The other 2 times I have visited this location I have sat at the bar top and had great service while watching everyone at the tables around me wait forever to be served. Today, I visited with my wife and kids and sat at a booth in the bar area. After 20mins of being there, and fully ordering, we still hadn't gotten our drinks. We watched our beers sit for more than 5 mins after being poured and finally told the bartender we were leaving. She was sweet and offered to serve us, but it was too late. Not sure what the deal is, but it seems there is a lot of servers walking around, managers too, but nobody actually waiting on the tables. If you visit this location, I would suggest to sit at the bar top. read more

This is the worst place I have been to in the last ten years. They wasted ranch dressing on me and didn't comp my food,the dressing stayed on the floor for another 15 min before anyone cleaned it up. If it could be ZERO stars, it should be! Waited over 15 minutes for waiter/waitress. Nothing. When one finally came, she or he, wasn't sure based of appearance. She/he decided to serve to someone else who literally sat after me! now, I have never been one to throw race card, but in this situation, he/she went based on the other patron being black. This was straight wrong because she literally looked at me and made a comment and decided to go to the other patron. This is WRONG!!!! I finally had to call over a manager after waiting over 15 minutes at this point. Explained my displeasure and took my order immediately. Still highly disappointed!! Very wrong! I ordered my food for pickup online and the young lady came out to my car and said that she would get my order she left and never came back until 20 minutes later and asked me what my name was again and what my order was again I just went ahead and went on the inside and my order was sitting on the counter. she thought I was with door Dash and refused to bring my food.If she didn't want to bring my food out she have just said that. I in went and got found my food sitting on the counter ice cold and they didn't want to refund it just said they remake my order because they're unable to refund online orders. I was there maybe 15 minutes. Never once did anyone acknowledge us. It was only when I was debating to get up and leave that someone came. When I go to Chili's there are certain expectations. For example, I know I'm not getting a gourmet feast or some amazingly concocted gastronomical invention. However, I do expect somewhat amiable staff and servers who will APOLOGIZE for spilling water on a patron. Our pleasant experience with the friendly host at the front was quickly cut short when our server spilled two cups of water all over the table. My coworker jumped up as to avoid the flood onto his pants (which would have resulted in some awkward looks). Our server had little reaction. "Did it getcha?" No apology. She simply took her towel and wiped the water, ice and all, onto the floor. Then moved us (still no apology) to a neighboring booth, dumped our utensils from the now-wet table onto our new table, and left. And the water remained dangerously on the floor. The entire time we were there...which ended up being a while since our food came out so slowly. While we waited for new water, I watched several servers carrying full trays of food sidestep the slippery water. It was never cleaned up, and it was definitely in a high-traffic area for both patrons going to the restroom and staff going to the kitchen. While I absolutely understand that accidents happen (being a klutz myself), an apology would have sufficed and we would have continued on with our meal with no problem. But unfortunately, our unapologetic server was also surly, prefacing her order-taking with a grunt of "You ready?" No smiles, no apology, no baseline cordiality. Food took forever, making us almost late for work. When we asked to talk to the manager, it took a while, since he had to fix another issue with another table's order. After telling him the story, he gave us an apology and asked what he could do to make it better. His indignant response to our request to take care of some of the check: "Well, I'm not going to pay all of it!" Unbelievable. This is definitely an issue from the top down. This Chilis is one of the worst I've ever been to. Managers that just don't care, staff hanging out smoking while in uniform by the entrance and food that is usually wrong or cold. I should have known better but a Peppercorn Burger sounded really good today so I called in an order. The girl who took the order was clueless, could not repeat to me what I ordered correctly, and when I asked for a total she put me on hold for at least 10 minutes and never came back on the line. I gave up and called back, and when she told me she still had not placed the order and it would be an additional 20 minutes I asked for the manager. He acted like he could not have cared less about my issues and when I said to just cancel it he didn't make any effort to keep my business. Well well well...here I am yet again at another chilis location and I must say y'all I was HIGHLY disappointed and I LOVE chilis. The food was good as usual but the service was absolutely horrendous. First of all we waited for forever before we get a waitress and then once we finally got a server we were kind of okay, we ordered our usual appetizer (the white spinach queso) and waited for our other person to join us. After being seated for literally 20 mins our other person joined and the server came to greet her and get her order and then proceeded to ask us if we wanted to order an appetizer...EXCUSE ME WHAT?!?!? We had already placed an order for an appetizer...we then informed her we ordered white spinach queso and she replied..'oh yea I forgot.' Ok. Wow. Soooo she forgot to put appetizer in and our food took forever to come out and it was not hot. After getting our food we never got checked back on and basically went the rest of our meal without a server. Highly upset. I wish I knew the name of our server so I could keep others from the bad service. read more

