Ordered online. Order about once a week. Today I ordered online and was told food ready at 6:06. Went to pick up the food. Got in line. Well, there were two couples in front of me ordering at the "to go" window. They took about ten minutes. Then I told them my name and asked for the manager. The manager came I explained I didn't think ordering at the "to Go" window was appropriate. She said they were working on a solution, but they will still accept orders at the window. They won't turn anyone away. That tells me my food getting cold is less important than selling another meal. Good service is not their priority. read more

Waitress Joanna was hands down the worst. She was lazy and screwed up the orders. Obviously she did not value her job. I would fire her. Let me start with what was good. Our waitress was a gem. She was helpful with my wife's food allergies and genuinely attentive to her. We were both very tired and she was patient with us while we dallied trying to figure out what we wanted. She was lightning fast on drink fill ups and kept those delicious rolls on our table. She even brought extra cinnamon butter. This was one of the quieter Roadhouses we have been to. It wasn't as loud as other ones we have visited and it was a nice change. Much prefer the quieter atmosphere. The only reason I struggled with the last star of a five star rating was the food. I ordered a bone in ribeye and asked for a "medium well", light pink center. There wasn't any pink in the meat at all. It was overdone. There was almost no fat at all on the steak either. It was one of the most bland steaks I have had at a roadhouse. I know good meat, at good prices is getting very hard to find, so I can allow some deference in my review. My wife ordered ribs. They were good, tender and indeed were "fall off the bone". The downside was how little meat she actually got. I've ordered them in the past and this rack was genuinely smaller than I remember. Again, maybe just a fluke. Service wise, this visit to this location met all of the Texas Roadhouse's high standards. The food fell a little short. In their defense, I was tired and I didn't want to wait, while my wife ate, to have a new steak cooked, so I said nothing. I didn't give this establishment the chance to fix it, so that should be weighed against this review. Parking is ample. Restrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. I would definitely try this location again and would have no problem recommending it. read more

I eat here regularly. Normally my experience is top notch. Today 12/29/24 was not one of those times. It was my son's 15th birthday and he wanted Tx Roadhouse and specifically a 6oz fillet. It was packed. And to some extent I understand some of my experience was attributed to this. I ordered a 6oz fillet medium rare. When our food arrived mine was closer to medium well. As packed as it was with a 1hr wait, I get that sometimes this happens. When I sent the steak back there was so much focus on it being medium rare, they didn't bother to notice they gave me an 8oz SIRLOIN (aka ashy tasting) steak. A fillet is thick. At least 1 in in height. The manager should have known that a steak that was only 1/2in thick and took up half the plate was NOT a fillet. So they charged me $24 for a $13 steak. Sadly it was the server that suffered due to gratuity which is a factor of both service and food quality. The fact I had to use a sauce on my fillet wanna-be should scream volumes. read more

