I should have said something while I was there yesterday , Sunday August 3rd around 1:17pm. I ordered the three for me, the 6 ounce steak medium well. What was presented to me was yesterday's remnant dry as a fish bone and burnt to all get out. Probably only 3 ounces of meat thin as a pancake. Great service and quick. Love there dressing for salad it's a creamy balsamic kind of dressing. The drinks were good not as bad as the last time. Now the food**** The chicken was good but a little over cooked seemed it was reheated. The fries were good flavor. Phili cheese steak sandwich was tasty but didn't have that much meat in it. Kinda disappointed! Slider and curly fries were very tasty! But most of all the server was great that's why I'm giving this place a 4 star. She was attentive and the bus boy!! Went in for an early dinner, and it wasn't too crowded. They were seating everyone in one section and I soon found out why; they had one waitress working the dining area alone. Josephine did an amazing job attending to each table in seating order. Being that she was working off an iPad, she placed the orders and the food and drinks were delivered by the serving staff. This Chili's is our favorite Chili's. Im writing this on my husbands account. My daughter and i love coming here. The service here is quick helpful and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. we love the soups and salad. We're rewards members so we get free chips and salsa. Tonight we had the smokehouse combo and shared that with my daughter getting the loaded baked potato soup and house salad. I realize this is a chain restaurant but our experience was so wonderful and the food was fantastic. Service was friendly and accommodating and our waiter was SO awesome that it made us realize how hard it is to come by such great & friendly service. We ordered some chips & salsa for the table which were great with the perfect light crisp. Everyone was satisfied with their orders and portions were generous. My Santa Fe Grilled Chicken salad was a generous size and very flavorful, I surprised how much I loved it! I don't know what happened in the last two months but, that place has tanked. We walked in on 09-22-23 around 2pm and the first thing we saw were the two inner glass doors were disgusting with whatever had been smeared on them top to bottom. (Wish I would have taken pics of everything). We were then greeted by two customers walking out that whispered two us, "half the restaurant is closed". Not sure what they meant but, we took our chances and took a seat in the dining area. We sat down and saw that the pay at the table thing was disgusting. My wife opened the menu and food was all over the inside. We lasted about 30 seconds and got up and left. Better step your game up and have some pride in your business because that place is embarrassing. Won't be going back until I see a "Under new management" banner outside. read more

Funny the sandwich is basically the same except it is exactly half the size of the one they served before 9/15/24. Another difference is the newer half sized sandwich will cost you an additional $1 as the precious Chicken Sandwich and fries was $15.39 a few weeks ago. So, pay more & get less. Tonight was the 2nd Chili's we went to. The 1at one was a horrible experience so if you're ever in the West Covina Eastland Center - DO NOT EAT AT THAT CHILI'S location. They had the most horrible service. We were sitting there for at least 20 minutes and NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US! so we got up and walked out. So on to our 2nd Chili's... we went to the one in Glendora and let me tell you, the difference between these two Chili's was night and day! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away by the hostess and was seated within 2 minutes of us walking in. The service already was 100 times better!!! We were given our menus and our server (Carmen who was in training) came within 5 minutes to take our drinks order. The person training her (Calista - I guessed after Calista Flockhart which she later confirmed) came to help her take the order. These 2 were ter-rif-ic!!!!!!!! They took our order, answered our questions and then took my daughter's re-order in a timely manner. There were of us in our group. We all decided on the 3 for $10 (a non-alcoholic drink, appetizer and entree all for $10 and you can decide to upgrade the appetizer or entree for an upcharge). 1st order: cherry coke, chips and cheesy queso dip (upcharge), blackened chicken pasta. 2nd order: coke, skillet cheesy fries (upcharge) and a bacon burger. 3rd order: cherry coke, a bowl of chili and a bacon burger. 4th order: cherry coke,, a side salad and a 6 oz. Sirloin steak medium rare (upcharge). Now that's alot of food for $10 - $14 bucks (with the upcharges). We shared all the appetizers with the exception of the side salad and were getting pretty full off the chips, salsa and queso. Our food came family quickly and everything was really good. The sirloin was surprisingly tender and cooked just right at medium rare!!! We were all very happy with our choices and we were so glad that we made the decision to leave the other location and come to this one. Carmen and Calista were great servers. Very attentive. Our drinks were always refilled sometimes without us even asking. We give them 2 thumbs up!!!!! We'll definitely be back TO THIS LOCATION! read more

