The service was really fast and the food was amazing for teenage boys. You had drinks before we even finish ordering which was amazing.

We love our Citrus Heights, Ca service and staff. My complaint is I am trying to submitted suggestion to the corporate office to suggest adding "straight edge" knives for their steaks. When cutting into to any of the steaks, the serrated knives really 'tear" up the meat. On their site to submit this feedback continues to error out with no specific area in the page of what the error is. read more

The steak fajitas are really terrible. Nothing like the picture on the menu. The meat was gray and dry and dusty with no flavor. they used to be good but they have changed their ingredients. Don't order these. They were $25 and I cannot believe the restaurant would actually send out this gray overcooked meat. Sidenote, I ordered mine medium rare. read more

My wife and I hadn't been to a Chili's in many years... not sure why, it just didn't occur to us to go, I guess. Well, the 10.99 meal deal appealed to us, so off we went to the nearby location at Sunrise and Madison. The place was neat & clean, and we were quickly greeted by friendly staff. The manager, Greg, stopped at our table to greet us and ask if we needed anything... even before our server got to our table. The burger was good, and our server, Ashlie, was super attentive. In fact, everything about our visit was spot on. Note: if you order the smash burger and wear long sleeves, be prepared to roll them up or be willing to have the juicy burger wet them down. Chili's is such a yummy great spot for lunch. Their salad with salmon in place of chicken is fresh and delish. Their margarita chicken lunch is also packed with protein! The food comes out quick. The bar seating is very nice with multiple big screen TVs showing the games, etc. Great service and super clean. read more

My rating is for ordering food to go and picking up curbside. This location of Chilis is super busy and they have several parking spots for curbside. They are on the south side of the building. It's easy to order on their app and easy to check in once you're there. The app doesn't allow you to ask for things extra or modified so you always have to ask for things when the server brings your food out. I feel bad they have to make another trip out to my car. The food is always ready when I arrive and I've never had an incorrect order. I recently learned you can order alcoholic beverages for curbside when I saw another car getting drinks - didn't know that! Overall I would choose this Chilis for pick up! read more

Food came out really fast I was not expecting it to be that fast. My steak was cooked perfectly and super flavorful. Chips and dip was on point like always and the white queso sauce was amazing, as well as the guacamole. Our waitress was super nice and super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I had gone in on a night where it was busy. That's not my issue. Me and my party of 3 were put into a virtual queue and we're told it was a 20-30 min wait, again not an issue. We waited 40 min and the virtual queue said that we were the next to be seated. We head inside to wait and we hear "Amanda, party of 3". I see another party be seated and think nothing of, but when I ask if it was me being called, one of the hosts rudely said "ya we didnt call you yet". At this point I check the virtual queue I was put it and it had taken me off completely. We continued waiting and I hear two of the female hostesses whispering about how it was a different Amanda party of 3. Instead of apologizing or making the moment right, they then seated the party behind us. It would have been fine if they had made an effort to fix the situation but they didn't. I order from here about once a week. It's always a to-go order that I make through the app and pick up. However, there is almost always SOMETHING forgotten from the order. BAD REVIEW FOR LYING TO US!! We eat here all the time mainly take out. The take out crew is always friendly and Caleb assisted me at the register for take out that evening and was friendly and nice that's how I remember his name. A week in a half ago we did a take out and had two bowls of bad chili it was overly seasoned with salt and we paid over $100 for 3 adults. The chili was Horrible! I called and spoke to the manager Caleb and was told by him he would get us some gift cards and that it takes a few days and it would be put in my email. Still waiting so I called the manager today again 7/18/2023 his name is Caleb second time speaking to him mind you it was his idea and he offered the gift cards and he remembered speaking to me a week or so ago. I've been waiting checking my email so I guess I have to call the corporate office office myself and make a complaint Which I didn't want too!! The the manager is forcing me to do the work for him all I wanted was my money back for the Chili only. But now I have to call the Corporate office myself. I will give him a few more days before I call and updated my review if he does what he promised. We have even eaten there and had excellent service every time with a different manager and servers who made our eating experienced Fun. Came here for dinner with my beautiful girlfriend on Cinco de Mayo. This restaurant was the only place we can get seating under 20 min wait and the staff were nice and courteous. The best part... 2 for $25 is still available so we ordered that: 1 shareable appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 shareable dessert. We ordered chips with salsa and guacamole, bacon ranch chicken quesadillas, grilled chicken fajitas, skillet chocolate chip cookie, and two iced teas. Wonderful service!!! We had a party of 8 (with kids) our waitress named Kaylee was extremely accommodating and patient!!! Kaylee never let us have an empty drink, empty salsa dish or empty chips! We had a spill at our table and she and the manager jumped right in to help asap! We felt so welcome & taken care of during our time here. I didn't get the managers on duty name (maybe general manager?) we came in 4/27/24 around 6:30/7pm, he checked on us throughout the night and really cared about our experience. Not sure but think my food was microwaved as temperature was uneven with part hot part borderline cool. The portions were insulting small. Not all that happy either the amount of drink I was given. I ordered their margarita and all I got was a watered down drink. I got soooo much ice I couldn't believe for $10 all I really got was a shot of margarita mix mixed in with tequila. When I talked to the bartender she told me the only give about an ounce of drink. Seriously with as much as we paid for that sounded Ludacris insane. My glass also had soo much ice. So very disappointing I had to take a picture so you can see the amount of ice I received. I think I paid more for the ice than the drink. I will say the food was great and so was my server.. we got to sit at the bar. The fact that my daughter just turned 21 not too long ago. We just wanted to have a drink and It felt like It got ruined. It was quite. They have a bar just but you should come for food not cocktails !!!!! I ordered the three for me, cilantro lime, Carne Asada. The appetizer was the fajita soup, and the drink was the strawberry lemonade, which was absolutely delicious. The soup was extremely salty. There was definitely something wrong with the steak. After trying to cut it with the sharpest knife. It was still hard to cut, I believe it was the fake meat they are starting to distribute. Very rubbery, chewy and hard to break down after chewing - I just threw the leftovers away. read more
