I had a really good experience at this place. My boyfriend and I stopped by for lunch, I got the quesadillas and southwestern chicken soup. Awful service. As soon as we walked in, the host was unenthused and unprofessional. We barely got a greeting from him. We were sat and then ignored. There were only about 6 tables occupied and we had THREE servers pass us MULTIPLE TIMES in the twenty minutes that we were there without even acknowledging us or taking our drink order. When we finally got up to leave, a server saw and still didn't say a word. No apology or explanation. Just looked at us and started bussing a table. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Let me see if I can say this clearly. This place is so dam nasty it stinks. The seats and tables has such a film on them that you stick to them. They have done such a bad job cleaning the floors you can hear your shoes sticking to it. Even the dam light fixtures are nasty. read more

To begin waitress was nice and that was the only good thing about our dinner. They ran out of chips so no chips and salsa. Out of three different meals we received each had something wrong with them, chicken tenders were way overcooked, Cajun pasta tasted like lemon for some reason, and the celery I received with my wings still had the leaves attached. Our food, salmon and steak, was pretty good. The service was less than attentive. We won't return because of the fast-food direction Chili's as a whole has taken. You can find more crafty beers at a local 7-11. And the way they have you check out via a table mounted electronic kiosk without the server presenting you a check and ensuring you enjoyed your experience, is only one step above a diner. Next thing you know they will have you pay when ordering and go to the kitchen window to get your food. Not worth the almost $50 it cost for two meals and two iced teas. read more

This is possibly the worst Chili's I have ever been to. We ate there on a Saturday around 4:30-5:00. There was no hostess and it took a while to be seated. Our server was just nice enough but certainly didn't go out of her way during our dinner. The rest rooms were vile. If I had only had to use the restroom before we ordered, I would not have stayed. Restaurants I'm Frankfort are pretty lackluster. And it seems they have cut quality and increased price. I mean you should be able to go anywhere and get chicken tenders and fries and be okay. But when you aren't sure if the chicken is for for human consumption, you have a problem. And I don't think you should ever have to ask for a refill at an eatery. It's a given. Empty glass? Fill it. Busy time? Server better not disappear for 15 minutes then come back smelling like the Marlboro man. Chilis is a no go unless you just want a Coke. read more

Bathroom filthy. Food cane very slow. Food ok but my orders was not correct. Our waitress was very nice

We went on a Friday night, prime time, and it was horrendous. The food was awful, it tasted like frozen entrees were microwaved and then let sit under a heat lamp for several hours. We got the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and the sauce was so hard that my husband had to hit it with the pretzel stick numerous times to even break the surface. And then it was gooey, processed cheese taste. Cold. Ew.. We also both got their "signature" babyback ribs but the waitress never asked what sauce we wanted so we both got the basic and they were truly disgusting. They were tough, tasteless and the sauce was like red glue and again, it felt like it had been sitting out. They did not even come out hot. Or warm. To round out the experience, the restrooms were completely filthy with no paper towels or dryers available to rid you of that "I've-just-rolled-in-sewage" feel that cloaked you upon entering the bathrooms. We had to dry our hands at the table on our napkins. The service was also terrible. Our waitress didn't seem to care whether we enjoyed our meal or died of bad food at the table. We didn't expect a huge amount from a chain restaurant nor are we the type to write reviews every time we go out to eat but we just had to warn others. EPIC FAIL. read more

Another disappointment with carry out/curbside service. We ordered and paid online only to arrive to no food. The server at the counter had lots of excuses about being busy, being in the back and their being no ticket for our order. I asked for a manager. We were questioned twice about being sure we had the right location. When we showed proof they said they'd get it right out. Only to come back with, 'it's not ready, we will bring it out'. They offered a small discount (still hasn't showed up). Delivered the food 25 minutes late and no dressing for the salad. The really disappointing part is we love their food, this store had no effective management. We've tried call in and online for food to go and none of them have been a good experience. read more

Brad is awful. If you have him as your waiter, request another or go somewhere else. For a Friday night, the restaurant was not even that busy and it has taken over an hour to get our food. We had two things of appetizers and about 5 drinks per person before we even received our food. Our waiter, Brad, made us all feel extremely uncomfortable and came about twice to actually check on us. I hate to not tip a waiter considering they basically live off tips but I just cannot tip after this poor service. read more

The food is always great here. There is a little ziosk thing that you can play games, view the menu, and even pay your bill on. The service is always fast. The waters/waitresses are always positive and smiling. They are easy to get along with. Your food comes out quickly and always very tasty. I definitely recommend this restaurant for groups. They play great music all the time. We jammed out to "Centerfold" while we are this visit. read more

Have eaten at the chain before several times and this has to be the worst. My child ordered the steak fajitas with just the meat, sour cream, and cheese......came out with lettuce mixed in the sour cream, but was at least medium. She ate it, but was not happy. I ordered the ribeye steak medium and it came out well done and tuff, which I sent back. My family was almost done eating when it came out the second time -- rare. I sent it back again. Came back out with the unmistakeable look of being microwaved, swimming in liquid. Still wasn't exactly correct but I figured they didn't know how to. The manager did take it off the bill. Also, my family was waiting for me to eat when the server came over with the check and asked if I would like a box for my dinner. I was using the dish that my child's tortilla came in to lay the ear of corn and toast on and she took it to throw away. I normally tip and tip well, at least 15 to 20 percent but she received nothing. The food was not her fault but removing dishes and trying to rush me out was. Also a pet peeve is iced tea is supposed to have ice, had to ask for an extra glass of ice twice. read more