I just want to say that we NEVER eat at Chili's typically. Ok, that being said, I got a gift card from one of my players family and we decided to use it there at the Glendora location. You walk in and it is PACKED! I'm thinking "hey, maybe they are serving better food..." NOPE, their food was not only lacking in flavor but everything had a weird aftertaste to me. The service was good though, our hostess was great, very attentive! But the quality of the food was atrocious. My wife and I both did the pick 3 thing. The bug smasher burger was just funky as hell. Even the makers margarita had a weird taste like if the used equal or some fake ass sweetener in it, I can't stand that flavor. But whatever we drank, we ate and we felt disgusting afterwards lmao. Safe to say, we won't be coming back to any Chilis locations. I just don't see how anyone would want to spend their hard earned money eating that garbage... Tonight was my anniversary, and though no fancy restaurant was available for booking, I am grateful we could still order in from a company that I've had several dates at... CHILI'S! Haha. Though as mentioned, this is more symbolic than elegant for this occasion, it still felt enough. To be with your loved one, healthy, safe, and able to put food onto the table still, life is good. Cherish what's really important in life. You know what else is important to me? Savings! Again, I am just amazed at Chili's Meal for Two deal. An app, 2 entrees, a dessert, all for $25 + tax. As always, tonight's dinner gave me so much food, we have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. As a reward member, I also got an non-alcoholic beverage for free. I have yet to find another big chain restaurant that gives me this much value for this little money. Tonight, I chose the Texas cheese fries (I think that's what it was) as the app, honey chipotle ribs with broccoli and corn on a cob, some chicken pasta, and cheesecake. Everything was tasty enough--average to be honest, though it probably had to do with the traveling time. The food probably cooled down quite a bit from the kitchen, to the car, then back to my house. Historically, when I dined in, the quality of the hot food was always excellent. That is, except, for the ribs. THE RIBS WAS SUPER TASTY. Seasoned and flavored just perfectly, and the meat was falling off the bones! Tender and juicy, yet crunchy with a bit of burnt parts (in all the right ways). Sweet from the honey, but with a kick from the chipotle chili. Highly recommended! Broccoli, sadly, was bland. It was mostly chosen for the inclusion of a healthy vegetable item. I would advise seasoning it with some salt and pepper on your own. Lastly, wanna mention that curbside pick up via online order from the desktop website was extremely easy. The fact that they ask you for your car's info (model, color, etc) to ensure the correct order is delivered to the correct patron's hands is clever. Every single item was packaged nicely and neatly. Though I do not like how much disposable waste we're producing during this viral outbreak, this did show me the lengths that the food industry is willing to go to take good care of the customers' safety and health. I wrote a review about 7 months ago stating the new general manager was going to wreck this place. Well 7 months later, I have to admit I was 100% wrong. That same general manager that I spoke about has turned this place around for the better and doing a great job. I was too quick to judge by what I saw instead of looking at the big picture and what she was trying to accomplish. I owe that general manager an apology and will do so in person. read more

I Love Chili's. The food is reasonably priced and I have always been happy with the service. This Chili's is one of my favorite locations. All of the staff are always friendly. If it's busy (not uncommon) they allow you to sit in the booths by the bar- where the service is actually better in my experience. Today we ordered the special "Three For Ten". You get an Appetizer, Entree and soft drink or ice tea. We ordered Chips and Salsa and Soup, followed by Margarita Chicken and Quesadillas. All of the food was just delicious. The atmosphere at this Chili's is very Festive, with music playing, but not too loud like some other restaurants. Parking at this Chili's location is extremely convenient. There is ample Handicap parking as well as tables that accommodate wheelchairs. Chelsey was our server and was FANTASTIC. read more

Came here today for lunch. Thursday, September 12, 2019 11 AM Reading the Yelp reviews here, apparently this place really gets a bad rap. We didn't have any problems at all though. In fact, service was great, food was great everything was good. No problems at all. I usually avoid corporate restaurant chains like Chili's, I prefer independent restaurants myself but my elderly parents like Chili's so I will take them to these type of restaurants from time to time. I just lower my expectations and it seems to always work out. I've always liked the original 1975 Chili's tacos though which are finally back on the menu. That's what I ordered today. Delicious.
