Staff is awful. We are a very large family so I made sure to call and make reservations. Once we all arrived at said time, we were advised it would be another 30-40mins. I pointed out the fact that I made reservations and was told, "we don't make reservations we only do call ahead seating". My burger was raw in the middle and when I asked the waitress she said they are all made that way. She took forever to serve us and we saw her chatting with people while we waited. She never did come back to refill drinks. She did not seem to know much about the menu. Everything you asked was Uh I am not sure I will have to ask. I will not ever go back. I went to Chili's after seeing Wicked in theaters, it was the second day of the movie being released. We went and was excited to order the margaritas. Well, they ended up not having the drink stirers, we ordered them anyway. The Glinda drink was okay, but the Elphaba one was downright disgusting. We actually believe it made one of us sick (the one who drank the most of it) which wasn't much because we barely finished 1/4 of it. I ordered water and had to ask a second time because they forgot it the first time. Our waiter took our food order and didn't come back to the table. It was actually when a manager was passing by I was able to speak to someone. Which was needed because our bill was also messed up. We ordered the 10.99 deal and was charged for the appetizer that comes with it. We had 3 checks, I guess we thought that he would understand each of us was ordering separately. And he didn't ask. We ended up with 1 bill that had one margarita on it, another with two 10.99 + appetizer (we shouldn't have been charged for), and then the third was charged full price for her 14.99 meal. In short, bad experience. They also told us a 15 minute wait with tables open? Kinda weird. Our waiter was not helpful, they were out of the speciality stirers (day two of the movie being released?), and our bills were fudged and if the manager hadn't walked, it would be annoying trying to get it all figured out. Then one of us got sick from the drink and food. The good? The manager did correct our bill. That's about it. We are taking leave of Chili's for a while. You took skillet and white queso off the menu. Big mistake Marketing department. Your hamburgers and wings are good. But you can get good hamburgers and wings at other restaurants. At Chili's though, we could get burgers and wings with great white queso. That is what we looked forward to and why we returned week after week. Now Chili's is just another burger joint, nothing special. We will not return until you put skillet and white queso back on the menu. I promise. We will call ahead to check before going out for a burger. Decided to try Chili's for the first time while Christmas shopping. We were very impressed and will definitely go back. Those cheese pulls you see on YouTube are real!!! The mozzarella sticks are worth the trip if that's all you get!!! The service was wonderful. We were seated right away and our server came to our table very quickly. They had food runners so they were on top of things. When they noticed our sauce and nachos were running low one of the food runners brought us more and we didn't even ask. I got a great meal here today. It was super busy considering it's a Friday night and Veterans Day. However the bartender was great, she had a lot on her plate but was able to take care of it. Got my shrimp tacos they were pretty good, everything came out pretty quickly. I was missing my rice initially it took a little bit to get it out but I finally got it. Chili's food is alright but the atmosphere is really depressing. It used to be one of my very favorite chains back in the day but now the restaurant just seems sad. The service is ok but everyone seems overworked. The food is alright but certainly not what it used to be. It's just sad. Walked in was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Received a confirmation text that I was on the wait list and I would be texted when my table was ready. 45 minutes go by and I walk in and am greeted by the host again the famous line "hello welcome to chilis". I say "hey we were put on the waist list and wanted to know my place is in line". He then tells me there is no wait list. Strike 1. Then when we were ordering I was informed no lava cakes. Strike 2. I would give you a strike for the annoying girls sitting at the table behind me but I will spare you since you can't help that. Waitress was friendly. My wife and I dine at Chili's at least twice each month. The last time she visited, I had her order a Triple Dipper to go. Based on the website, this dish should have included chicken tenders. Instead, I received fried mozzarella. When I notified the restaurant of the issue, they did nothing to correct the issue. Very disappointing. read more

