First of all Chilis, thank you for coming through for the Vets with an amazing menu and even more amazing service. This was my first time checking out Veterans day as a Vet and I loved every minute of being here. I had the Old Timee Burger with broccoli and an Old Fashioned. The bartender was so sweet to let me sub out the fries for broccoli at no charge. The old fashioned he made was perfect! Super easy to sip this and enjoy the company next to me. I was super impressed by the bartender who was also the server, bus person, and so many other roles. He kept his composure and was so kind throughout the entire time. Had a great experience! Our server was super attentive and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. The food came out fast and everything was really good--especially the salmon, which was excellent. We have ordered different things for the last several years that we've been going there and everything has been great. It's a big crispy. Chicken sandwich is what we had last time. Fantastic too big to eat at all we easily could've split it . Their chips are the best I've ever had thin crispy, nacho chips that are great with just their salsa even better with their queso or guacamole.. The guac is creamy very very good. We usually sit in the bar area at a hightop table. When I go to Chili's I'm not looking for ambience, although it is always clean that's important.. I am looking for good food, good service and the folks therapy and friendly and courteous and kind it just the icing on the cake when we think of eating out in Casa Grande Chili's is usually our choice read more

My spouse and I went in at noon and wanted to try the lunch specials. My spouse had the chicken sandwich and potato soup while I had the hamburger and potato soup. Both of us just had water to drink. My spouse could not finish her soup while did finish mine, barely. My hamburger was ok, but the bun was dry almost stale. My spouse's chicken was good, and it had bacon which we all know is a food group. The bun was on the doughy side. One thing found interesting was not a salt or pepper shaker in the place, checked all the tables and bar and none. Just found that weird Service was good but what surprised me was that the place was more than half empty at lunch time. Plenty of parking. The building is older but clean. The chips here are seriously addicting. You can order them with salsa or guacamole when you dine-in, or have them delivered through your preferred food delivery service and they come in a special bag that you pop in the microwave to Mae them taste like they are fresh out of the oven. The seafood tacos are also delicious. I've tried just about every lunch and dinner option on the menu, but I've reorder 1 or 2 of them. I just wasn't impressed with most of them. I'll order a quesadilla or the seafood tacos and give them to my roommate just so I can get the add-on chips for $5 when you sign up on the website. The chips are SO good! read more

We were in for lunch around noon and are seated immediately, I'm with my husband for this dine in experience. Our waitress takes our drink order a strawberry margarita and a Dr Pepper (or Pepsi, it was a brown soda) and food order. They come to bring our drinks and have brought two margaritas and the soda. I tell them, no, we only got one margarita and from that point on our server basically said "f*ck this table" and never checked on us again. Other servers in the area brought us napkins or refilled our drinks. Only once did our actual "waitress" ask if we needed anything, but didn't wait for a response since food was in my mouth at the time. My husband always tips and I honestly wish he didn't the waitress was so rude. What was even more grating is she would flit around every table AROUND us and ignore our table. She would SIT in booths with other tables to take their order so friendly. Maybe it's because I'm Hispanic? All of the tables around us were Caucasian. I've never been so ignored while at a restaurant, even at other chilis. We were here today 11/23/24 at noon to one pm. I've been to this chilis multiple times before and have never been treated this way. My husband also didn't get our receipt which is very annoying so I can't submit a complaint directly to chilis. My lunch was excellent! Did the 3 for me with strawberry lemonade, soup, & smash burger with fries! Also since I'm a rewards member I got my chips & salsa for free!! (Join the reward program!) I've been going to this Chili's for 18 years and have enjoyed great service and food. Today unfortunately the server was great but the food was average. The garlic toast served with the Smokehouse Combo was the consistency of a crouton. As it worked out we were not able to let our server know until the end of our dinner. She offered a new piece which we declined. She indicated that she would let the manager know. no feedback was given. After we paid the bill I asked if the manager had responded to our concern. First tip - join their rewards club for free chips and salsa (or a fountain drink) on every visit. Their salsa is just okay, but their chips are house-made. They switch up their drink specials regularly - we tried the black cherry blitz - pretty good on a hot afternoon. Here we were back at Chili's. There aren't a lot of choices in Casa Grande . The first place we stopped at had gone out of business. Lots of restaurants seemed to have problems during Covid. We were seated right away which is always a good thing. We noticed some servers were wearing masks and others not. We wondered what the maskless meant. Our order was taken fairly quickly but then our server walked around to 3 other tables before she turned it in. We ordered the $25 special for two dinners. We bothhad the medium rare steaks and both were cooked rare. One was sent back which came back about a medium well. Broccoli was the vegetable. It was like an appetizer -- picked out of the garden and put on our plates. Not good for a dinner but might have been good for the appetizer with ranch dressing. Here we were again waiting for our server. Cheescake was supposed to follow but she was busy taking orders from others so had to get another server to get it for us. We went to Chili's last night and yes we had a small wait but that's understandable since we had a party of 8. We were seated and our drink orders were placed right away. We had several toddlers with us. One fell and knocked his chair over, falling on the floor. The other one vomited. Yes this happened at the same time. The host made sure the child who fell was fine but we really needed to ask for help with the sick mess. The servers had no problem helping us. They were more than accommodating. My meal was great. It met my expectations of being delicious. I gave them a 4 stars because no one offered us a high chair and I went and got it myself. Plus there is always room for improvement for them to grow into the best Chili's around. read more
