My opinion continues to go down about this restaurant. Without fail, every time we order from them, they always forget something from our order. Someone else I know mentioned this also happens for her. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it has been happening every time we order, even before the pandemic started. They really need to be more careful and itemize everything. Other than that, the quality is variable. Some items were okay, others were poor quality. For example, the broccoli was dried out, some of it was black, and it was completely unappetizing. I didn't eat any of it. The tacos are okay, but sometimes they leave bad parts on the avocado. I just haven't had any luck ordering from them. The only reason we've continued to try were the lunch specials, however that just isn't enough anymore. I did not enjoy my meal and they continue to forget items in orders (in this case another part of someone's meal). I hope they can turn this around in the future. Went to this chilis today and I ordered a buffalo ranch crispy chicken sandwich with fries and my girlfriend ordered the triple dipper appetizer (mozzarella sticks, sliders, and crispy chicken) and we gave our food 5/5. The service was great and the facility was well maintained and clean. Our waiter was very kind and checked in on us frequently. No complaints! I was a little weary of coming to this location due to some bad reviews here on yelp, but I'm glad I decided to experience it for myself because now we found another solid restaurant to visit close to home. read more

Definitely recommend Chili's via Door Dash. Fast delivery, Food was fresh and hot. Tastes just like getting them at the restaurant. While not full ready to dine in at restaurants, I really missed the food at Chili's. And they didn't disappoint. I will definitely be ordering again from here. Southwestern egg rolls These were delivered as two whole little rolls, not cut like they are served at the restaurant. But I assume that is to keep them fresh and warm. Nothing a knife can't take care off. They came with two dishes of sour creme sauces. Still crunchy and good tasting. I also chose 2 sides of boneless Buffalo wings, came with 3 celery pieces and 2 sides of ranch. Wings were on the mild side. They were not crunchy but tasted delicious just as they were. The absolute worst service and food hands down. Ordered for a Door Dash delivery around 6pm, Quoted time with delivery was 630pm as you can see in the receipt Pick Up was supposed to be 614pm. Well it kept on getting pushed back, I get it the people in the restaurant gotta get their food first but the food being cold by the time it got to my house, that means it was sitting there and nobody cared enough to just pack it and give it to the Dasher. Food gets here and it's cold, there was even a piece of hair and the milk for my son was just poured into a plastic container, huge restaurant like Chilis can't get a twist top or a milk carton? I have been coming to Chili's for as long as I can remember for their delicious food and friendly staff, I remember when they first did the touchscreen devices for paying which is very convenient and not to mention they have a rewards program where you can get freebies, woot woot! Now onto dinner... I ordered from 3 for $10.00 Meal Deal menu and it's definitely a bang for your buck, I was so stuffed I could only take a couple bites of my corn on the cob I chose as my side, tho delicious! For my drink I chose their Mango Ice Tea and it's very delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness without being overpowering and you can definitely taste a distinct mango, mm! For my starter I chose their Southwest Chicken Soup and it came out piping hot and deliciously flavorful with tortilla chips on top! Lastly for the main course I decided on their Just Bacon burger, this one is for the books, the patty went beyond the bun, my photo doesn't do it justice and it was good surprisingly cooked well done and had a good amount of toppings! I would definitely recommend this location, they now have locations in 32 countries and counting and it's a good place to take the fam bam or your sweetheart for a nice meal that won't break the budget! I'm not one to make reviews on a regular basis, but I feel obliged to extend the amazing services that have been provided to me. I walked into the bar wanting a simple sip of freedom, and it was delivered within the minute. They are REALLY on it here. The manager on shift, Caleb, was exceptional. He served me my drink, and I didn't learn until later that he was the manager, just making operations run smooth. This location deserves an immense amount of credit for the hard work they put into ensuring a genuinely good customer experience. These workers put actual effort into treating their customers, and that's just something you can't realistically expect these days. I have been to other Chili's locations out of town and had a horrible experience, but this location has always been good. They have lots of things that I like here. The triple play is always good, the burgers, the fajitas, even the ribs were good. They have really good appetizers like the chips and salsa and the queso dips. They also have some good money saving specials for 3 or 4 course meals. If you're a rewards member with them, you will frequently get something free like the chips and salsa. This location is very nice and parking is pretty good. They have handicap parking as well as parking for food to order and go. The restaurant area is very clean and they keep the temperature nice and cool for these hot summer days. The bar has a variety of TVs and the bar is fairly long with lots of seating. We ordered the two for $25 deal and you get a appetizer two entrées and a dessert to share and can add a margarita for five dollars. This is a great deal and you have a variety of entrées to choose from. We started out with two fresh garden salads as our appetizer and my husband choose the rack of ribs with a chipotle sweet glaze and I got the hamburger with the works. The hamburger was cooked just the way I like it lightly pink and for dollar more you can add a avocado. For dessert we got the giant cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce over the top ...very delicious. The waitress was very kind, tentative and upbeat and seemed to love her job... I gave this location four stars because the bathrooms weren't really that clean and no toilet paper at all. I had to let the staff know... But that is an easy fix. Chili's! I want my baby-back, baby-back, baby-back... ...well you get the picture. It was harder than I thought whether to give "Chili's" a 3 or 4 star rating. And based on the food & prices (which I'll explain later), I am sticking with 4 stars. In this market where vast American "theme" restaurants are everywhere around the country (Applebee's, Sizzler, TGIF, etc.), Chili's to me has never stood out in the crowd. The location that I am reviewing is at Sunrise Blvd/Madison Ave at the busy Quail Pointe Shopping Center (at the Sunrise Marketplace) in Fair Oaks. Surrounding this restaurant are a ton of businesses so on any given day, its usually always packed. On the day my lady and I decided to dine here was on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30pm. It was busy which is what I expected. The interior of this place though, man it needs a serious update! At first, I thought I was stepping into a Chili's from the 1980's; especially with the old-style tables, lighting, and wall art. Not a big deal since the main purpose of dining here is their food. My lady and I were seated immediately at a booth. There was lots going on around us though; one of the servers dropped and broke a couple of plates on the tiled floor while one of the neighboring tables had a very loud crying baby. And to make matters worse, an elderly male nearly tripped over a chair nearly missing us by a few inches! Yikes! However, our server was very polite and attentive. The big promotion that Chili's was running (for 2018) was their 3-Course Meal for an astoundingly low $10. With that you get an appetizer, entree (with two sides), and a drink. This almost sounds too good to be true considering most restaurants can charge double (or even triple) of this price. I ended up choosing Fresco Salad (as my appetizer), a 6 oz. Sirloin Steak w/ Loaded Mashed Potatoes, and Asparagus & Garlic Roasted Tomatoes (as my entree/sides), and a Strawberry-Lemonade as my drink. My Fresco Salad arrives first; this was just blah to me. First of all, they didn't add any dressing (after I requested Avocado Ranch). No biggie since it was very small and our waitress was busy. When my main entree came out, everything was presented very beautifully. My steak was absolutely on point, juicy, and delicious. The mashed potatoes had hints of garlic complete with bacon bits, chives, and shredded cheddar cheese. And my asparagus/tomato blend tasted fresh while being seasoned very well. Overall, for only $10, this was a real winner. However, I must warn those that have high blood pressure that the sodium content is through the roof. After I cleaned my plate, I found out that my steak had 1,900 mg of sodium while my loaded mashed potatoes were an alarming 1,000 mg of sodium. This is common among many big restaurant chains so make sure to pay attention to those nutrition facts! All in all, Chili's has surprisingly impressed me with my most recent experience. I think they are definitely trying to "rebrand" their image which is what they did by restructuring their menu back in late-2017. With that said and done, their baby-back ribs will always be what they're known for. But for me, the steak and mashed potatoes hit a home run in my book. My wife loves the wide variety of burgers, and I want front chilis burgers are phenomenal. They do not skimp you on portions, either. This review is specifically for the location on Sunrise boulevard. I recently went to the location in Rancho Cordova on zi Znfandel. Opposite restaurants. The one on Zinfandel we had an excellent waitress, good food and excellent service. The one on Sunrise, the waitress I don't know if she is hard of hearing but we ordered chips and salsa with guacamole and it was never delivered. Water was never refilled. And the same dish the chicken Mexican bowl on the $10 menu tasted greasy and not as good as the one on Zinfandel. Ordered blue cheese on the side with the salad and there was no blue cheese so they must have given ranch dressing thinking we wouldn't know the difference. Chain restaurants go like this. One location can be very good and the next one lousy. FYI, the location on Zinfandel we gave a five star review. The only reason this location got two stars is because Chili's does run good restaurants but this is not one of them. read more

