Disgusting food and terrible service! I ordered the Quesabirria tacos and the broth was basically water... I went to get a refund and the lady started going in circles saying they wouldn't refund it because I took 1 bite out of one of the tacos... She said the broth was supposed to look like that. I am Mexican I grew up eating this dish, after that I lost it. She eventually gave me the refund after I yelled at her. She was also trying to imply that I didn't buy it there, and the chef who handed me the food walked by and he eventually admitted that he handed me the food. I had a a shrimp dinner tonight and it was amazing. You never let us down. Please give them a try

So first of all I tried ordering the tacos in English and the gentleman couldn't understand what I wanted, I ask for 2 mini chicken tacos and 2 mini steak tacos and a horchata.... The guy couldn't get it right so finally I order in Spanish and then he says okay and confirms my order. I get to the window and my total is 18dollars. And they changed my order 2 soft asada tacos, and 2 crunchy chicken tacos.... And I ask about the horchata and she says she didn't charge me for it....okayyy so I buy the horchata ask for a large and she charges me 4 something and then obviously hands me the smallest cup they have(like 16 oz). Anyways then we look at the tacos and realize, "nice" my wife's tacos have nothing on them and for some reason we got the big tacos but again why mine came crunchy and Hers soft make no sense to me... plus the service was extremely rude and she made us seem like we are the stupid ones. The chicken sucked, no flavor and was dripping wet, and the carne asada was so salty my wife couldn't even finish the tacos. Do yourself a favor and just go to Chandos the tacos there are honestly better and cheaper and they actually give you limes for the tacos. Hell, Taco Bell might even be better then what you get here. Tried the following items: Crispy tacos, hand rolled tacos aka taquitos, chicken super burrito and the carne asada fries. Only the carne asada fries were good. The burrito had a lot of lettuce and lacked flavor. The taquitos were dry and I liked the beans and rice that came with the crispy tacos more than the tacos themselves. The only redeeming quality was the friendly service and late hours. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I'd only come here if you like carne asada fries. read more

Terrible customer service, my grandfather had to repeat the order about 3 times before she understood. Then she told him that he only ordered 3 tacos when he didn't even say three, then on arrival to the window we got asked our order again the man in the front was nice and polite. When the women was in the front she had the most nastiest look on her face!! When we got our food it was the exactly opposite of what we asked we repeated our order once again, they had to take it back, it took about two minutes before they brought it back so I'm assuming they switched something around and didn't make anything new.
