Okay, I know it's Chili's. Everyone knows it, it's reliable. But this last time I was in?! Phenomenal. The service was incredible. Our server, Angie was not only the sweetest and funniest angel ever but she was extremely good at her job. She knew exactly when to check in, she made sure our glasses did not empty. Online it says it accepts EBT for disabled and elderly people and then when you call in place your order to tell you no they don't think so. All while the waitress is taking your order and says yes she does accept it and they come back 20-30 minutes later says oh they don't think they accept it what a way to really mess with the disabled person cruel read more

Long story short, The Hostess and Waitress were very slow and rude! Ask for the manager(Abby), when she walked up to our table, she already had a chip on her shoulder which would explain why her wait server's acted the same. Give me my Sunglasses back. If you have sunglasses, I wouldn't risk eating here. I walked from the secluded corner table in the bar, to my car, and back (maybe a minute) and the table was partial bussed and my sunglasses were gone. You know who you are and you know what you did. I wish that I could give no stars because my visit today was awful. There was a 30 minute wait when there were clearly available tables. They didn't have any truly spiked seltzers. Next, I couldn't have the steak I ordered bc apparently it was still frozen. The young man who spoke with me about substituting the steak was kind but the grilled chicken I received instead wasn't great and for some reason appeared soapy? My "steamed" broccoli was practically raw. My partner ordered burger, fries and a beer. The beer was warm, fries cold, and the burger was less than mediocre. Never returning to any chili's ever again. I feel bad for my waitress as she was also practically the bartender. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering food. I am from out of town, and on 10/17/23 at 4:00, I ordered all your 5 appetizers for take-out, ti take to the family I was visiting. I ordered from the app, then drove directly there, no more than 6-7 minutes. Picked it up curbside, and it was ready. Great! Drove 3 minutes to our destination, and the food was awful! Boneless wings, dried up and cold, Texas fries, well I have no words for. They were inedible. Ordered a brisket quesadilla and southwestern egg rolls. Not as bad as the rest. But, not good either. My question is, are they not made to order? It seemed like they were sitting under a warming light, like they have at McDonalds. I was disappointed and embarrassed. For 60 dollars, I expected better. Extremely disappointed in our visit to Chili's. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait to be seated. However there were several...several tables available. We then decided to make an order to go. When I paid for our food the bill seemed a little high. They had scanned my phone for the free chips and salsa...which wasn't in the bag. The manager (boss) did go and get our free chips. I didn't have a chance to look at my bill until it was emailed a little later. We ordered 3, 3 for 10's. We were charged for 2 root beers that should have be included with our entrée meals and we were also charged for an extra side salad which we didn't order. They just made an extra $10 bucks! I have celiac disease so finding something o can eat while out is hard. I decided to give chili's a try. They do not have a dedicated fryer but they can cook your food in a clean pan. My server was very knowledgeable in gluten free foods on the menu but I have other food allergies. She directed me to their allergy menu on the tablet at the table. I was able to get the steak, steamed broccoli and corn. Everything tasted great. The steak was cooked a perfect MR. I did not get sick, hallelujah! read more

This is a Chilis chain restaurant, that being said it is on the better end of most Chilis that I have eaten at. The customer service here is always really good as well as the food is always served in a timely fashion. The margaritas are what I come for! read more

January 9, 2020 we visited this Chilis and had a great meal, with excellent service and a good time visiting. Josh was our server and made sure, from the start, that our drinks were brought and the Blooming Onion petals were at our table in no time. I had ordered hot tea and Josh made sure to bring it hot and brought more hot water and tea bags just as I was finishing the first cup. We each had excellent chicken entrees. One chicken salad and one chicken strips order, which were each a generous serving and delicious. Thank you Chilis and especially, Josh, for making our date night a pleasant experience. read more

Thought we were going to have a nice dinner and everyone in the place was freezing. Who wants to eat with jackets on. My dad put his gloves on. When I asked them to turn the heat up they said it turns the heat up in the kitchen at the same time so instead of staff being hot let the customers freeze. We just had the sweetest server. She kept our drinks full and checked on us several times. She said she wanted us to feel like we were a guest in her home. I am terrible at remembering names or I would use her name. I would enjoy having her serve us anytime. So many people don't seem to understand good customer service but she nailed it. My wife loves chiles and she usually gets the quesadilla explosion salad. And I usually get a burger or pasta. However, today we decided to try something new. I wonder if this place even wants business? I tried to call ahead, was told I would need to come in to put my name on a list so I can sit in my car for 30 minutes and wait. When I arrived, I was told the wait was 40 minutes and the host asked if I was sure I wanted to wait? This is my second time attempting to eat here but you have to plan nearly 2 hours out of your day just for dinner, and half of that time is just sitting in your car. They need a better system. Chili's is like our "old faithful" when it comes to dining out. We always know we will enjoy our meal. This location wasn't bad. The service was good. Fast and friendly. The only problem was the soup. My husband ordered chicken soup and it was so thick(like gravy), and salty he couldn't eat it. The waitress was lovely and offered to bring him another soup, he chose baked potato. It was a little better. Edible at least, but not great. Everything else was pretty good. Tried to eat lunch here today, 10/29/18 at 1205pm. Was told there was a 5-10 min wait. Ok, not too bad. We waited for a few minutes. Upon our observations of the restaurant, there was an entire side of the restaurant empty...during the lunch hour! There were also 2 or 3 empty tables on the side that was open. The guests waiting before us asked The hostess what the wait was going to be. They were told that they just needed to clean off a few tables. We came in here today to eat. When I went to the restroom I looked down the hallway that they had that they use as a prep area or servers station it was filthy. It was very slow at this time and I saw no one doing anything to clean it up. And the hostess was wearing red leggings that where partially see through which is not the first thing you want to see when coming in to a restaurant. read more

Ordered steak medium and it was charred, dry and over done. We will be looking for a different place to get steak next time.

I'm not sure why I bother with this chain any more. The service continues to go down hill along with the food. It honestly goes along way to write the orders down instead of trying to memorize them. A lot of time is wasted to correct the orders and food is being tossed all because someone is to proud to carry a note pad and pen. read more
