Dinner salad (with croutons and blue cheese dressing

Without a doubt Chilies 3 for Me special is the best deal around. In an ever competing market it amazes me how an organization can offer up this level of abundance. I've eaten my share of LTO's, specials and specialities in the hamburger space. Today we stopped at Chilies in San Dimas/Glendora to try their 3 for Me menu (that's right, menu, not LTO. That means you can get this anytime you want. I had the big Smash Burger, half a plate of seasoned French Fries and a dinner salad (I chose the salad for my starter). Burger patty was cooked to perfection equipped with crispy edges (delicious) all for $12.99 (What!!). My wife had the Crispy Chicken sandwich, half a plate of beautifully seasoned French Fries and a dinner salad all for $10.99. The sandwich was enormous and the fried chicken patty was perfect. I honestly, won't be eating at InNOut, Habit, Five Guys, Panera, Jack in the Box, Carls Jr. because they simply cannot compete at this level. Oh and the best part, we sat indoors in the cool restaurant where the service was crazy good!!

This is my go to girls night spot! The service and food is amazing. I love the signature drinks they offer also. To top it off being served by Maya the best person ever puts the cherry on top of a great night. I love coming here. See you guys soon!

    Big Smasher Burger with corn

Glendora location, great service from the front of house, the management team to the great waitstaff. The food menu still good. Chili smash burger(3 for me) my go to. great welcoming staff. Great seating, staff, great ambience. If I would go so far and say, the better Chili's Sain Gabriel Valley.

well, where to begin? the good is there is plenty of parking easy to park. lots of tv's and sports playing. lots of folks enjoying their meals. also, the servers and service is top-notch. Now the food on the other hand? very disappointing. no love, overcooked, and unfulfilling. I paid about $45 for the fajitas and bowl of soup and coke. I'll stay home next time.

    Ranch Dressing

This is a delicious burger I had tried today. The service was accommodating. I asked for a ranch dressing and I had received it. The ranch dressing is liquid-y but it is tasty with the fries. Alex's Santa Fe Burger has a bit of a spicy kick to it with the jalapeños. It is mildly spicy. It is so flavorful and this is one of Chili's popular menu item. I can see why. I don't have anything to say about the ambience other than they gave me a clean booth. If you are a burger enthusiast, or just want a burger with a spicy kick, Alex's Santa Fe Burger has you covered. If you ever stop by at Chili's, I would recommend trying Alex's Santa Fe Burger.

This place really seems to be turning around a bit. Food is a good temperature when served. The staff is nice and checks in a good amount of times, as well as being quick with requests. We no longer have to wait 20 minutes for a coupe le straws they forgot to bring out! The place is lively and warm so it feels nice to be there. It's not as dark or empty so I'd start going here more, especially with the deals they have and signing up for an account with them!

Our guy was Conrad, He was very attentive. He recommended some good deals . Everything we asked him for (extra items and or substitutions) he would bring to our table. I enjoyed our visit. Thank You Chili's. Thank You Conrad.

Cool place to have a drink, watch sports & have dinner. The vibe is always great at the bar area , the servers are great & drinks are always made well. Came in recently to try the special Wicked drinks for $6. The pink one was my favorite, green one is a bit too sweet. Also love the chicken tenders too!

Just coming on here to say how delicious my Slushy Margarita was. It hit the spot on such a hot day and complimented the Triple Dipper I ordered.

My Husband had the Double bacon ranch with Swiss cheese and Fries. Look at this juicy thick burger! Absolutely delicious.

Monday October 6th @ 1:00 PM Two top. Seated by Corey. 10/10 Server Stephanie. 3/10 Entree: 3 Dippers. 5/10 Extremely Loud today! A huge party. We were welcomed and seated by Corey. Nice young man. He stayed busy, welcoming guests, when not greeting guests, Corey was busy cleaning the floors, or tables, keeping the glass doors clean etc. Corey you are a great employee!! Our server greeted us, took our drink order, gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. She was helpful with answering my husband's questions. We both choose The 3 dippers with sauces. My husband ordered the mixers sticks, Hot chicken tenders, sliders. The mozzarella sticks are large, delicious, HOT Chicken tenders are hot, mouth tingling. If you like your spice then these are perfect.! I like habaneros, Serrano. Sliders were very dry! I ordered the original mozzarella sticks, Chipotle Chicken tenders and the sliders. The mozzarella sticks were good, a little greasy and a tad salty, the marinara cut through the salt. Don't let them sit. Why ? Because they get soggy and break apart. My Chipotle Chicken tenders were HOT! Burgers were so dry, top of the bun was greasy. So I didn't eat them. I had 1 1/2 mozzarella sticks, 1 large Chipotle chicken tenders. I was full.! I asked for a Togo box, I took my dippers home too. Stephanie didn't bring lids. UP DATE: I had one slider at home and used the ranch dipping sauce it was delicious. The sauce is needed.! My husband had my chicken tenders & one slider and he agreed it was delicious. The Chicken chipotle is smoky which I like and my husband likes the heat of his. Over all the food was delicious. The server can make or break your dinning experience! Stephanie you need to be re trained on customer service.! My husband said to Stephanie. Excuse me may I have the check please. Stephanie said you can pay at your table. We had cash, Stephanie said she will be back. She barely handed my husband the check very odd. My husband asked Corey if there are lids for the dipping sauces. Corey said yes let me get them for you. I will be right back. Corey goes that extra mile for the customers. Corey, you are a fine example of what customer service is all about.! Our server Stephanie was slow, not on the ball, once we ordered, our food came, our server didn't check on us but once. Stephanie gave attitude once my husband said he was paying with cash. Corey you were our highlight of our dinning experience and because of you we will be back.! Thank you Corey for your warm welcome, pleasant smile, and being so helpful.! You ROCK! Thank you Corey!

