We went to Chili's last night and yes we had a small wait but that's understandable since we had a party of 8. We were seated and our drink orders were placed right away. We had several toddlers with us. One fell and knocked his chair over, falling on the floor. The other one vomited. Yes this happened at the same time. The host made sure the child who fell was fine but we really needed to ask for help with the sick mess. The servers had no problem helping us. They were more than accommodating. My meal was great. It met my expectations of being delicious. I gave them a 4 stars because no one offered us a high chair and I went and got it myself. Great service at Chili's Casa Grande. You can't beat the 3 for one. I love the chicken enchilada soup and the chicken bacon quesadillas.

Waited for our meal for 50 min. As we sit here they bring my husbands meal wrong and only the sour cream and cheese for my fajitas. Server comes 10 min later to say. "She" is going to buy my fajitas. Me not knowing if she is a manager or someone who wants to buy my dinner across the restaurant haha As she comes back to give another excuse it's just comical. Says she is short staffed and out of fajitas yet the person behind me ordered after us and got food before us with fajitas. The server basically said you can't complain we covered it and walked off. Stopped here for dinner on our way to Tucson back in July. Our first choice was a place with great reviews, but it turned out they only open for lunch. Service was good, food was so so. We had the appetizer and 2 entrees for $20, We were in a hurry and that was the first thing we told our server. Appetizer was the onion/jalapeño stack (I think that is how it is called) and we didn't like it much because it was too greasy and soggy... we know it is fried but we usually order it and it never was like that. Not sure if the oil was not hot enough or what. Then, hubby had chicken pasta and I had a steak. His pasta was too tough, and the sauce was kind of runny. I do not remember exactly what was the issue my steak, but I think it was overcooked... And why the 3 stars, you may wonder? well, a manager came to us and apologized and offered to make it right, but since we were in quite a hurry, he did comp our meals and we only paid for our drinks. We really just ate a little bit, we could not believe none of it was good. So bottom line, the place was very busy, so it must not be that terrible, it was just probably not our day. And, I do not expect restaurants to be perfect, but I expects manager to handle this kind of matters with respect for their customers, and I believe this manager did. So, we were charged only for the drinks, but we left the tip we would have left for that kind of order (about 20% of what would have been the total bill if we had paid for it) and I want to think that had we had the time we would have gotten the meals to our satisfaction. read more

I would have to give this establishment a single star from the moment we got there we were told a 30min wait with 3 parties ahead of us as i looked around and saw more than 6 tables/booths sat empty, even then me and my pregnant wife and children waited and as we hit the 20min mark of waiting a group of same size party as ours that was not latino like my family arrived after us and waited 5 mins or so were called in and seated by the caucasian hostess completely ignoring my family even though we were seated right in front of her waiting the entire time , so we brought it to their attention and they still wanted us to wait. I came here for lunch and thought let's give it a try. I was seated right away and the waitress introduced herself as Jessica and that her assistant would be Barry today. She took my drink order while I looked at the menu. I was looking for a healthy lunch, but I saw on the back of the menu, a bunch of lunch specials and combos. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup and the pretzel blt. I didn't know it came with fries too! I couldn't finish my meal. It was a six dollar combo! Do you know when you are at the mall, and walk past that familiar auntie Anne's pretzels smell? And you know you are getting a fresh pretzel? That's how I describe the pretzel blt. It was good but what was satisfying was the chicken enchilada soup!! It had melted cheese and just really hits the spot! It totally stole the spotlight of the pretzel bun. I was impressed with how well this Chili's was adhering to the social distancing guidelines. Servers were all wearing masks, wiping down tables between each guest and were also very attentive during the meal. After we were seated the server seemed to be very pushy about getting our order before we even looked at the menu. Once our order was placed we waited. While waiting about 20 minutes we hear a crash and see food all over the floor, our food. The server walked up and told us that there was a mishap with our order and it would be a little longer. 10 minutes after that the manager brought us chips and salsa to apologize. In this time 4 other tables were seated around us. All 4 were seated and served while we waited. After an hour and 45 minutes our order finally arrived. First time to this location - was looking for something to eat and Casa Grande is not a huge city so there wasn't a lot of places to eat that excited me. We decided to stop here because iwe are familiar with chiles. