I've come to this location with my little family already probably 10+ times, I've had a waitress named Jessica (usually in the booths by the check in ladies) about 3 or 4 times already , and she's such a sweetheart everytime we come in. I just hope she knows she makes every single encounter we have with her amazing and so easy! Every visit I've had at this location was great service and food . Management is doing great obviously cause I've never had a waiter/waitress having a bad day and visibly showing it since I've dined here. Went last night and felt very urged to make this post becus of our waitress jessica!!!

Met three former co-workers here for lunch and we were seated in a booth in the bar area. The bartender was our server and was excellent (and had a great sense of humor). I ordered the Oldtimer Burger which came with fries. We came at the lunchtime rush so it took about 20 minutes for our food to come out. My burger had cheese, pickles, tomato, and lettuce (I requested no onion). The burger was juicy and everything on the burger was fresh and flavorful. The bun had been grilled and was very greasy - by the time I finished I felt like I'd washed my hands in a tub of Wesson oil. The fries were just fine as was my iced tea. It was a decent meal enhanced by great service. This Chili's is located at Downtown Buena Park mall so there is a ton of parking.

1st time in Chili's, restaurant was packed tonight on Sunday. We ordered Chicken Crispers Combo, Classic Sirloin Steak w/ Mash Potatoes Triple Dipper Meal & Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert and everything was very good! Our server was Super Friendly (unfortunately forgot his name) he came back couple of times to check if everything was good and also took care couple of our requests about our meal! A well spend late evening at the Chili's!

Christian was a great server. Very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend sitting with him. The smash burger is bomb and the restaurant was quiet and comfortable.

So many different food options and great combos at Chili's, including soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, chicken, and pasta. Typically timely and friendly service. No complaints! Good location for dates, family dining, or any occasion

It was a busy Monday! Our host was very nice and we wanted to sit in the booth instead of the high chairs so we waited 15-20mins. Our server Jessica did a phenomenal job! She was very friendly and attentive. I would say she was the best sever I ever had, thank you for making our experience wonderful. Chips & salsa 7/10! Watermelon tea 6/10 Triple dipper: everything was on point crunchy and delicious. 9/10 Ultimate smokehouse 9/10! Lava cake 10/10 was very yummy

Bought $100 for two gift cards $50/each from Chili's. Got two $10/each extra gift cards.

Stopped by our local B.P. Chili's after the batting cages for some delicious burgers, nachos, and fun margaritas. We were seated quickly in their cozy and comfortable little dining room and feasted on deliciousness for a while as we were catching up on stories and activities. Our awesome and friendly server delivered our meals in a timely manner and we can't wait to return soon!! Thank you Chili's

Finally, I got to leave a Chili's without being mad! This location was in a mall parking lot (like most). We had to park a little ways away because it was Saturday night and the place was busy! We had a 30 minute wait but there was places to walk. When they sent a text message letting us know our table was ready, we walked right back. Even though it was busy, the waitress was great! The problem with most Chili's is that the places are understaffed. I couldn't tell if this place had a staff shortage as our waitress was always there when we needed her. I have the app and there was bottomless chips and salsa. Be careful, the chips are addictive! We had some great cocktails too. I recommend the Coconut Margarita. Even the friends at the table were in live with it! The food came out in a reasonable timeframe. It was the right temperature and taste. We couldn't fit desert. We left full! Everyone in the group gave this place the "thumbs up."

I found out about it through my cousin, who's a UCR alum, and I'm really glad I finally got to try it. The staff were super nice and attentive, constantly coming by our table to check if we needed more water, tortillas, or anything else we might want. Even with how busy it was, they still made sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. I definitely plan on returning while I'm still at UCR to make up for all the years I didn't know this place existed.

We have not been here since the 90's and I have to say, it was much better back then. All in all, there is just no flavor. The salsa tasted like watery tomatoes, our waitress gave us a little side of habanero salsa to incorporate with it but that heat is the extreme for me. We ordered the Mesquite chicken and steak fajitas which were less than average. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but the taste of the protein did not match up to the wonderful smell of BBQ outside the restaurant. The tortillas were just ok, first batch was not even warm. My Michelada was good though. Bummer visit after being away for so long. Looks like the interior could stand a makeover.

My personal favorite is the chicken taco, it's flavorful, well-seasoned, and not too dry, which can be hit or miss at a lot of spots. I have noticed that catering orders can sometimes come out a little inconsistent or "off" compared to ordering in person. My suggestion would be to stick with getting it directly from the restaurant when possible, since the quality seems more reliable that way. They don't have a full bar, but they do offer a few drink options like a Paloma, canned drinks, and a couple other choices I can't fully remember off the top of my head. I'm a bit mixed on the pricing, but overall it's a place I continue to support because the food is generally solid and the tacos keep me coming back.

