This is my brother's go-to choice to celebrate his birthday every year and it's always a great place because the service is outstanding and the menu is vast. They did a remodel at this location a couple of years ago and it's 1000% better than before. The space has high ceilings with plenty of options for seating. For our small group of five, we opted for the corner booth for the best lighting and comfort. Regular tables and bar seating is available if you'd prefer. Our server was efficient and friendly. Food came out hot and fast. Love the chips and salsa to start. The portions are very generous. And you really can't beat their "3 For Me" menu that's available at the time of me writing this review. You have a choice of various full-size sandwiches with fries, and two other sides like mac and cheese, soup or a house salad including a drink for $11.99, $12.99, and $14.99, I believe, depending on what you order. Of course, there's plenty of other food options like smoked ribs, chicken wings, seafood options, etc., if you're not concerned with pricing. Overall, this Chili's is a nice, convenient, family-friendly spot located on the Island (Fleming Island) with outstanding customer service and a full-service bar if you want to get your drink on including mixed drinks,beer and wine. We are a split family with half of us fans of Chilis and half f us not so much. I am in the pro Chilis camp. That being said I am not a fan of this particular chilis. The host was awesome. The young man was charming and funny, seated us where we asked and we didn't have to wait at all ( The place was packed). That's where the great experience ended. We were almost ready to leave when our waiter finally came over. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the kids sliders and Mac and cheese were good. The tiny humans ate with no complaints . The adults all got the shrimp, steak and chicken fajitas- they came with no plates and we had to wait 10 Min to catch the waiters attention. We had the ribs and they were delicious!! The white Mac and cheese was amazing too. The service was excellent. I'm in a wheelchair and they opened up the door and showed us to a table. And promptly we had drinks in front of us while we were waiting. The only thing that was challenging was going to the bathroom alone. I ordered one of the lunch specials that included chips and salsa, a drink, and I picked the chicken bowl as the main entree. The bowl was fantastic! It was super flavorful with a hint of spice. I looked at yelp and I was appalled to see that this Chili's had ONLY gotten a 2.9 rating. I was nervous to go because of this rating but my granddaughter said it was really good and the ratings were inaccurate. The service was amazing and I was in a rush. When we got there it was 12:50 PM and I had somewhere to be at 2:00. I told my server that I was in a rush and we ended up leaving at 1:30 PM. While I cannot eat much on the menu, because of food allergies, it's a favorite with many friends and family members. Two friends wanted to go here so we did. The waitress, Carrie, was very accommodating and made sure I didn't get any allergy items (onions, hot spices, fried foods). She subbed in mandarin oranges instead of fries for me, too. Everyone enjoyed their meals and they do have lunch specials for $8! My California Club was on a roll and quite yummy. I saved this half for another lunch at home. Items on their third party delivery and online website might need to be updated. Received food with jalapenos that according to door dash and their website does not contain jalapenos. Normally wouldn't be a big deal but there was an abnormal amount and are diced. Removing this from my meal myself wasn't exactly feasible. I've ordered the same item before without issue so ‍. After a nice afternoon at the greyhound races we wanted to grab a nice little bite to hold us over till dinner time. It was a very nice atmosphere as I believe the establishment was just recently updated. We enjoyed everything that our table ordered as it cane out hot and fresh. The portion sizes where plentiful and free refills hit the spot. I don't recommend the water, if you have ever had city water, you know what I mean. We enjoyed the 2 for $25 which cane with an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. Well worth it. The pricing was affordable. For 5 if ya it came out to about $85 with tax. Pros: Food taste good and staff is outwardly friendly. Cons: Always short staffed, the restaurant is permanently dirty (regardless where you sit, your arms stick to the table), and my last visit included around 1 hour just waiting for food. Chili's is definitely one of the more consistently good full service chain restaurants, but this one really needs to staff-up and work on getting the facility cleaned up properly. read more

Our family loves us some chilis. Our food always comes out perfectly and in a timely manner. Drink specials are always on point!

