I wasn't expecting much but was surprised when we actually enjoyed it. We started out with trio appetizers and had double mozzarella sticks and egg rolls. Both were good. We had entrees from the lunch menu which were moderately price at $10.99, $11.99 and $12.99. Got burgers, chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. They also come with a soup or chip n salsa. Had both and we were full from just the appetizers. We had a great visit! Service was good, food hot/ tasty, and establishment was clean. Met my brother here for mother's Day and we sat at the bar and got the best bartender ever, Ty! What a great guy and excellent mixologist. We met so many workers that came over to me and us and spoke about mother's day. Was a great experience! We didn't eat this visit but the food I have had in the past was good. Let's talk service. Did a to go order, (not the issue, as the young lady was quick, nice) however, those in the kitchen (too chaotic). Loud, dirty hands while serving the food, employees in and out of the building. I'm inclined to wonder if the cook was actually frustrated or upset with orders followed up on. Updated Review: I revisited this location a few months back and it was a much better experience. The service was just a tad bit slow; initially it took awhile for the server to arrive. Once the server arrived, it was smooth sailing from there. Loved the triple dipper appetizer ( chipotle chicken , mozzarella logs and the mini cheeseburgers) all were delicious and I had leftovers!!! I had an amazing time at Chili's! No wait time on a Sunday evening! Seated a table of 7 very quickly. The area was clean. The food was actually really good!! I had the triple decker appetizer and a bowl of chili! The food came out fairly quickly too. I want to say within an hour for the entire table. We went to Chili's for lunch after church. I don't know if we ever had poorer service any where. Granted, we chose to sit at the bar because the restaurant area looked pretty full. There was only one person handling that whole area so we knew it would be a little slow, but 10 minutes later we still had not even been greeted, nor water brought. After we sat at the bar, 3 tables came in and were greeted. Finally we were greeted but it was another 10 minutes for the water. In the meantime the others got their food. Eating out is expensive... especially as our family grows and little mouths demand more food! Chilis has a 3 for $10 deal that includes a drink, an appetizer and an entrée. Not a bad price at all! I got to finally have the All American experience of going to a Chili's this week. The hosts and our server were all kind and quickly got us to a booth and with their margarita specials in hand. I appreciated how the service was good throughout the night, despite some setbacks. I got the Chili's triple dipper to share with friends, and I now understand the hype. There's not much better than the steaming cheese pull of a fried mozzarella stick! I also enjoyed the mini sliders, though I felt the southwest egg rolls were a bit bland. Though the restaurant was packed and had a fun ambience, I hate to say this location has some issues with bugs. I visited Chili's Grill and Bar on the 19th. It took some time to get seated. However, the service was very good afterward. Upon looking at the menu, I noticed there were not many vegetarian or vegan-friendly entree options, which was a bit concerning; however, the prices for the food are college student-friendly, which I appreciated. I ordered the spicy Cajun pasta, which was very heavy but filling, so you could make two meals out of it, which is nice. Overall, I think this is a great place to go as a college student with friends or family. Additionally, the food is affordable and a good alternative to a sit-down place instead of a typical drive-through-style place. read more

This review is for a to go order we had during the last few weeks. We were wanting to get something out for a change during this quarantine period, and we wanted to get something we haven't had before, so we decided on Chili's. It was a mistake. The to-go experience was HORRIBLE. We arrived maybe 5 minutes before our food was expected to be ready. We ended up waiting almost an additional 40 minutes before it was ready. We called and no one answered phones. The staff didn't even bother checking on us for probably 30 minutes. No one really bothered to apologize or make it up to us. Our food was cold by the time we got it and took it home. I had the chicken crisps with BBQ sauce. It was good, and I'd order it again, if I wasn't still super frustrated at the to go experience and if it wasn't cold. My wife got the bacon burger and salad. Overall, not a good experience, and I doubt we'll be back. Other local non-chain or small chain restaurants deserve our business more after that experience. read more

The food was halfway decent, except for the bun on the chicken sandwich which was totally soggy. The service was so bad that it took over 15 minutes to get another bun. The quesadilla was burned in the oven and took 20 minutes coming out AFTER everyone else had gotten their food. I've tried several times, but will not be going back. Chili's has always been a place for me to get food for a reasonable price. We came on a Saturday night and the place was busy, but not too busy. Since I haven't been here for a while, I noticed the menu has changed which isn't much food choices than what I remember. Normally, I'd order a burger or ribs, but I ended up getting the Tripler Dipper from the appetizer which includes three items of my choice. The southwestern eggrolls, the boneless wings and the cheeseburger sliders is what I decided on. Each of the three was good in there own way and it was just enough food to get me satisfied. I also can point out that who ever made my Blueberry and Pineapple margarita sure do know how to one hell of a drink since it had a good amount of alcohol in it. read more