In a time where consistency is rare, this place has stayed absolutely top notch from day one. The food is always on point, fresh, flavorful, and made with care every single time. Kenny and John are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and they genuinely make you feel like a valued customer. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every order that comes out of the kitchen. Their hot sauce is incredible and easily my favorite anywhere. It is one of those flavors you do not forget and a big reason I keep coming back week after week. I eat here about once a week and have for years, and I can recommend just about everything on the menu. My go to is the chips and cheese, which is an absolute must, along with the shredded beef tacos, potato tacos, and enchiladas. They also have great carne asada fries, and what makes them stand out is that they use thick, golden crispy fries instead of the thin shoestring kind, which makes a huge difference. They even have something you will not find anywhere else, enchilada fries, which are fries covered in enchilada sauce and cheese, and you can add carne asada if you want. It is simple and incredible. The ambience is part of what makes this place so special. It is a small family owned spot that is always clean and comfortable. Everyone inside, including the customers, is friendly, and there is always a good vibe because people are genuinely happy to be there enjoying the food. Sometimes there is a small TV on, and other times you will hear music playing from behind the counter, which just adds to the charm. It feels welcoming, relaxed, and real. It is a cash only place, but they do have an ATM inside, so it is easy to plan for. At the end of the day, there is just nothing like Little Caboose. Places like this are rare, and I do not think there will ever be another quite like it. Once you try it, you will understand why so many people become regulars for life. Thank you for over 30 years of amazing food, consistency, and great service.

I just had a friend cater from here and I think I ate enough for a small country to be full for a…read moremonth. The food was absolutely amazing. I'll go one by one as I really didn't skimp on any of it..... First off, the brisket was so tender I couldn't even get it on to my plate originally. I had to keep stabbing at it with a fork and it just kept falling into pieces it was magical. The flavor was amazing with the perfect combination of that smokey and fire grilled taste. Didn't even need to use any sauce, but don't sleep on their BBQ sauce it had the perfect flavor of not too acidic and not too sugary. It's hard to stop eating it. I had to follow it up with the brisket quesadillas because.... well because they were staring at me and I had to show them who was boss.... Again, insane flavor combo and pleasantly addicting. Next move I had to throw down on a couple of hot wings to make sure my taste buds were still jumping and ready for the upcoming situation. Just for reference purposes, nice little kick with a bit of smokey flavor. Could've eaten 20 in one sitting but was continuing on my path of BBQ destruction. We now veered over to the baby back ribs .... I think I ate 10 before I realized what was going on. Yet again, the flavor was perfect and the meat was cooked to perfection. It didn't need any sauce, but I was a big fan of loading up on the BBQ sauce for these bad boys..... Next I shifted my fat eyed focus over to the tri-tip. It had that perfect pink center looking like a medium rare meaty super model. I went a different route here and dipped it into this horseradish sauce concoction that I never seen or heard of in my life. I don't know what was in that sauce, but it was phenomenal. I could have literally eaten this stuff by itself, but everyone was looking so I didn't want to make it weird. The tri-tip itself didn't even need any sauce and was super juicy, but that sauce just elevated the taste to another level. Now we decided to go a different location on the farm pay tribute to some smoked chicken. I had to dabble with both the BBQ sauce and the horseradish sauce as my dipping/smothering choices for this tasty bird. Couldn't even tell you how great it was without the sauce, since my mind was already fading trying to fight off my meat sweat coma. Lastly for our protein portion of the evening, I had to top it off with some of that pulled pork. Now this was extremely flavorful and some of the best I've had in quite some time. I did however enjoy lathering it up with that BBQ sauce like some of his fellow plate mates I already devoured. I will give a shout out to the sides, even though I only had a brief taste of each as I was going hard on the proteins. High fives to the potato salad, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, street corn, corn bread, tator tots and collard greens. I may have possibly missed one or 2, but after gorging on disgusting amounts of food, you tend to forget things. Had to make sure to sneak some of those greens in there so my heart didn't give out.... I however did not indulge in the chips and salsa that were there since I didn't want to come off as a pig..... So instead (as I forgot to mention previously), I took the queso and poured it over some pulled pork because that's what needed to happen at that moment.... Boom! For the grand finale, we had this banana pudding dessert that literally put me over the top. If I could openly cuss on this platform, I genuinely would.... It was absolutely orgasmic. That's right, you read that correctly. I don't know what they put in that thing, but to call it amazing would be an understatement. Pretty sure I blacked out at some point while finishing my bowl of dessert. As you can read, I was not a fan of any of the food in any way shape or form.(Sarcasm ...) I look forward to going back, but I will need to wait until I awake from this painful food coma I've been fighting off since the ending of the World Cup match watching USA beat the breaks off of Bosnia with one man down. Much love on the food and I happily dedicate this extra fat fold on my stomach and the 8lb weight gain to AJ's BBQ.