Chilis has a good menu but it depends on the execution in the kitchen. At this location it is somewhat inconsistent. One thing that constantly stands out are the Southwestern Spring Rolls. Always great! I wouldn't not recommend, but there could be times where expectations are not met! read more

After our movie our friends wanted to go to Chili's on hwy. 220. It is a nice big building with high ceiling and wood beams (at least looked like wood!). They have specials where you can get an app and 2 dinners for $22 so we ordered salads and chicken fajitas and roasted chicken salad (in the mood for salads!) Happy Hour till 7pm has 2/1 drinks so started with cold draft beer! The dinner salad was good... could have had more spring mix lettuces for , no just iceberg! My husband like his chicken fajitas and had some to take home! My salad was large but again lots of white/ yellow iceberg and little green lettuces but they did have 2 types of cheese, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and crisp croutons on it! After saying repeatedly they had room for 12 throughout the day, and not allowing us to make a reservation - they then said we would need to wait 45 minutes to an hour. The manager was the worst. Everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was good. This place is tight, crowded and noisy on a weekend night. All families which is great if your looking for somewhere casual to eat with the little ones. Ordered their ribeye steak medium. It was raw in parts --seriously cool red---and the other parts were medium rare. Why didn't I just order from Longhorn? Their steaks are always prepared properly, price for their smaller ribeye steak is similar, and they are close by. Anyway: Within five minutes of eating only the medium rare parts, I started feeling ill. It's a few days later now and I am still experiencing severe gastric distress. The most irritating thing about this is they sent a survey and I stated the above-- except the part about Longhorn. There was NO RESPONSE. Tonight was my birthday celebration and I chose chilis to eat at with my family (husband ,son and I) we are created by a rude man who seats us and gets a attitude when I asked for a booster seat first then our waiter takes our drink orders he messed up my sons drink completely, takes our order for food and we wait about 20 mins which is reasonable in my opinion and my sons food comes out which usually food comes out all together but in our case tonight it didn't but I look at my sons plate of chicken and fries and the chicken is hot like it should be and fresh but his fries are cold brown and hard because they are old and stale. Finally 45 minutes later after my sons food came out we are brought our food my ribs were all fat like I mean I got one out of five ribs that wasn't slimy fat my brisket quesadilla had almost no meat in it at all it was cheese and jalapeños and a few strains of shredded brisket the corn was cold and dried up the fries stale , brown and cold . My husband's meal was a burger it wasn't cooked in the middle at all it was cold and raw in the center and I mean bleeding pink in the center his fries like the rest of us cold brown and stale. The waiter didn't refill our drinks and wasn't checking on us at all and had a attitude from the moment we sat down . The restaurant wasn't busy either just to make that clear as well. read more

This is a late review, as hubby and I had our dinner here on a Thursday evening. He picked this spot and I really, really wanted to go to another establishment however, I gave in. They had new items on their menu, of which is a plus! Hubby ordered one of the new Craft Burgers while I just ordered the Loaded Boneless Wings. Wonderful customer service. The lighting in this location was very, very low. I was not able to see my menu. I had to turn on the flashlight on my phone to view it. What an uncomfortable feeling to have (I'M GOING BLIND) since I drove there as hubby and I came in separate vehicles. The investigator in me came to the conclusion it was the very poor lighting as it was only after 1700hrs. Our meals came out and hubby's burger was very, very small compared to the description and picture within the menu. It was more of a kids size burger. Hubby stated that it did not taste good, as if something was off. He did not finish it. WOW, a burger he does not finish I know it was yucky! He had some surprisingly good pickles that came with his burger. My Loaded Wings were, Meh! Very, very dry as it was not loaded at all. I did not eat much but feasted off of hubby's pickles. Would I be back, NO! The kitchen staff needs quite a bit of improving! Would I recommend, NO, second time in a very, very long time and the food still is not good.
