I honestly haven't eaten Chili's in years and my meal I had ordered did not disappoint. I got the triple dipper and it was very tasty and filling. I can't comment on the service as I ordered it as takeout, however I'm sure it's good. The ambiance within Chili restaurants is usually great also. read more

Worst service I have ever had. I went in to have a late night dinner with my friends and my server was terrible. We arrived at 8:45 and the mood was great until we realized we had waited 20 minutes and still no server. I was ready to get up when finally someone comes over. Never introduced himself either. He got our drinks and was clearly in a rush. He left and came back five minutes later. We ordered apps and were talking while we waited. After we received them, we waited a good ten minutes before he came back to ask for our orders and rushed through those as well. After he left, we saw him go into the togo room multiple times to smoke,take a phone call, or sit with other coworkers drinking. I even had to ask another server for refills because he didn't come back.I'm a server and am pretty lax when it comes to closing time goofing around but being a bad server and rude is not a way to act. The food arrived and it was good, no complaints really. Finally when we went to pay, there were a few things wrong with the checks no big deal. When I tried to pay the ziosk wasn't accepting my payment so i brought it up to him and he treated me like I was the stupidest person in the world. Made me feel like crap. I asked if he could take payment on the physical reader and he rolled his eyes. When i received it back after five minutes, I unfortunately didn't tip as i saw his behavior unacceptable and quite rude. I love chili's and am a frequent flyer but tonight absolutely sucked.The cherry on top was when I walked out, he told me and I quote 'learn how to tip bitch'. Nice way to talk to an adult. This is my second favorite Chili's. They are pretty close to me. They're not the closest but the newest. They have great service and great food as always. I always get the three for me. You just can't go wrong with all that good food. read more

Our two couples went to Chilis tonight. Our waitress was wonderful. But the kitchen had real issues. The steaks were tough and lacking any real flavor. The Mac and cheese side dish was a joke. It was more like a watery soup. The old timer burgers were acceptable but really nothing special. My suggestion to you is try someplace else. read more

Decided to give them another try and let's just say it was the biggest mistake of my life. We were Very disappointed in the product that we were served even if it was for to go this hamburger should've never left the restaurant. The box says contains delicious food. That's a lie. Does this hamburger look appetizing to anyone and it was supposed to be with no onions all three of our hamburgers were burnt and overcooked again such a waste of money. We were on our way to our favorite restaurant and decided we needed a drink after our day. We chose Chilis because they have good margaritas and we have their app so we were just going to do appetizers and drinks. We were shocked that place was seating immediately even after we saw how packed their parking lot was. We ordered the triple decker appetizer with the mini burgers, chipotle chicken dippers and mozzarella sticks. My girlfriend got a el presidente strawberry margarita and I got the dragonfruit lemonade. Chips and drinks were brought to the table before our server had even stepped away. Great first impression for the night but then it went down hill. The chips were ice cold when usually they are hot or at least warm. The chips were not salted at all either. Our food came as we were being brought a second basket of chips that were warm. The mini burgers were what we both first jumped for and were disappointed that the burgers were also cold. We think they made the burgers and then waited on the fried stuff so the burgers got cold. The server was nice but not attentive at all we both asked for refills after the chipotle was a tad spicier than we expected. Good flavor just a bit spicy for our taste. We asked for BBQ to be brought out instead but server chose to go take drink orders from a new table rather than have our drinks or the BBQ so we could finish our meal. Needless to say the chips were not taken off the bill and we never got refills or BBQ so all in all not a good experience. Would prefer if server would actually check on table more than just taking first order and being stopped for us to get refills. It's disappointing because we go to chilis a lot but probably going to be a while before we go back. read more

