We order from here once a week because it's supposed to be my day to relax but that's honestly laughable now. please take my advice and don't ever do delivery because they never put all the order in the bag and the food is always cold even though it takes less than 10 minutes to get to my house. I really hope someone can come and turn this location around because they are completely incompetent. I don't know how many more times they can give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. When I come somewhere like Chili's, I'm not expecting a gourmet meal, but a classic app or a burger. We came here again tonight, for the first time since last December, after stopping at another Canton establishment (that had high Yelp ratings- whose ratings did not match the experience), and had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean. The only complaint I have was the 30 minute wait to be seated, which seemed to be due to a lack of staff, as there were many tables open. Will definitely come back in the future. read more

I had wanted to try the Triple dipper appetizer for a while now and since I had some time this week I thought why not go to Chili's! I got here after 430 pm and it wasn't busy; however, I had a kinda long wait to be seated, receive my drink, and appetizers. I must note that my waitress was really nice and attentive after she was assigned to me. On to the food... I ordered the trio with honey chipotle mozzarella sticks, chicken crispers, and southwest egg rolls. The first thing that caught my attention was that my food was just warm, barely. The egg rolls had the best potential, flavors were there just pretty cold. The tenders were okay better than the sticks. The breading on the sticks and the sauce combined was a very weird texture. I think it would have been better without the sauce on top. Next, I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp to take home. So the good, it was fresh when I ordered it and aesthetically pleasing. The chicken was chopped beautifully and there was a good amount of food... however the taste was very bland and I'm not sure why it's Cajun because it's not spicy, not even a little. Today, My Wify and I decided to go get a bite to eat from Chili's in Canton and it wasn't that crowded so we're very excited because of that we ordered three items out of those three items to them was wrong and the other item was cold. All right, so me, my wife and son go to Chili's located at 41680 Ford Rd, Canton Township, MI 48187 at around 6:15 pm tonight and get turned away along with other customers because they/ the manager said that the kitchen couldn't handle the so called rush. Mind you there were at least 5 empty table right in the left as you entered the door. I should have known when we got out of the car and heard people complaining walking to their cars. Ordered off of Yelp/Grub hub for pickup. I never got the message that said my order was ready, so I went in. They said their iPad was down. He acted as if I was bothering him. When i told him I used Yelp/Grub hub... he told me that I should NOT have used that service. He was UNAPOLOGETIC about my situation! I got the food home , and it was cold and subpar. My husband and I went here for lunch today around 11:30 - We were seated immediately - the waitress that we ended up with was yelling at the other waitress that we were her table, not theirs. Upon sitting, the waitress proceeded to stock and clean the bar rather than coming to our table. 10 minutes later, she finally approached our table and asked what we wanted to drink (we were already ready to order so we did) then proceeded to take orders from three other tables, went back to the bar to stock some beer, then brought our drinks out. We received our appetizers, and an additional table was sat and greeted immediately. Our food took over 45 minutes to come to the table, and as we were waiting for our food, the same table that came in as appetizers came out were served their entrees. Upon waiting for a refill, our waitress was standing at the bar, taking a man's number and flirting it up with him. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this location, and the service as I have had nothing but great experiences at other Chili's. read more

We visited this location for the first time late Sunday afternoon. They were busy relative to the staff on hand. However, we were seated fairly quickly, especially for a party of seven. Our server Nyle took great care of us. He's very pleasant and made our visit enjoyable. He's very good, and works hard to please. The various dishes were all good. The burgers here are huge and well prepared. Two of us had chicken fajita and those were also good. The salsa and chips here are top-notch. Me and my friend came here yesterday around 3:20 and we were told we'll be seated in 25 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes to an hour. My friend went up and asked about our seats to a different hostess, and she searched for his name and number on the list and it wasn't there. So he had to input his info again. We don't come here often and will probably keep it that way. After viewing the menu, we ended up ordering the 2 for $25 deal. We each ordered ceasar salads and the chipotle chicken alfredo pasta. Our waitress came back with lettuce tossed in light ceasar dressing on a plate and a few croutons on top. As I stared at my salad, I noticed there was not one piece of parmesan cheese on either of our salads. I notified our waitress and she brought us some grated parmesan cheese in two cups. The pasta was good with the garlic bread. The strawberry cheese cake was also good. The patron margarita was just okay, just more margarita than anything. Michigan, at least this part, was not ready to open for indoor dining. Stopped at 3 restaurants and told they were no longer seating at 845pm. Closing times 10-11pm. Called and asked about waitlist. Got a quote of 25-30 min. Get there, well she must have been the lady that just got off, it's 45 min. OK. I joined the waitlist on yelp. Restaurant is literally half full. Obviously understaffed. My husband Ryan and I went to Chili's after my sisters wedding for a little snack. Our meal ended up costing us around 20$. Our meal consisted of "Fresh" Guacamole and Classic Nachos with chicken. My husband was thirsty, so we decided to get a Dr. Pepper to go. After entering our vehicle, my husband took of the lid on the soda cup because it wasn't on correctly and after removing the lid from the cup he found a glob of spit on the side of the cup. I haven't been to this location in many years and today we decided to give it another try. We were so glad we did! I ordered the black bean and veggie fajitas and it was perfection. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and while untraditional it was a nice surprise too! It was served with black beans and they were amazing too. My wife ordered the ancho salmon and I ordered the avocado steak. As we were talking our food eventually came out and I realized that we didn't get our chips and salsa so I made sure we wouldn't be charged for it.
