Do not recommend this chilis. The cheese bites were very good but everything else, especially the service, was not good. It took us a little to get seated and when we did get seated our table was dirty with chunks of food on it. The cheese curds were so good that we wanted to order a second order of them, but the waitress never put the order in so we never got them, and she was still going to charge us for them if we didn't tell her. On the menu, the steak fajitas said "sizzling fajitas..." then listened all the sides. I am picky about my food so I expect it to served the exact was it says it is going to be. I ordered it medium rare and when i got my food it was burnt and there was an orange VERY spicy sauce drizzled on top. There was also maybe a teaspoon of pico de gallo on my plate. So i asked for more pico and the waitress never brought it out so i had to ask someone else for it and they brought me another teaspoon, like please tell me what that is going to do!?!? Do not put fajitas on the menu if you are going to skimp on the sides and don't ask how a person wants their steak done if you are going to burn it anyways. The one thing I could suggest for this pasta, is a little bit more Alfredo sauce, but everything else was right on point. The Cajun seasoning added the needed kick and flavor and the chicken was grilled to perfection. Everything came together nicely. I'm not a big fan of garlic bread, but it was baked perfectly, not too hard and not too soft with the perfect amount of butter to make it soft but keep the outsides crisp. I tried asking my waitress questions about it or about other things on the menu but she was no help. Eventually I got my food and ate it. The food was ok, but nothing special. Despite it being marked as spicy, all the heat was in the sauce, which was served on the side; it also meant that without the sauce, the chicken was rather bland. The first round, both my friend and I looked at each other and said, "is there any alcohol in this?" Smallest order we have ever seen. - From the first meal brought out to the last meal was a span of 20 minutes. - It took 3 conversations with the waitress to get the manager to finally come out as we were leaving. Haven't been to a a Chili's in years so I don't know if the whole chain has changed or if it's this specific location but we had a great dinner experience. Our server Meredith was awesome and on top of things and our food was pretty darn good. I got the smothered chicken burrito(I think that's the name) and it was way better than I was expecting. Even the black bean side was good. My husband got one of the burgers with a side of fries and really enjoyed it. The wait was quoted 25 mins on a Saturday night and I believe we o lot waited 35, so not too terrible. Our server was rushed and not concerned with us- we had to ask for napkins and silverware when our meals came. I got fajitas and the meat was very tough. They were delivered without tortillas- that I then had to ask for twice, when they came they were tossed onto the table wrapped in foil without a plate or anything to construct the fajitas on. I read other reviews as we were waiting to be seated and felt a bit remorseful at choosing Chili's for our lunch. However, as you can tell from my 4 star rating, I had a very positive experience. My only comment was that it took, perhaps a bit too long to be greeted and seated. Yet once seated the service was wonderful an our food was quite good. I ordered a rib-eye and it was cooked to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes were quite good. My husband got a burger an it was very good as well. We'll definitely go back again. So flavorful, and an interesting mix of flavors at that. Very fresh! The term "flavor explosion" may be overused in advertising, but it certainly applies in this case! Trust me, if you like that sort of dish, in lieu of a burger or something more overtly Tex-Mex, you won't be disappointed. I have to say that I do love Chili's but sadly, not this location. Why you ask? I shall explain... We were seated by a very pleasant hostess who gave us menus that were in severe need of replacement. They were sticky and worn and just overall gross. I didn't even want to let my paws touch them. Yuck! Our waitress was very mediocre. She was not attentive at all. We asked her for a few minutes while we contemplated what we were going to order. Well she sure gave us a "few" minutes...like 10 of them. While that doesn't seem like an exorbitant amount of time, it is an eon when you are starving. Service didn't get much better than that. I got the all you can eat soup and salad. I was not asked if I wanted seconds until my salad plate and soup bowl had a long extended absence of food. When I did get my refill on soup I was unable to eat it all. I asked for a "to go" bowl and was denied. I was able to get the left-over chips to go however, taking the remaining bowl of soup was a big no-no. I can understand if I was asking for a new bowl to go home with. I could not understand why I could not wrap up the soup that I had already eaten. Apparently this is their policy, one I have never encountered before. Overall, the whole lack of customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. Will we be back? I go to Chillies once or twice a year. Usually have a good experience. But not this last time. My husband and I wanted to try their new burgers. I ordered mine with american cheese , lettuce , bacon, and mayo. The waitress offered chips and salsa which I thought was a free thing. Some resteraunts will offer them for free. We were not told that we would be charged $4.99 for them. We didn't even eat half of them before our food came. So that was a waste. When the food came everything looked good. My husband liked his burger but said it was a little salty. My burger tasted good for the first two or three bites but then it started tasting very salty. Then about half way trough.....BAM !! I was ambushed by pickles . I hate pickles! I didn't ask for them so I don't know why they were on there, hideing under the lettuce. Then to top it all off our bill was a shocker at $32.59 for two burgers, fries,$5 for chips and salsa and 2 Cokes. I don't think we will ever go back to Chillies.