We came here for first time, not sure why we avoided place but always looked way too busy. Well of all days to try out, we came on a prime day and time of Saturday evening lol. Well we're told it'd be a 25 min wait, we were called in in about 15 (awesome)! Every table in this restaurant was taken, I mean every table and chair, so I was a bit worried about how long the wait would be and how well service (if any) would take place... To my surprise it was as if there were only 5 groups there, service was non stop attentive, food came out in a timely manner, and all of our food was excellent!! Loved everything about our stay here, a little on the loud side but don't mind it at all, after all there are sports on and tons of family gatherings here. It was an excellent experience, can't wait to come back!!

Jessie needs a RAISE!!! This woman was incredible, the service is genuinely so good and everything arrived so quickly! She really made our nights brighter and was so attentive. The music was great and vibes were on point. Even other customers were clearly enjoying their night. The food was great aswell!! We all had the 3 for me meal, and me and my friends all enjoyed our dinner.

I also don't appreciate the poor attitude that two of the bartenders have been displaying lately. They have favorites and it shows a lot. I understand that when it's time to close it's time to close and go. But if you're serving other people and treating those same people nicer because they're your favorites, well that's not cool. In the end we're all patrons. We all support when consuming. But above all, it's the poor attitude that I will never pay for. I used to like coming here often. I probably will never again. I also know that occasionally in the bar they overcharge for cocktails thinking customers will not notice because they've been drinking and bartenders refuse to adjust the check. This is terrible and now you know.

The staff are very welcoming and genuinely warm. The restaurant has cozy and inviting ambience. Outdoor and indoor seating are available. I placed an online order for pickup. It was fast and convenient since I had friends coming for dinner. I ordered the following: - Burrito Panchon 5/5 Stuffed with carnita, beans and rice, served with cream, beans and guacamole. Huge portion! You can choose your protein. - Fajitas Cielo Mar Y Tierra 5/5 Marinated beef, shrimp, chicken. It served with sauteed bell peppers tomatoes and onions, rice, guacamole, beans and pico de gallo. We got served some good old fashioned chips and salsa, always a favorite. I think I saw a piece of mango floating in it but I could be wrong, as it did not taste sweet. Tasted quite peppery so maybe it was a bell pepper. I have no idea. Salsa did have a different taste than the usual onion, garlic, tomato, cilantro so I'm unsure what they do here. Chips were fine, not hot and fresh but had a nice crunch to them. Most Mexican restaurants I've been to have this similar combination option and I saw their menu had a combo with three items: one enchilada, one chile relleno and one crunchy taco. I thought, awesome, I get to try one of each and see how I like 'em. I normally get a taquito with my meal so I asked the waiter if it was ok to order this combo with a taquito or flauta in place of the crunchy taco. He said no. Not, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we don't allow substitutions, thank you for understanding, etc." Just, no. Ok...? Never been to a place that cared much about me subbing a taco for a taquito, unless the plates are preassembled with a crunchy taco, which doesn't make any sense. Thought that was a little off-putting but onward... We ordered the potato taquito appetizer that was listed on their menu. Plate arrives and it's huge - which made sense since it cost $18 - but they were all visibly beef taquitos. I happened to be dining with my vegetarian friend, hence the ordering of potato taquitos, so we kindly informed the waiter that we ordered potato and these were all beef taquitos. Waiter confusingly indicated that these were potato taquitos and we kind of glanced at each other like... uhhh, there's clearly shredded beef in there sticking out, so we pointed it out. Waiter looks again, points to one specific taquito on the plate and says, "Well, that one is potato." The waiter eventually clarified that the taquitos were actually beef with potato. I politely informed him that since my friend is vegetarian and the menu didn't specify beef in the taquitos, we couldn't accept or eat the dish. The waiter was pushy about it and suggested we just take them home and eat the leftovers. Dude no. I ordered potato taquitos and we're only two people, and this was a massive plate of around 15 taquitos. I don't have an air fryer or oven at home, either, so I really have no proper way of reheating and I'm just one person. Either way, none of this was something I felt was worth arguing over. Just take the friggin taquitos back. We sat there uncomfortably for a bit and waited for our main meals to arrive. Got my combo, and it was honestly pretty good. Flavors were fresh and vibrant, even the taco was good although I was bitter it was a half-moon fried piece of tortilla with beef instead of a rolled fried piece of tortilla with beef. :( It's a joke, chill. We finished and the waiter brought out the bill. We quickly left our cards for payment and in clear view for the waiter to pick up so we could leave and digest by walking at the mall or something, but he never came. He walked by a few times, cards were sticking out... still nothing. After 30 minutes, my friend says she thinks we have to pay at the front. Would've been nice to know about 30 minutes ago. Paid at the front, left, and I won't be coming back. Food was actually pretty good but it unfortunately did not outweigh the lack of service and overall experience of eating here. Parking was good, at least.

Carne asada was really nice, the al pastor was definitely more flavorful, but it had more of the burnt ends, so it was either even more flavorful from the charred parts, or it was a bit hard and too crispy to have. Overall, still pretty nice though. I liked how they had the side bar, which it doesn't look entirely the cleanest, but pretty decent. Total for 3 tacos came out to be $9, so it's about $3 each.
