This is the perfect spot for our monthly book club The chairs are comfy and there is a great cake of drink options for all of pallets. On our most recent trip we were able to experience their live music and it was a great addition to the cozy atmosphere. As for the service they did a great job when we first arrived but seemed to forget about us as they got busier. Overall a great experience and we will be back

Corks and Barrels is a fantastic asset to Fleming Island. Billed as a wine bar, but it is so much more. The most extensive cocktail, wine and whiskey menu I have seen in forever. Bartenders are fantastic and have new and delicious creations frequently. Service is fast, efficient, and friendly and you never feel rushed. Decor, music, and atmosphere are both relaxing and conducive to a date night with friends or main squeeze. There is occasionally live music, though I have not stopped in to partake yet. I've heard grub friends that it's great and not too loud. Give this one a try, there's something for everyone! A lovely bonus, owner is military and I like supporting small and military owned businesses.

Was happy to finally stop in the newest wine and whiskey vibe in Fleming Island. Tucked away in the towne center movie plaza, they are a hideaway perfect for happy hour gathering or a smaller celebration. Cozy seating arrangements and a comfortable bar area will allow you to set up your partys atmosphere. Chandeliers and brick walls give the space a classy appeal. The menu specializes in gourmet charcuterie pairing and fine adult beverages so if words like, PICANTE SOPRESSATA or BOURBON MAPLE GOAT CHEESE sound great or even, DECADANT CHOCOLATE than this is your place to try. The staff are friendly and they have several events on their social media. Stop in for a My Boy Blue or a Old Fashion, you'll be glad you did. Friendly

New spot in Fleming Island!!! Great place to relax, listen to good music, meet people, sip on decadent liquor, & have a wonderful snack (ex charcuterie)! There is a spot out back to go out & breathe fresh OR smoke a cigar, & the ambiance is welcoming! They sell merch & have tastings! Invite-Only, special events occur

Love love this place. A new favorite. Spent about 6 hours there on Saturday drinking amazing cocktails, grazing on a delicious charcuterie and having awesome conversation! Christy was a fabulous waitress and the owner, James, was a great host! Looking forward to visit again!

Our first visit to Corks & Barrels but definitely not our last. What a beautiful establishment with comfortable seating, friendly staff, and great cocktails. We are delighted to have this "Wine Bar" as part of our community. They offer a variety of events, entertainment, crafted cocktails, wine and variety charcuterie boards all provided by a great staff. Our waitress Amy was very attentive & helpful and my Old Fashion was perfect. We look forward to many more visits to Corks & Barrels.

Finally a nice cocktail bar in Fleming Island. If you are looking for a great place to take your significant other for a cocktail or glass of wine, look no further! Corks & Barrels has a great whiskey and wine selection and their charcuterie boards are the best on the Island!

Fun atmosphere. Staff is attentive and nice. Charcuterie is ok. Some of the items are really good but the cheese is nothing exotic. Definitely a fun place to hang with friends and have a few drinks.

Cocktails are sweet, I don't prefer that, I got one to try since my adult daughter was.

Our waiter, Kyle, was absolutely incredible! He explained how the wine menu shows which wine pairs well with each food option. He also spoke to us about joining the wine club, which does seem like a good deal, if you have a location by you! I started by ordering a glass of moscato, which was very good. We then received a pretzel bread roll. This pretzel roll was incredibly good! It was crispy and airy, which is different than other rolls in a good way! I then ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka. Vodka sauce is my favorite type of sauce and Cooper's Hawk's vodka sauce did not disappoint! The dish was delicious and it had plenty of Italian sausage in it. You can also add other protein if you would like. If I am traveling and see another Cooper's Hawk, I will be sure to stop!

However, instead of the potatoes, being fluffy and white, they are dense in yellow, which does not contrast well with the wasabi sauce. The medallions were prepared to a perfect medium rare with very good flavor, and the toppings do not take away from the flavor of the meat. Of the three toppings available for the medallions the blue cheese is unremarkable and has a tendency to overpower the good flavor of the medallion. The service was great, and I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. At $50.00 this meal is a little underwhelming. However, it is not bad. It is a good meal with good flavors overall and it is nice to have with a glass of wine on a late afternoon lunch..

Service was attentive and gracious. I started with a rose spritz, the avocado carpaccio, and the half roast chicken. The spritz was a delight. Not too sweet, very refreshing. The carpaccio was amazing with the smoked salt, and the briny caviar. My friend ordered the chips and dip, and heaven on earth is combining the two appetizers (a chip topped with avocado and then a dollop of creme fraiche/caviar). The chicken was okay. I should have gone with something else, but I panic-ordered. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't remarkable. I should have gone with a fancy salad or the lobster roll. My second drink, a glass of rose, was okay but wasn't served ice cold, a disappointment. I shared a chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, and it was absolutely delicious. I'd happily return with that crew of ladies, and I'd happily recommend this place for a date night.

