But they offered some good deals, like buy one, get one burger. But beware, it seems like you have to ask for the deal, they don't automatically give it to you. I decided to order a double cheeseburger and chilli cheese fries. The burger was good with a slight taste of char and I really liked that they use 1000 island, instead of mayo. My only complaint is that the patties were quite thin. The chilli cheese fries were yummy and the chilli was thick, rich and loaded with gooey cheese. My only complaint is that I wish the fries were cooked well done, so they would've remained crispier under all that delishousness. Despite my few gripes, I still think this is a good local burger spot, and much better than many fast food chains in the immediate area. I will definitely return. read more

This is our new go to for hamburgers! The staff is wonderful and kind. They go that extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. We've eaten inside twice and gone through the drive through once. Both times the food was consistent and generous! I love how they give you the option to get curly or regular fries at the same cost. The hamburgers we ordered were huge and tasty. We have a lot of hamburger options on Riverside Drive in Chino, but Hercules is now our go to! I'd like to try the salads next- as they looked amazing. Keep up the good work guys. Well, sticking to tradition, I ordered the pastrami combo. The combo came out to twenty two dollars and change. Order brought to my table within a few short minutes. The appearance of the meal look pleasing. Along with the pastrami, the meal included some French fries and a 20oz fountain drink. The pastrami sandwich was very good. The pastrami meat was chopped up just how I had requested it. The bread was fresh and the sandwich as a whole was rather pleasing. It was prepared with the usual mustard and pickles. Tried this place after old burger place was closed for years. I got 2 pastrami combos. I opted to get zucchini instead of fries on one. I didn't think or saw on menu that it was going to cost me a leg for change. However, pastrami was good and plenty so I can't complain. Zucchini was pretty good too. Been waiting a while for them to reopen so we decided to give them a try tonight. We were skeptical after reading the reviews but let me tell you, our experience couldn't be any further from what we read online. The service was fast, they were friendly, the order was correct, and the food was great! As far as price, we ordered two meals and the price was $26. Today, you can't go anywhere and get a complete meal for less so I'm not sure why there are reviews complaining about price. I would gladly pay this much for this level of quality any day before I pay McDonald's or any other garbage fast food chain, hands down. Also, both our orders were customized and they came out correct and very quickly. It took about 6 minutes total. The cashier was having difficulty understanding me, but finally understood what I was asking her. There was almost a cup of gravy on my chicken fried steak, I asked for a little container to scrape it off. Next time I'll get the gravy on the side.