I am certainly not comparing a Chilis to a five star steakhouse. I realize it's not an expensive five star restaurant. My rating and review are for what it is, a family friendly, chain restaurant. For that, it was one of the best experiences. The service was terrific. They are very well staffed. So often we see and hear about under staffed restaurants. I often believe it's probably because people don't want to work there. Clearly, this location does not struggle with finding staff, and they aren't afraid to spend what is necessary to be properly staffed. But more than that, we noticed the entire staff was smiling, friendly, and helping one another. They were very active, and seemed at least to enjoy their job. I'm sure there may be individuals that aren't happy, but taken as a whole, it's clear management is doing something right. There are much more refined expensive restaurants that could take a lesson from this Chilis, regarding service. As for the food, as always the chips were the best. Can't go to Chili's without chips and salsa. The Big Smasher burger was better than it should have been. Again, it was better prepared and had better flavor than many much more expensive restaurants. My only suggestion would be maybe they use a little of the staff to clean the floors a bit. I know this is difficult when it's crowded, and this place was slammed. But the floors could use a little sweeping. Again, a Chilis that is slammed. There is a reason for that. My guess is most of the people there the night we were will be back. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and sat quite quickly. The location was busy but had a nice to flow to it and didn't feel crowded. The decor was nice and had a modern rustic vibe to it. The waitress greeted us soon after we sat and took drink orders right away. She was great the whole night, never needed to request a refill, she paid attention and once I was close to being done my next drink was being brought to me. Excellent service! Chili's has gone downhill, sorry to say. Had takeout from them recently, gave them another chance tonight. Last month we got two meals from them with drinks: The ancho salmon was delicious. We also liked the burger and the blackberry margarita. But the regular lime gallon mar-go-rita was all mixer no tequila. Very terrible and heartburn inducing. Tonight I ordered from It's Just Wings on DoorDash because there was a coupon. I thought it would be coming from a food truck. Sadly, it was Chili's again. The "apple cinnamon hand pie" was almost no apple, definitely no cinnamon, and mostly some sort of lardy, tasteless crust. My dining partner, who loves apple pie, turnovers and fritters, couldn't even finish it. The wings were old or overcooked in grease that wasn't the right temp...couldn't tell which. The curly fries were soggy, weighted down with grease and also tasted old. I paid for blue cheese and had ranch. The only good thing is it was half the price of what Popeye's would be. We ate at the Brooksville Chili's, and both had the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. It was the most delicious burger eighter of us have ever had. It was cooked to perfection and the flavors are out of this world. The service was beyond excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. Good experience! Went with my sister on a Fri evening. Place was pretty crowded and loud with the after work crowd! Got seated away from the bar area where it was a bit quieter. It was busy and the waitress was hopping! It was a bit of a wait for the food but what do you expect on a Friday eve? A few lil errors on the food (asked for no scallions on boneless wings but it still had them) but nothing huge. Waitress filled drinks well, but seemed to always be almost running! Literally the worst Chili's I have ever been to. And the worst part is, I never learn my lesson and I've been back several time, thinking maybe things have changed. Consistently you are waiting 30-45 minutes for your server to even ask what you want to drink. On one occasion, we stopped by for a quick dinner before I had to work night shift. We spent over 1 hour waiting on food, for a party of 4, and the place was empty. Time and time again this Chili's has failed to even meet subpar expectations. CHILLED OUT on Chili's! We stopped into this brand spanking new Chili's in hopes of having a better experience than we've had at the one on Commercial Way in Spring Hill. Our initial negative wave was noise! The first thing that hit us was a very HIGH ambient noise level. Lots of sparse and stark surfaces within a building causes sounds to bounce off the walls and ceilings and directly into your ears. Unfortunately today, a lot of establishments go for this 'clean' and 'modern' motif, with no curtains, upholstery or soft surfaces that tend to 'soak' up sound. In exchange for the clean and sterile look, you end up with sound waves inundating your ears from all directions. Because of the high noise level we chose to sit at the bar, which was located separated a bit from the main dining area. We felt it would be doable. Sitting at the end of the bar, we were eventually noticed by the server/bar tender. My lovable and affable fiancée asked for a glass of Pinot Grigio. Not a huge or complicated order by any means. The server announced that they were 'out' of Pinot Grigio, and they had been out since Saturday. Really? Really? Lovable and affable looked at me, and I could see the hand-writing on the wall. Well, at least I could see it in her eyes. I knew this Chili's chow train was coming to a screeching halt, and quite abruptly. So, based on the high noise level, and the restaurant being out of what most restaurateurs would consider a staple wine, we opted to depart the premises. We kindly advised the server we would be vacating our seats and without further ado, we walked out. Our first exposure to this Chili's has cemented what we had read and heard. They need to get their act together, control their inventory and consider another line of business. Perhaps something less food centered??? Or, wine centered?? My friends and I went for a quick dinner on a Friday night. Yes, I know Friday night. 3/4 of us have been servers and it WASNT that busy. We never saw our server and the host was more helpful than anyone. The two managers stood in the corner with their thumbs up each others butts but they were "so busy" we waited 30 minutes for a box and the server ran away before we could ask for a check. They should make them taste it because premixing and serving it however many hours later makes it taste terrible. I thought they came out sizzling? Didn't this time. Great portion of chicken though, just not hot and blacked/ sizzling like they are known to do. Ordered the S'Mores cake for dessert because it looked interesting. Please warn the customers that there is no ice cream BEFORE its ordered, not when you are setting it down and its too late. Or upsell the ice cream first. A huge gob of toasted Jet Puff on a dry yellow piece of cake is not very smooth going down... I don't know about this Chilis. As far as Chilis Restaurants go, this location is one of the better ones. Not only because it's new and clean but they have a very knowledgeable staff. We sat in the bar area at a table around dinner time on a weekday. Bartender Nick was attentive and after speaking with him we found he's been in this business a while and knows his stuff! We ordered the table side guacamole with his recommendation which was pretty good but we've had this before in Citywalk at a Mexican restaurant and it was excellent there so we were a little jaded. I'm dieting so I ordered their steak from their light menu and it was filling and yummy as far as low cal foods go. But my diet went out the window when we ended up ordering the brownie skillet. THAT was to die for. This would be on my last request menu. So good. We will be back. It's local, great staff (on the multiple times we've been there), and the food is pretty good. read more

My server, Marcy, was sharp as a tack and funny and charming. The food was perfectly fine and I caught a quick buzz off the happy hour drafts. When I asked for a hotter black bean burger Marcy and the manager were wonderful. They both handled it with grace, they didn't make things awkward and they're both damn good at their jobs. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and everyone was cheerful. I'd go back and ask to sit in her section in a heartbeat! *it is gonna be 2018 in a few short days and the world feels pretty miserable. Although the last time I asked for the Texas Cheese Fries with no jalapeños and it unfortunately had jalapeños on it. When I asked if they could remake the fries for me they kindly took the plate back, came back in about 5 minutes and there was still a jalapeño on it because instead of making a fresh batch, they decided to pick the jalapeños off. The table behind us left it was cleared and a new couple sat down. They got their food and were finished before we got ours.