Everyone here is so nice! I've only been to do promos here, so I've never actually been a patron. The patrons are really nice though and willing to work with us, and the staff are beyond amazing. Everyone is so nice and willing to help us out with refilling our shots or pointing us in the right direction. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me to get up to Grapevine, I enjoy the atmosphere. There's an outdoor patio which is super fun and has a small stage for live music, there are a ton of tv's for sports to watch (duh, it's a sports bar!), and a stage inside for live music. The times I've been there, the music has been fantastic. Parking is somewhat an issue. I got a spot right away the first time I came, but the second I was unable to find a spot. There is a public parking lot across Main Street for overflow, and even though Main Street is a large street, I was able to get across without too much fuss. I wouldn't mind going to Chill and trying some of the food sometime, it all looks and smells so fabulous. The girls and I always talk about wanting to order when we are working because everything looks so enticing! If I lived in Grapevine, I think this would be a spot I go to. read more

The lady at the bar said she can't access tickets, she told me to see Amber. Amber came from the back and proceeded to take the order of a couple that cleaned off their own table although we were there 15 min before that couple. She (Amber) never made eye contact or even attempted to resolve the issue. These folks are very rude as well as unprofessional. We ordered the exact items on the picture: southwestern eggrolls, chicke crispers and big mouth bites. Of the three the big mouth bites were the best. -The carribean salad with seared shrimp photo on the menu look so hearty and appetizing. The actual salad is just depressing. We are new to the neighborhood so my wife and I decided to check it out on our way out of Target. We had not been to a chili's in a long time. We happened to arrive during happy hour which was pretty cool. We started off with the loaded skillet cheese fries. They did not disappoint. Our waitress Tia which was awesome by the way suggest we try em with Ranch... they were delicious. We ordered the Jose Marg, which is $5 on happy hour (FYI the manager stopped by and said we were lucky they had just made the batch) so BTW THEY DONT MAKE THEM FRESH THEY MAKE THEM IN BATCHES. They were pretty standard, for $5 you can go to Gloria's and have a way better margarita. They also kept the bar area extremely cold, so cold that we lost our thirst. It wasn't until our food was delivered that we wanted to keep ordering drinks. My wife had the half order of ribs and I had the crispy chicken crispers. The ribs were really good and meaty and the fries were awesome very fresh and perfectly salted. How ever the cole slaw was too peppery and vinegary like that's all we could taste was the pepper and vinegar (don't get the slaw.) The chicken Crispers we're pretty disappointing. I remembered them to be flavor full and juicy these looked tiny, dry, and not appetizing at all. Over all the service was great the drinks were cheap and the appetizer was amazing. I don't think we would ever come for lunch again but I do see myself meeting up a buddy having a few beers (I did end up getting a brewski for $3) and just munching on cheese fries. read more

I stopped by this location after a light workout to get a salad. The options sounded quite appetizing so I chose the Caribbean Salad. I got home, opened my salad and found that some of the listed ingredients were not there. The salad was good, but I did not receive what I paid for, and that's not okay.