I had been craving chili's for awhile and decided my daughter would stop in for a late lunch. We pulled in and the parking lot was pretty empty. Walked in and took a few minutes for the hostess to approach us o my to be told there was a 20 minute wait because they only has 2 servers or we could sit at the bar. I didn't think kids were really allowed to sit at a bar... go figure we decided to wait. We were seated in the bar area but not at the actual bar. I never received an actual menu, just ones with their promos on there. I was ok with that because I alway get the same thing when I go to chili's. I ordered the tropical sunrise margarita which tasted like straight juice. My daughter ordered the kids cheese pizza with corn and I ordered the triple dipper appetizer which consists of your choice of a variety of appetizers but I chose the southwest egg rolls, chicken crispers, and Buffalo wings. We watched as everyone else's food came out slowly. My daughters food came out first. I was told that mine would follow, but of course it didn't. By the time my appetizer arrived my daughter was finished with her food. She enjoyed the pizza and corn. My food was ok. It could've been hotter. The chicken crispers where soggy, but the southwest egg rolls and Buffalo wings had a good flavor. I don't think we will be dining here again anytime soon due to the lack of workers. The bartender was waiting tables and as well as manning the bar. Several customers complained and I totally understand. I really wanted to like this location. read more

Went in on a Saturday night. It took over 5 minutes to seat us although it wasn't even crowded. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes and no one came and took our drink orders or asked if we would like an appetizer or anything. Finally I told my husband let's go. I always have a great time at this location. Tonight my friend and I went in for dinner and we had our usual great experience. It was noticeable that they were understaffed, and I quickly learned they only had 2 servers all day. What I also noticed was how friendly our server was. After a full day of being short staffed - he was still pleasant and joked around with us. I witnessed him get yelled at by a customer for the wait time. He handled it very well and kept on with his great attitude. As usual the food was delicious. We will continue to come back, with patience as needed, because we are always treated well. read more

My wife, son and I arrived just before 6PM on 1/31/24. We were seated immediately by Mary our server, but we waited at least 15 minutes for her to return to take our drink and food orders. We waited 10 more minutes for our drinks, and another 10 minutes for our food. All the food was cold, my wife's chicken was dry and a skin had developed on the alfredo sauce. The food obviously sat before it was served to us. While we were eating, Mary returned once to check on us and refilled my son's drink. My wife asked for our bill when the dessert arrived, but it took another 15 minutes for us to touchpad to pay - at 7:30 PM. The two other tables had a similar experience. The man next to us sat for 20 minutes tapping his credit card on the table before Mary noticed him. The couple at the booth behind ours commented on how bad the service was when they left. During our meal, I noticed that the bartender had time to chat leisurely with the customers at the bar. I thought she looked like our server, but I couldn't connect her with our server since we were being ignored while she was chatting away with the people at the bar. My daughter was a bartender at Red Lobster for 7 years. I've seen her handle the bar, the drinks for the restaurant and 4 tables during dinner shifts - there were 2 bartenders for peak weekend shifts. She had to keep moving to get it all done. I used to visit this location all time, however service has definitely declined recently. They seem to be short staffed and the workers that are there seem very unmotivated in providing good customer service. The restaurant was nearly empty and there were only two people in our party and it still took a while to get food and drinks. The waitress brought our food and we did not see her again. We had to wave them down to get our receipt. The food was still good, so that was the only plus. If I have a craving for Chili's again, I'll order takeout and skip the dine-in service. read more

Chose to eat outside which was a big mistake. Table was dirty- black dirt/dust on the main surfaces. Service was slow- but existent until we asked for to- go cups. Our waitress disappeared- literally- never came back. Our bottomless refills had indeed ended. We waited 15 minutes and when we gave up and went inside to leave there was no staff to be seen- bar was empty too. This used to be my favorite location. Quality and service has really declined over the years. On this visit I ordered the triple dipper as my meal. I chose the big mouth bites, southwestern egg rolls and crispy chicken crispers. The egg rolls were fine, but the chicken crispers were hard and looked more like nuggets or popcorn chicken instead of tenders. The cheese on the big mouth bites was hardened and there was hardly any bacon on the sliders. My date ordered the avocado sirloin something. He got a small piece of beef that didn't resemble steak. No avocado either. In fact, he didn't even get the correct meal. When asked about it, the waitress told him that our server was new and he thought he wanted the regular sirloin. He ate it like a champ without complaining. We ordered the caramel toffee brownie skillet for dessert. They didn't have any toffee toppings nor nuts since ours didn't come with it. The waitress didn't tell us they were out, but she did apologize and asked if she could take it off of our ticket. We told her no, because to be honest, the entire meal was disappointing anyway. One word: horrible Ordered online around 10:50am for a curbside pickup at 12pm. I get there at 12pm and text "here" as instructed. About five minutes later a girl comes over and asks if I'd been helped yet. I told her no and then the wait began. She comes back 15 minutes later and tells me she is waiting on one of the entrees. Another 10 minutes and she brings the order out except she is waiting on one of the sides. I check the order and three sides and an appetizer are completely missing. When she brings the side, I tell her and the wait continues. In all I was there for almost an hour AFTER my pickup time. First, how hard is it to read a list and put that in a bag? Second, why would an online or call in order not be prioritized? People order ahead of time so they DON'T have to wait! To top off an already bad experience, the food was horrible. Obviously it's going to be cold after waiting so long, but it was also just gross. The chicken was cold and rubbery (even the chicken that they had to make because it was left out of the bag). The cheese on everything was hard or congealed and nothing tasted even remotely fresh. No way will our office be ordering from here again. I don't even think I will go there on my own time. read more