So I went with the grilled avocado with caviar that I probably wouldn't order again... that's because the overly rich and buttery flavor of the avocado dominated the dish and muted the subtle oceanic notes of the caviar. The roasted chicken salad was pretty plain... literally just chicken and butter lettuce! It made me miss the Mulholland Drive salad. I'll still return for the ambience and excellent service... hopefully will find something better next time.

My Experience at Aromas Cigar, Wine & Martini Bar -- StogieFest 2026…read moreI attended StogieFest 2026 at Aromas Cigar, Wine & Martini Bar in Jacksonville for the very first time, looking forward to enjoying a relaxing evening with great cigars, drinks, and conversation. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a pleasant event turned into a truly frightening experience. While sitting at a table with three ladies, an unidentified man -- who I later learned is believed to be one of the owners or managers -- suddenly and aggressively flipped the open chair next to me, shoving the table hard enough to almost tip it over. Our drinks and handbags nearly went flying. Everyone at our table was visibly startled and shaken. Instinctively, I stood and asked, "Hey, why did you do that? Who is this guy?" Instead of responding, he became even more aggressive and began moving toward me as if he intended to attack. It took three security personnel to physically restrain him, and even they struggled to hold him back. Once he was finally removed from the area, two managers and a waitress approached our table, genuinely apologetic. They offered to pay for our drinks, urged us to stay, and assured me the situation would be handled. Several nearby patrons also expressed their concern and asked if we were okay -- everyone appeared disturbed by what they had just witnessed. I stepped outside to calm down before returning to my table, hoping to salvage what was left of the night. But before long, the same man returned, once again appearing angry and hostile, seemingly looking for me. Security had to step in a second time to remove him. Moments later, security personnel told me I needed to leave -- despite the fact that one of the managers (Torrence) had specifically asked me to stay and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. That manager was suddenly nowhere to be found, and security insisted I go. Another man named Max came over, spoke politely, and apologized, asking me to take his hand and leave for my safety. At that point, I was terrified and deeply shaken. To be absolutely clear: * I have never met or spoken to the aggressive man (whose name, I was told, is Abe) prior to this incident. * I overheard patrons mentioning that he had been drinking all day. * I am not a regular at Aromas -- this was my first visit, simply to attend StogieFest and enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a traumatic encounter that left me feeling unsafe, humiliated, and confused. No guest should ever have to experience something like this -- especially at a professional, public event.

Having said that what an awesome way to end my birthday with this amazing dinner that I had at this place. One of the best Italian restaurants in Jacksonville I must say. As soon as me and my wife walked in to the restaurant we were greeted and sat right away. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly amazing and very Italian vibe. We were greeted by our server MORGAN who was fantastic from beginning to the end. She suggested some incredible stuff that as a vegetarian I tried and was just amazing. For drinks we had mojito and pinacolada which was nice and refreshing. For appetiser we were recommended with Pomodoro Caprese which was amazing especially their Pesto sauce. For my entree she suggested me Luingini Josephine which was unique and nice pasta. Morgan surprised me with a dessert which was very kind of her. Overall this family owned small business is an amazing must try Italian restaurant. I can't wait to back and try more stuff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Initially, we were going to Coopers Hawk, but forgot we had to make a reservation a year prior. We were told a 2 hour wait! That is wild given how big the place is. But again it is a Saturday night, and people were smarter than us and made reservations, and thus we left. After giving the news to ogre she full on had a rage attack in the parking lot screaming for those classic Coopers Hawk egg rolls. While we were consoling her I heard a soothing sound coming from behind the restaurant and we landed in front of Enzo's. We were greeted by the kindest owner ever who thankfully along with the help of her staff got us in with no wait, given how packed it was.. We were greeted by a very nice waiter who seemed all over the place though. I think he was definitely new, and was forgetful at times.. Anyways! We got three apps which were all fried stuff. Fried ravioli, Fried mozzarella sticks, Fried calamari. Honestly looking back kind of gross.. but they were solid tasting! Nothing out of the park at all on the apps just your standard.. a little tasteless on the calamari, but then again I had like 3-4 pieces because the ogre consumed them.. but then I got clarification from my good buddy bezos that it was kind of tasteless. The most tastiest was the fried mozzarella! Which shouldn't happen. Onto the entrees! Actually wait side reference note I initially ordered mussels with linguini. It was the worst dish of seafood and pasta I have ever had. I literally NEVER send stuff back, like literally never.. it feels inconsiderate and I feel like a bother even if it is just a little edible I would eat it with no complaints but I literally could not. It was so fishy I am now writing this nauseous. Some of the mussels were also closed, cold or broken.. it was just very very poor and I'm mad I had three mussels. The first one was crazy fishy, but I gave it another shot and then another, because I believe in second and third chances. But no, I was grossed out. Not to mention consuming all the fried prior. I also ordered a soup that was forgotten, and didn't get my cocktail sauce, but not really an issue if the dish was made to torture people with. Eventually I did get my soup and it wasn't bad! But now onto the entrees! Bezos: Chicken francese Tragic: veal parm Ogre: Chicken parm Doctor B Wife: Chicken Caprese Me: after the swap I got Veal Parm (thanks tragic) Oh and we had some garlic bread, but it needed some sauce or added flavor with it idk.. Reviews! Ogre: The chicken was good Wife: Mid Bezos: *yawn* ummmm Tragic: Italian stallion Me: the veal was solid, but that dish was so bad before that I lost all my appetite and I am just bleh.. and our waiter seemed a little lost.. again nice guy but come on. All in all we are grateful we were taken in by Enzo's and that owner seemed like she was a hardworking person that definitely can inspire her staff. I loved the piano playing, and the environment was really pleasant. Although me personally I disagree with the food, that dish was the worst ever, and our waiter again although nice was extremely forgetful. I feel sick to my stomach and I probably am going to vomit. But thank you again you gave us a good night and a place to eat..