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. This location seems a lot smaller than other locations but the food is the same :-) my friend had the chicken crispers and he enjoyed these more than other locations because there was mostly chicken. He said the other locations mostly have batter. Chiles will make any burger with their black bean patty so I had the Santa Fe. It's was good. I like their fries with their honey mustard....I don't even like honey mustard but I like Chile's with their fries. Chile's has never been a place I would think to get chips and salsa but join their Rewards program and you will get them (and other things) free. Honestly their chips are thin and yummy. They go really well with their salsa...This salsa is better than some Mexican food restaurants. We were surprised, great chicken soft tacos. Great chili! The Chili was very good and much improved from the last visit a handful of years ago. Good to see they have made major quality and services strides to serve a better meal, and overall dining enjoyment. They have to deliver better quality to stay open I can imagine. This place used to be my go to anytime I went c Home Depot. Stopped in today after picking up some building materials. Just wanted to go to the bar for a beer, was told no. I look around, there are 4 people at the bar, 6 empty chairs, 3 tables with 2 people each, 4 empty tables, rest of the place about half full. I ask why not, there is plenty of space. Former chili head review here. Pretty slow when I came in tonight. Sat in the bar. Had the triple dipper. Food was just ok. Egg rolls under cooked. Boneless buffalo wings were overcooked with little sauce. Burger bites were good. Bartender was on auto pilot more interested in talking to co workers sitting in front of me. I hadn't eaten at Chili's in years, as in the past, I'd always found it to be heavy, greasy and just okay. So, when in C.G. for the afternoon, was surprised to see all the cars in the parking lot (in my experience, usually a good sign). We decided to give it a try, and very glad we did. It has a completely different menu from anything I remembered and when the food arrived, everything looked great. And how it all tasted went right along -- excellent. At our table, we sampled the burgers, shrimp tacos, chicken tortilla soup, chicken fajitas and the Margarita Chicken. Food arrived pretty quickly, hot and well presented. Worst Chili's I ever been to in my life. The wait time was 40 minutes which was fine not a problem. But after being seated it took more than an hour to bring our food. Plus they brought all of our food separate. The pizza and quesadilla were cold hen served. They brought my moms dish but said her mash potato's were coming up later. We have now had enough of cold food. Few months back order 3 half slab ribs. All 3 looked cooked but where cold and red inside. Ribs went back and return warm. So much for fall off the bone ribs. Next time we got ribs where ok. No fall the bone. Just a few weeks ago, tried again. Had to return to get them warm again. We where told the one time the oven was not working. What the hell. Well, switch to steaks. Last week wife raved as I had the ribs. She had the steak I had the tough crappy ribs. So today I went for the steak. Was decent. And guess what, wife's was cold. First time ordering on the app from here. Order was accurate, arrived 5 minutes ahead of food app said prep time, got food in less than a minute. Most of the food was hot like it was just made. Except mine, ordered the chipotle bowl and the shrimp taco lunch special. Tacos were bland, 6 small shrimp cold as a cocktail salad. But not bad enough to complain until today, before heading into work. I work in customer service so I am very aware of how an employee should greet and speak to customers. These people are disgusting. Nonexistent customer service. Completely ignored me and never said I'll be right with you. Walked past me twice and made eye contact but no smile. It has been a long time since we ate at Chili's, but stopped in for dinner the other night. We were seated beside a large party (maybe 16 or so) which made the place even noisier than normal. We ordered the fajitas (chicken, steak, and shrimp) and split it. Very good and plenty of food for the two of us. Service was quite good even though the place was busy. I would give zero stars if I could. The waitress apparently had no training or just did not care. When asked if they had Octoberfest beers she said the only October thing they had was a martini special. The food was absolutely awful and the error in our order was never corrected. We asked her to change a tv to a sports event and she tried a few remotes then said she couldn't find the right remote, could we just watch another tv? When we asked for the bill, without finishing our food orders, it showed a zero charge for water. When we told the waitress we never got water she said well it didn't cost you anything anyway. I came down from California to visit relatives came in to chili's for dinner walked in with my family and kids to get told by the host " they are not seating anyone and she was not able to tell me the reason why as she was direct by the manager to say that". Really I have never in my life been through something like that I was really kind blown by the situation.There were plenty of open tables as their establishment was not busy and when I looked around there were a lot of Caucasian people eating already. I couldn't help to feel very discriminated and felt absolutely horrible that my children had to witness and go through that. I have filed a complaint to their corporate office and I hope whenever anyone reads this review and have been treated this way by this establishment and their employees they would to the same. - Busy & clean restaurant - the wait time wasn't long at all - normally I always that pictures of all my bacon cheeseburgers but this was not worth it. This is what my experience is everytime i order a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions. - half of burger patty as if the cooks were so busy flipping the burger that it fell apart - mentioned this to server. "would you like for me to take this back?". i gave her the look that didn't seem to pass the common sense theory so i said yes please. - got a actual bacon cheeseburger but was a little raw. figured if i mentioned something on this, it will guarantee the "special spit sauce" so i didn't mentioned it. - a sprinkle of cold diced onions - mentioned that to server. "that's what the cook gave me" - asked for grilled/sauteed onions. - bacon was not fully cooked - looked like it came from wax paper and microwave because it was warm and flat - at this point is was very disappointed - talked to the manager on this which he mentioned that the food has been brought out straight from the grill providing no explanation why. this is my 6th time ordering a bacon cheeseburger and Chili's seems to never get it right.