They are always consistent at this restaurant. The bread always comes out right away and fresh. I think they have one of the best house salads that comes out with egg in it. My daughter has gluten free requirements and they take the extra step there. We all ordered the sirloin steaks and they were prepared nicely. I love Texas Roadhouse food especially for the money. We haven't been thrilled with eating inside the restaurant as it never fails that we are seated near a table with unruly children. I realize this is pretty much out of the establishments control but it can make an enjoyable evening miserable. Screaming, tantrums is not the ambiance you want with a meal. Now, we order and take home. I wish they had a drive thru like Georgetown's location or allowed delivery services. I can see why this place was slammed busy at 9pm on a Tuesday night. The food is great, the service is super pleasant, and the place is clean as a whistle. I was starving and everything around my hotel was closing, so I gave the Texas Roadhouse a shot. I could have walked there from the Fairfield Marriott. The hostess let me seat myself at an open bar table surrounded by huge TVs with playoff hockey and basketball! (Bonus) Even though I was hungry, I opted for the Killer Ribs appetizer and a bowl of the red Texas chili. My awesome server was Savannah, and she was so genuine and sweet. I felt like family. She brought me out three huge, warm rolls with two big scoops of cinnamon apple butter. Great start! The rib app was supposed to be a 1/4 rack, over fries. I swear it was a full 1/2 rack of the best ribs just falling off the bone. The BBQ sauce on the side was perfect for dipping them in. The chili would've been 5 stars if it was hot, but sadly it was only warm enough to barely melt the cheese. It was still delicious and zesty, but it needed to be hotter. This was my first time to any Texas Roadhouse and it was because I was on business locally and where my coworker and a point of contact, we were meeting, went for lunch. I gave 3 stars because the music was not very good and you couldnt hear the game. There is no way you go anywhere in lexington during a tournament game with UK playing and all TVs are not on it. Tonight we had a rough experience. Our server, James, began by taking ID's for our drink orders. When looking at one of our ID's, he held it up and asked, in his exact words, "Who the fuck is this". Confused, we moved on and didn't acknowledge what he said. He then mumbled to himself multiple times and asked for another persons ID multiple times. After our meal was completed, the checks were completely wrong. Granted, we had 11 people but 6 of those people should have been on one check. Honestly, the food is above average and plenty of it. The service is usually good as well. I've eaten at this restaurant so many times you couldn't count them. The rolls.... Pillows of heaven. There's always next time. ;-) I knew that seating would be much more limited with COVID and all; but I will say that this restaurant made an ingenious design. They put plexiglass between their booths, allowing people to enjoy their meal, but to also be safe. Other restaurants should really adapt. While I have had allergic reactions here, Texas Roadhouse has always gone the extra mile. I've even had my meat not medium rare before; and once again, they still exceed my expectations. This place is amazing. I don't know why people don't like Texas Roadhouse. Every Friday I sit at the bar and I believe that Mark and Savanah were the bar tenders and they are great. Everyone is super nice and the service is amazing, the rolls are insane, the tea is insane and the food is 10/10. Whew! I'm almost always overjoyed when eating here. The managing partner is a guy that started as a server and knows every last job in that place. The food always comes out amazing. I eat at TRH Richmond Road about once every 3 weeks. Last time it was horrible in service, management and kitchen. I always sit at the bar. My friend ordered the salad with steak on it dressing on the side. It was delivered drowning in dressing. Bartender (not the usual day bartender) remembered that she did order dressing on the side and brought out another salad (.no steak just salad). It was also drowning in dressing. She showed it to the bartender he said that's just the way the kitchen sends salad out. He told my friend to just pick the meat off the first salad with her fingers.(!) she took a fork and tried to pick up a piece but it was all stuck together and looked like a dog chewed it. My friend didn't take a bite of meat or salad. My friend said she'd pay for it but don't bring another one. Wed been there over an hour and I had finished my prime rib. Bartender told female manager. She didn't come over. My friend said again that she'd pay for her order no problem. Bartender said manager took $3 off the bill. ($3!?) We both tip 30%. This was an example of pitiful manager behavior, a kitchen who would not listen to "no dressing on the salad" and a bartender who clearly had not been trained up to TRH standards. Soo....... If you're a vegetarian or vegan do not go here at all!!! You will be very sick. They put meat products in almost everything. My fiance is vegan and has a dairy allergy where she gets sick instantly. After asking a thousand questions to staff we find out that the Italian dressing has anchiove paste in it (makes no sense), the baked potatoes, sweet potatoes,potatoes skins are all rolled in bacon grease and the mashed potatoes all have bacon grease in them also (not that she could eat the mashed potatoes anyway). She had planned to get plain tater skins, salad with Italian dressing, sweet potatoes and fresh vegetables (but even the vegetables are steamed in lemon butter) didn't know that either. I don't expect people to accommodate her allergies but be honest and mark this or say something. This is potentialy very dangerous for several people including my fiance. Please corporate and management please just do better. Jeez. So much for an enjoyable birthday meal and early Christmas meal since we can't celebrate Christmas this year as we are having a family emergency and this was our only chance. Edit to add hours later - (she ended up sick anyway when we got home so maybe fries aren't safe after all. Ugh. read more

Texas Roadhouse at Beaumont Centre never fails to provide great service and a great steak! Yesterday, my date and I stopped for lunch and ordered off their Early Dine menu. My favorite is a sirloin steak with 2 sides....for $9.99! The Caesar salad was served chilled (as all Caesar salads should be) in a chilled bowl. It was so crisp and fresh! My steak was perfectly cooked medium rare as I requested and served with a generously sized baked potato loaded with butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar and bacon bits. All delicious! Service was quick and attentive. When boxing up my leftover steak, I requested a fresh roll (I failed to mention their dinner rolls are amazing....soft, sweet and served warm with their signature cinnamon butter)and was provided a box with 4 fresh rolls and a new container of cinnamon butter at no additional charge. :) Social distancing guidelines are being adhered to with required masks and menus viewed on your own device. We sat in a booth which now has tall, plexiglass dividers between them. I love this addition not only for sanitary reasons, but also because it creates a sound barrier between tables-the dividers are something positive that has come out of the pandemic. I felt very comfortable dining indoors at the restaurant and look forward to my next visit. read more

My wife and I went to the Texas Roadhouse we got set. My wife ordered a 20oz RIbeye and a un know steak came out on the plate. It look like a bone in chuck steak or a chuck roast we ask for the manager and the manager offer to fix it and take the it off the bill he said would you want another steak and she did order NY strip but the steak came out was not a NY strip it was another unknow steak. The company needs to go back and train the cutters and should have cutters on hand at rush at night. and then their was my steak very very bad .the restaurant was trying to serve customers unknow meat. I always have a pleasant experience at Texas Roadhouse. The waitress was great. She was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We ordered the chicken critter salad, which is my go to dish. My son had salmon and my daughter ordered the chili dog and mashed potato. We were pleased with our meal. I also had a free coupon for an appetizer.