She ordered the El Fuego Flight of Margaritas and Sally the Blood Orange Margarita. The flight was $35 and honestly the price is fair for that. You're getting 4, 12oz margaritas all of which are different (spicy) flavors. Looks at the menu for what to get as my entree was was a lot of options I don't normally see and they sounded very good but I had to go with my staple just to she who Pepper's compares to other Mexican restaurants in the area so I went with the California Burrito with Steak. They also had it available to add shrimp for $3 so I did that too. The burrito was huge and stuffed with steak and honestly more shrimp then I expected. The steak was very tender but I wish it and the shrimp were more seasoned. I will say the shrimp were on the small side but when it's $3 that's not bad. Ambiance, food, drinks, service, the vibes, and immaculate service. Whether you're with a massive group or in an intimate setting, this place has the proper seating for your party or date. As a first timer, I was impressed with the space. Nightlife can be tricky and some spaces just don't have the proper size for your desired night out. There's a bar for mingling but if you're there for dinner , there's that too. If you want more room and tend to have more volume in the conversations you carry, the outdoor space is ideal (especially since my friends and I like to laugh and goof off). That being said , we found ourselves seated in the patio and we loved it. Very comfortable, especially as the weather was cool that evening. Food was surprisingly delicious. Knowing that the restaurant appeal was competing with the nightlife vibe I was getting, I didn't expect there to be quality Mediterranean food. However, I was pleased with the calamari, salmon bites, hummus and brussel sprouts. My friend got steak and enjoyed his food as well. Drinks were great! One stood out the most which was the Smoke Show. Absolute perfection. Kinda snuck up on me though so be careful! Dress code. For men. Don't bring a hat. Don't even hold it in your hand. They're pretty strict about it. No flip flops. Put the Crocs away. No jerseys. My husband had jeans and Tshirt on but I saw others a bit more dressy casual. For the ladies. I felt like I all the females dressed to impress. From dressy casual to club attire , loose and flowy dresses, cute top and jeans with heels, cute romper, etc. I loved the diversity here. Had to assume there was a private party secluded somewhere eating up literally everyone's time. Drinks average $15 each, very short menu of food, appetizers, and desserts, but what they cook, they cook Well! Delicious! However, we arrived around 6pm without reservations on a night when literally every table had a Reserved sign on it, and 90% of the tables were empty and remained so while we were there for an hour. 1-2 bartenders, and a virtually empty main restaurant, and our first drinks after being seated took over 10 minutes. Shocking and disappointing. The food took about 20 minutes to come out but was worth the wait, very good food. They offer hookahs also but at a premium price, much more than Casbah and other competitors. They have private dining and private rooms with chandeliers and I saw one with a billiard table. Catering to elitist clientele with money to spend and all the time in the world, I guess. I would have loved to enjoy a no rush hookah on their very loved outdoor patio, but I also hate waiting for drinks outside when they're already high priced. If you do come for a drink, I highly recommend the Love Potion! Our server was polite and professional, she promptly greeted us and checked on us occasionally.