I just wanted a half order of Texas Cheese Fries and a beer. The fries I got was by far the smallest amount I have ever received. I came here because I knew what I would get (or at least thought I would get). I estimate the quantity of fries was about half of what I normally get. Hubby and I visited Chili's on Friday evening for the first time in a long time, prior to the pandemic, in fact. Finally, we walked into a restaurant that was fully available and staffed. We were kindly greeted by a nice waitress who seemed busy but attentive. We ordered pickles to start, but I failed to get a picture because I ate them too quickly. I had the brisket burger without cheese and hubby had an appetizer trio for dinner. It was one of my first times out after learning that I have a dairy allergy instead of a mere intolerance, and surprisingly, Chili's was a great choice. I had a lot of choices, including pickles as an appetizer and many of the burgers without cheese. Everything came out wonderful, and I will happily go back soon. read more

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. My family and I just left this establishment in complete disgust. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. We dined in for my grandmothers 68th birthday. We made a reservation for a party of 15 ppl. As someone who works in hospitality myself, we knew there would be some kind of wait for the size of our party. We sat for 2 hrs waiting for some ppl to get their food. We were even told by their staff that those who were waiting, their food hadn't even been started. Though it was my grandmothers birthday she received her food last. Once they begun bringing out the food of those waiting, everyone else was finished eating and waiting for their checks. My aunts food didn't even come at all. The poor waitress apologized bc her food was never cooked. The manager refused to show face and my mom had to ask the staff multiple times to have him come out. Sadly the poor waitress had to keep being the face of the issue bc the manager refused to. He finally showed face once everyone had left. He apologized to the 3 of us who were still there and gave e10% off for the inconvenience which is a joke. Also $5 gift cards which is also a joke. $5 in this economy, interesting. Oh and the ppl who didn't eat still had to pay for their drinks (pop and lemonade). We're completely upset by this experience, especially for such occasion. We even had family who drove hrs for this celebration only to have to get their food to go. Please consider else where if you plan to celebrate a love one bc clearly the love isn't at chili's. 0/10 experience, we first called to try to let them know our party (of 8) was gonna be coming in around 6:30. We call and the lady over the phone was being very rude and unkind, she even hung up on us and we couldn't make a reservation. We arrive around 6:45 and we go in and they say they cannot seat us because they had other party's. We say we're taking our business elsewhere and they said wait! And seated us then. We were not planning on staying but they insisted, we sat down and got our drinks but had to wait an hour and a half for even starters, and then 2 and a half for our food, which was terrible. The steak order was not made right, the chili was very salty. The burgers and dessert were fine but the hostess and most of our food was gross and cold. To as far as, when it came down to us paying cash and not using the digital thing at the table to pay. Just a total ride tone. We still tipped 25%-30%. In which we shouldn't have,now that I think about it. 2 out of 4 of us were sick to our stomach the next day. The ones who were sick ordered from 3 for me special. All of our items were literally dripping in grease and tasted like thry sat for hours and then were quickly dropped in a fryer for heat before served. While, we took plenty of left overs home. As, with the deal, you get plenty of food. It wastefully went right In the trash and decided that this establishment was crossed off our list for good. Okay, now that's out of the way, we order lunch from here at least bi-weekly, typically ordering the same thing: a salad and a bbq quesadilla or chicken quesadilla. Well TODAY, the quesadilla was made normally, however the pico de gallo was MOLDY. You read that right, mold in the pico. It was utterly disgusting and ruined my whole appetite. I immediately got on the phone to speak to the restaurant manager. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes before I asked my husband, who is a hotel manager around the corner, to go over to Chili's. He called me back with the manager in the background DENYING it was their pico! He had photos of the actual pico!!! She actually stated the Door Dash driver may have mixed up an order and placed someone else's pico in our bag from another restaurant. Freaking unbelievable!!! I actually yelled at that "General Manager named DEBBIE, asking her if we're supposed to believe a door dasher did this instead of the restaurant the food came from -SMHHHHHHH!!!! I will be looking for my refund and contacting the corporate office about not only the disgusting pico but the disgusting excuse for management! After I found a giant stack of napkins to dry and wipe said app plates she. Noticed the remaining napkins and actually placed them back on the server area to be reused. Who does that? The burgers are very rich but luckily the nutrition/calories are printed next to each menu item. So no surprises here.