I keep getting these offers in my e-mail for specials down here at Chili's, so once in a while I'll fall for one of them. This location is not too bad, about the same as the rest as far as food quality and service. I hate those kiosk thingys at the tables though. This location is sort of near my house, co it's easy to get to. I had the order of ribs and fries and a lava cake for dessert on my last visit. Not bad for a chain restaurant. I'm sure the ribs are actually cooked elsewhere and heated on the grill here at the restaurant, but unless you go to an actual rib joint, that's the way you'll get ribs most places. The lava cake was super sweet, but some people like it that way. I'd come back to this location if I had the right offers in the mail! read more

My husband and I got some boneless wings, just to keep it light because we are going to a buffet for my granddaughters birthday dinner tonight. For my daughters birthday, we ended up here. Not our first choice. Feels like the quality of food isn't worth the prices they are charging.. but.. here we are. We came here for my daughter's actual birthday. We're brought a few gift bags with us to make the moment special. When we arrived, we're seated immediately. The restaurant was very cold. I tried to get her to go for the ribs, because their not bad.. but she's hooked on that plain ol microwaved kids mac. Our chips & guacamole showed up right away. My daughter's mac and cheese with fries had also arrived a few moments after that. So much for eating together on her birthday. As I left to wash my hands, the bathroom was freezing!! Not just chili... so cold, it was miserable waiting for the water to warm up just to wash my hands... but after touching menu's... you need too.. and that goes for any restaurant. When I got back to the table, the food had already arrived.. so in order for it to not get cold, I didn't get to enjoy the warm chips & salsa. We went in on a Saturday around lunch time, she had multiple tables but she was still right there getting what we needed. We expected to have to wait but our food came out quickly.
