Over the years, service here has gone downhill. During our visit on Sunday, 2/1/26, service was extremely slow -- we only received a beer and a water and sat there for almost an hour. The server never returned to take our order. Meanwhile, the restaurant wasn't even busy, yet multiple servers were lined up together like they were about to march in a band. I loved the drink specials! They had $6 & $7 daily drink specials. However the drinks tasted very sweet and hardly alcohol present. (Add a shot to your drink if you need an extra kick) As for the food, somethings was good others were not. My ribs were extremely over cooked with a very tough/chewy texture. The street corn was bland and my chicken tenders were over dried and dried out!!! The price was to be expected. They offered some deals/food specials. I wish The menu was a little more extensive. First, whoever it was that seated us...well,management needs to sit him down and show him how to dress and how to address the customer, i.e. "Hello, welcome to Chili's!" My Triple Dipper $17.68 came with Strawberry Lemonade, Southwestern egg rolls, crispy cheddar bites & boneless mango habanero wings. -- my meats were well done so I was very much happy, chicken was well seasoned however a little more sauce wouldn't have been bad. I was not a fan of the southwestern eggrolls. Cheesecake was fine, didn't taste freshly made so that's that. Other than not getting my lemonade and instead getting chips, it's was good! Waitstaff were very friendly and fast. Hostess seated us immediately on a Friday night. Interior is very well decorated and restaurant seemed very clean. I hate to do this, I have ate at this place numerous times, although it's not my favorite location. I ate at this place once more last night and quickly regretted it. I love Chili's I ordered 4 honey, chipotle, chicken, meals, and one regular chicken.. with french fries.. I also ordered an ultimate Cajun pasta I ordered curbside.. Now to the food, hubby ordered the Margarita chicken and loaded potato soup, it looked good and he said it was good. When I told the server that I had an appetizer ordered but since the entrée had arrived first to cancel it, I was told they would just comp the appetizer since it was already made. I said ok. Food was over priced garbage that look like a microwave pasta dish. Pasta around the sides was hard and dry while inside was nuked hot and the whole plate felt like it was nuked in a microwave. Had a lovely little lunch date with my fiancee here today. A previously amazing server we had in the past, Ms. Jackie, immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and got us sat at our table within not even 5 minutes of us entering the doors. She was extremely helpful with showing us how to navigate the brand new menu even though she didn't know it too well herself yet, (they just got them yesterday!) She had our bar drinks out also in under 5 minutes which was absolutely wonderful. We've gone to other places like chilis and would normally wait around 10 minutes for our drinks. BUT, Ms. Jackie was not the only person adding onto our extremely wonderful experience, a cook by the name of Frank, he brought our food out to us with it still steaming and smelling delicious. I ordered the 6oz sirloin. Never ever in my experience with restaurants had I had a cook ask me to check my steak with them standing right there so that they could ensure that it was cooked exactly to my liking, in which it was. We already loved chilis before this but this experience cements our love for Chilis and their staff at this location, we have never once run into an issue. Ms. Jackie was also the same person I mentioned on my Google review OVER A YEAR AGO for her amazing service. The service is usually pretty good when you eat there, but carry out is another story. I ordered a burger with pink in the middle, It was well done. My wife ordered corn for her side and got rice, and we ordered a kids meal and didn't receive her milk that came with the meal. You don't find out that these things are wrong until you get home, so they really need to get it right the first time. read more

The first time I walked in, the bartender didn't even acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes. The second time I walked in, I sat at the bar, got myself a margarita and ordered an app. The app never showed up. Stop by this last weekend. 95% of the items on the menu could not be made since the fryers were down. I just stopped by 30 minutes ago, ordered two beverages and got wings to go. This used to be a good location. Now you can't get seated. In spite of having an app that lets you join the line before leaving for the restaurant, they are not using it and instead making people go there and wait 30 to 90 minutes in their vehicle for a table. When it is cold outside people idle in their cars polluting the environment when they could have joined the line before leaving spending less time waiting at the location.
