Chili's got famous for their baby back ribs (at 3pm), this place is ALWAYS out of ribs. Menu is constantly changing, all my favorite items are now gone. Server was hard to understand and kept rushing away from our table to what seemed to be something more important. Doubt I will be back. read more

The problem with my last visit to this location was the service time. The bartender was friendly, but was stuck between a lack of food choices and a slow kitchen. Went to eat there for lunch today. I had the steak and a half order of shrimp. Everything tasted fine but after I got done my stomach started to bother me. I ended up having to go to the bathroom to throw up. After I got done I went back to the table and was hurting. All they kept asking was if I wanted something else to eat or drink. We got there fairly early for supper maybe around 5:30ish so we didn't have a wait. We were seated quickly but it took our waitress a while to come get our drink order and even longer to bring them out. We finally were able to order a half order of cheese fries which again took forever to come out but they were very good. Our waitress was very sweet but the service was very very slow. We had to wait for silverware to be brought to us because none was brought out when we were seated. The food was good but it just took forever to get our order taken and get our food & drinks. Worst restaurant experience ever!! So sad, we love Chili's, has always been my husbands favorite place to eat. We drove over 40 minutes to come and eat there because we do not have one in our area. Once seated we waited, and waited, to even get a menu. We had ordered our appetizer and soda while waiting on the menu. We still had to ask 3 more times to ever even get the appetizer after we finally got our drinks. Took forever to get to order, then waited 45 minutes and still no food. We were told two times our food was coming out, then that they were waiting on fries. They finally brought food to my husband only and it was totally wrong and ice cold fries, at this point he decided not to wait to make it again, and wait another 45 minutes for it. He did not eat!!! We paid for our drinks and appetizer and left with no supper. My husband says he will NEVER want food from there again. In our 28 years together I have never seen him leave a restaurant like that. During our long wait I noticed that all the other tables were receiving food an order here and there, the food did not come out together. The table beside us had 3 small kids, the youngest waited a long time for food to come and the husband was finished eating before the wife even got her food, everyone else was finished, so she ate about 4 bites and boxed it up. Also, when they were cleaning the tables, they were spraying them & wiping everything off in the floor with a paper towel. Nasty!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have eaten here a couple of times, and we sit at the bar. It's not the first time we had a bad experience here. But, this was last night, a Sunday. Not too busy at all, but the bartender was busy going back and forth to the kitchen, cleaning or waiting on tables around the bar, and in general, not very attentive to the customers at the bar. Since the bar wasn't too crowded, we asked her to change the channel on the big TV to the NASCAR race....she never did. She got our order wrong - brought us boneless wings instead of loaded wings, and then blamed my husband because he was pointing to buffalo sauce. She (Vanessa) took my husband's order for a beer, but did not wait for mine, because I didn't make up my mind fast enough for her. So she brought his beer and then gave me a look that said "and you?" We have had enough of this place, and will not go back again.
