I go to Chillies once or twice a year. Usually have a good experience. But not this last time. My husband and I wanted to try their new burgers. I ordered mine with american cheese , lettuce , bacon, and mayo. The waitress offered chips and salsa which I thought was a free thing. Some resteraunts will offer them for free. We were not told that we would be charged $4.99 for them. We didn't even eat half of them before our food came. So that was a waste. When the food came everything looked good. My husband liked his burger but said it was a little salty. My burger tasted good for the first two or three bites but then it started tasting very salty. Then about half way trough.....BAM !! I was ambushed by pickles . I hate pickles! I didn't ask for them so I don't know why they were on there, hideing under the lettuce. Then to top it all off our bill was a shocker at $32.59 for two burgers, fries,$5 for chips and salsa and 2 Cokes. I don't think we will ever go back to Chillies. Too expensive and the food is not that good. We should of just went across the street to Logan's. read more

Worst food ever! Wife had loaded chicken that was cooked in old rancid grease. I had the beef fajita which was bland and served with strange green rice which tasted horrible. Asked for plain rice but was told this was the only type they served. Sure can't call this Tex-Mex not even certain it could be called Mexican. Will never eat here again. Only reason we tried this Chili's is because my wife had eaten the chicken dish at another Chili's and thought it was excellent. NOT HERE! read more

Kinda nostalgic since I ate here all through college, but there is an upside. Since it is near a university there is no shortage of good, young servers paying their way through school. This place gets crazy busy on weekends due to the shortage of restaurants in Beavercreek. Parking can be a problem. The food is like any Chili's. Let me first say this place has excellent food. The food gets a five. However, the waitresses there all seem to hate life. They also seem to have trouble with to go orders. I'll make them a hour ahead before I pick them up and I have yet to pick them up without waiting fifteen minutes or without missing something. read more

Had a great meal at this Chili's a few days ago. The queso dip and chips appetizer was extremely flavorful. I got chicken club tacos, which were made perfectly, tons of food, and I really enjoyed it. Service was great as well. read more

Wait times to get your food or appetizers is beyond ridiculous. The waitress was quick on drinks but took 30 minutes before the appetizer came out. Been 45 minutes and still no food. read more

A friend and I had lunch here yesterday; seated quickly and server at our table just after; still have decent lunch specials. I had the half margerhta (sp) flatbread and a salad. Salad was excellent; flatbread was good, but got a bit soggy as I ate. Not a bad lunch for $6. read more

Terrible. I have been to chilies in multiple states multiple times and this one is terrible I had been to it in a while because the service was terrible the 3 other times I had been and the food was way over cooked. I ordered carry out about a week ago and the food was just as terrible but I thought maybe it was because of it being carry out so I decided to give it a shot again today. 3 of us walked in sat down for 15 minutes and didn't even get a hello we waited another 10 minutes and left. Great lunch experience. Fast and efficient service. The servers were on top of our drinks and even offered a "to go" cup for my soda.

Came here today with my son. Our waitress was extremely nice but the food was terrible. I didn't order anything for my son since he is younger and only wanted fries. I have never been to this location and typically order a sirloin. Today I decided to order a ribeye medium rare with broccoli and fries. The broccoli tasted microwaved and reheated. The ribeye was over cooked and thin and lacked flavor. I told our waitress and she happily changed it our but instead for a sirloin, per my request. She had me cut into the sirloin when I received it and it was tough. And I mean tough! It was medium rare so I thought "great!". It was seemingly cooked right. Wrong! While the center was red the rest was medium well and dry and just so flavorless. The steak tasted like it was frozen and then placed into a microwave to thaw and the rest was cooked on the "grill". I should've just gone to Texas Roadhouse instead of wasting my money. They also have lackluster lunch menu options. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Went to lunch at Chili's today with my family. They got the soup and salads which came with a basket of chips. I got pizza. The chips came out first, very greasy and damp. We sent them back, and got another batch of chips the same way. We were disappointed to start off, but then the food came. My pizza looked like a lunchables and felt like it had been in the fridge for 20 minutes. My family's food was alright, nothing wrong with it. When they came to fill up our water, they just brought out 4 new glasses filled to the brim. One of them spilled on my pants, but no apologies were made. I ordered on-line for a to-go order at 10:40am today, March 13, 2018. The drop-down menu gave me different options for the pick-up time. I chose 11:30am. I got there at 11:25, they did not have the order ready. They handed me the food at 11:45am. What's the point of choosing the pick-up time if Chili's is not going to honor it? They didn't apologize or offer any excuses for their tardiness. read more

We always go with a group of 6-8 people, and it is always SO cramped. They stick us in the same corner every time too which doesn't help. You don't even have elbow room. The food tastes good but is overpriced; the service and atmosphere are enough to make me not come back. read more

On October 18th , 2015 we were downright disappointed with our service, food preparation , and cleanness at the Beavercreek location. First, We were Greeted pleasantly by a hostess while she was texting on a cell phone. (Companies, I assume.lol) Our Order was taken by our waitress, "bigmouth bites "meat & cheese only. When our food arrived they had ranch on them. We kindly mentioned to our waitress of the error and then she proceeded to pick and look into the hamburgers with her fingers at our table to see if it was indeed made incorrectly. She was not going to take my word or believe me they were made incorrectly she states, "cool you need a"reheat" in my mind I'm hoping they are going to be made fresh &. Not a "REHEAT." What I receive next is stunning ....bitting into a red juicy blood soggy hamburger BUN UGH. We were recently at Chili's this past weekend and we had a great experience. We had the lunch special and great service. We have already made plans to go back this week for lunch again. The value of the menu is well worth our 35 minute drive it takes us to get there. My only wish is that there was a Chili's closer to home. read more
