I did not realize the syrup was on the bottom so I ended up accidentally drinking the syrup (with the straw) and then the rest of the iced tea was unsweet. We had been holding a Chili's gift card with a small balance remaining for a long time, so we decided to close it out. Arriving around 2:30 p.m., we didn't have to wait long for a table. We ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer platter. We selected the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, Southwestern Egg Rolls, and the Chicken Wings. Each of these items were very good. We also split a Mushroom Burger. The meat was perfect, and the overall taste was fantastic. I don't remember Chili's hamburgers being that good. The accompanying fries were cooked perfectly. Our service was great, shout out to our waiter Harrison (he was trying to get that tip)(and yk what he DID)!! We were extremely pleased with the service from our waiter, Cole. This young man deserves a raise for how attentive and kind he was. I never thought I'd be saying this about Chilli's (no offense) but he provided the best service we've EVER had, anywhere. He was professional, thoughtful, and just on top of it!! I went to Chilis for the first time in a very long time. I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I like eating at local mom and pop shops but I decided to go against the norm for once. I'll start with service first; our waiter was beyond friendly. Got us seated right away, gave us time to look at the menu and would periodically check in on us. This place was very clean which I appreciate along with the mood, setting and vibe being very relaxing. Mind you I came here on a Sunday night around 7pm-8pm; it was a very great night. we usually go to Chili's two times a month my great granddaughter granddaughter and me and our meals had half the fries. My granddaughter and macaroni and cheese and fries macaroni and cheese came in a bowl about half the size my granddaughter got the chicken sandwich and fries and dips and salsa and the chicken sandwich was over half bread. Fries were cold and half the size the chips were good, but salsa was like pouring it out of a tomato sauce can. I got the chicken crisps and fries and potato soup. Horrible customer service, the waitress attending us (white curly headed dude) didn't give us any utensils so we can eat our salads we had to wait in order for another waitress to give them to us. I want to express how difficult it can be to be a Bartender to serve your bar which is their duty and take care of tables that they have been assigned thinking it would be a slow day but on the contrary New Years Eve dinner rush has been unexpected for them I can see. I come from full service and Jessica who is the bartender is doing great at her service and attentiveness to all her guests that she is responsible for. Aj her cocktail service is doing great also checking up on us when we are not his table. The food was great no issues and their service is great. I want to share that I never saw the manager once help the bar out even when they were busy making drinks and needed help to check up on their tables. I really firmly believe she (the manager) because I can see her just standing, should have a floor presence in the whole restaurant and be able to be there for the team and not just be nonchalant and not care. I'm just a loyal person to Chili's (not gonna get into a whole childhood story) but I came here for lunch with my child and just had a low key lunch. We enjoyed our triple dipper and skillet queso. The triple dipper is now $15.99 but with crazy prices these days it doesn't sound too bad to get 3 items for that price but I sure miss the days when it used to be $10. I honestly just feel like Chili's is an American restaurant with plates that you can't go wrong with unlike Applebee's and TGIF where the food seems to be weird or something is just off. and so glad there's a location somewhat near me. First time at this location arrived sat quickly the waiter came up pretty quick name was Derrick with 2 R's and took our order very differently than I'm used to and confused the heck out of me and when I was giving my order he stopped me and told me he liked my enthusiasm but wasn't ready to take my side orders which threw me for a loop! 10/18- we decided to come to eat we had about 15 including a baby in our group, four of us came inside to use the restroom. We saw servers getting our table ready for us there was a high chair at our table. We went back out then we got called to be seated and the hair chair was gone. A server came to us and let us know that they only had a small amount of high chairs they were all being used at the moment. They had told me that they would keep an eye out for one to bring to us, said that was okay no worries. Maybe ten minutes go by and this family gets seated and they got a hair chair quick. I asked the manager if there was an high chair open he went and checked and told me there was none I did get upset so my husband has to go get the stroller from the car. The manager sees that we had the stroller and out of no where he brings a hair chair? Like really?? You see we have the stroller why bring the high chair. AND to make things worst that family that got the high chair never used it, their baby was sleeping the whole time. If you have kids that use high chairs don't bother coming to this location, only four high chairs. Do better! read more

My family and I, a group of 5, came in yesterday around 6:50 pm. When we walked in a host was seating the only waiting party and my mother-in-law went up to the other hosts. They asked how many people and told her it would be 15-20 minutes for a table she agreed and we all either sat or stood waiting. A few other parties came in to get on the waitlist or (mostly) go sit at the bar. There were 3-4 hosts up at the stand the entire time we were there. After 25ish minutes my husband went to the bathroom and saw a couple of 5 tops being clean so we figured we'd get called back soon. But after a few minutes of seeing the hosts joking and talking at the stand my mother in law went up to ask about our table. The host said we weren't on the list and they would "bump us up" but it would be another 45-minute wait. She questioned that because we should be the next table sat and he said "I'm sorry it's going to be 45-minutes". So we decided to leave. I called the manager a few minutes later and he apologized and said "you guys aren't still here are you?". Of course we aren't there! What really gets me is these teens are joking around, talking, laughing, and while we were in the waiting area the entire time they never asked if we wanted to get on the waitlist after not putting us on the list? Pure incompetence and laziness. Never said "I can get my manager for you" just "I'm sorry it's going to be 45-minutes. And then the manager's only response is to ask if we're still there and says he'll "talk with them" about it. Nothing to say they would like us to return in the future. As far as I'm concerned, my family and I won't return to this Chili's. Seems like the way to get those hosts to be more efficient may be to cut at least 2 or make sure they aren't using ZYNs on the job. read more

Me & my boyfriend came here when we were bored and hungry, it did not disappoint. The three for me deal was amazing, came with a drink, salad & Cajun shrimp pasta. We got the southwestern eggrolls as an app because I used to get it from rainforest cafe as a kid & it brought back memories. My boyfriends burger was tasty as well, they brought us a second portion of fries since more was heating up but they wanted to get it out in a timely manner.
