, which threw me off because that's not what I normally expect from sausage gravy, and the biscuits were a little too dense for my preference. The flavor wasn't bad at all, it just wouldn't be my first choice the next time I go. Other than that, Store House has been a hit for me on both visits. The food feels thoughtful without trying too hard, the plates are beautiful, and the restaurant works just as well for a dinner with your sister as it does for brunch with a group. I'll definitely be back.

Cute and good …read more.. Service and atmosphere: Friendly and helpful staff members. The restaurant is quiet, quaint and well decorated. They have small bar area too. Food and drinks: Good selection in both areas. The food we ordered arrived well plated. The food tasted good, was seasoned and flavourful. The side of grits was especially tasty. The restaurant also makes its own version of ranch dressing and ketchup. It was super tasty. We didn't try any cocktails but they looked good. Pricing: $$/$ - worth the experience.
