Our family went out to dinner here last night and it wasn't the best. There was a long wait (approx 20-30 minutes), free service was very slow and over half of our food was not hot. My the only thing that was hot was my Fajita. My food was overcooked, well overcooked my understate it. My steak and shrimp were well, well done . I really hope it's not due to this food, but over half my family has upset stomach today. That's a lot when you're talking about a group of six who all ate. I'd say we'd probably go back but we'll have to pick a better timer frame. They don't seem competent to handle a full house. read more

Ordered takeout from home. 10-15 drive there. When I got there , I was told they needed to make more guacamole. Waited 10 more minutes for my order. What I didn't know was the already prepared nachos and southwest egg rolls were sitting in the styrofoam to go boxes, steaming themselves into a soggy, limp, very unappetizing mess. So when I get home, my two apps need to spend 10-15 minutes in the oven, drying out and re- crisping. Moral of story... don't order take out on a Friday night. read more

Just left there and went somewhere else. The place wasn't that busy and were told my party of 2 would have to wait for a booth. Which is usually fine. But after being told this I looked around the restaurant and counted over 10 tables with dirty dishes on them. So I'm waiting because they can't bus tables. read more

Worse dining experience took an hour for the food then when it finally comes out it is cold and incorrect I specifically ordered no tomatoes and they were all over my meal. server was absent during our long wait as well!!! Very disappointed with our visit today. The server was very friendly but he must have been busy because he never refilled our empty drinks even once. My chicken was supposed to come with honey mustard but didn't, and it took ten minutes for the server to bring me any. The food tasted fine. Nothing special, but I stared to feel like the texture was a bit squishy and inspected the chicken to find that it was still basically raw in the center. Ugh. Instant disgust. The food took a decent amount of time to get brought to us, but that would have been forgivable if it had been thoroughly cooked. I had already eaten about three of the chicken crispers when I realized it wasn't done and am now praying I don't get food poisoning. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place. read more

Came in on a Friday and sat at the bar to avoid the wait, I was with my friend who has intellectual disabilities and he likes to order off the wall food items and drinks. Our waitress/bartender, Candy was so sweet, friendly, patient, and did everything she could to make the order that he asked for. She is an awesome person! Thank you Candy! Ive been to this location a few times over the past few weeks. The service here is great! No complaints there. As far as food goes, there's been a few hits and misses. I would definitely recommend the triple dipper appetizer (i think thats the name of it). We usually get the southwestern eggrolls, the sliders and the fried pickles. That always comes out piping hot and delicious. I would also recommend any burger off of the burger menu, the ones we've had have always been delicious, as well as the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas. However, I would not recommend getting the fajitas dinner or the cajun pasta. Both are extremely bland. However those two misses probably wont stop me from coming back as we really like their burgers and appetizers! read more

This place sucks. The food is good, when it's right. I've probably been here 20+ times, and I would say fewer than 5 of those times have been good, with everything correct. They always do something wrong with the order, or they take forever, or they "don't have" your pickup order even started. It just sucks. I love the chili's food, but it's so rare that I get to enjoy it because it's usually messed up. Really wish they'd change up the management and whip this place into shape. It's a shame this place gives the brand such a bad name. read more

The service at this establishment needs a lot of improvement. My mom and I were at this restaurant on Monday February 18 @ approximately 12:30... we were greeted by a rude hostess and then were told to wait when there were many tables open. Later that week my mom's work had placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:30 and was not received until 12:15. The order was completely wrong... and when addressed to an employee, she was told told that there were other people in the restaurant who mad as well and walked away. read more

We were very disappointed with our visit to Chili's in Hagerstown which from my experience with Chili's was very unusual. To start with my Margarita was very watered down. I don't mean just low on alcohol content but actually very watery. My Cajun Chicken was cold and did not have much Cajun flavor in the pasta, my daughter's burger was over cooked but somehow still not very hot when served, and my granddaughter's grilled cheese was cold and hard and the didn't bring out the correct sides we had ordered. Our waitress was typically no where to be found. It was like our food may have been ready in the back but had been left sitting, which was surprising because the restaurant was not very busy at all. When we tried to communicate our displeasure to the waitress pointing our that others around us who arrived after we had had been served their food before we got ours she said, in a very cold and rude manner, that "it wasn't her fault, she was just bringing out the food as it came up". Some at our table had ordered combination meals that came with desert but we had been at the table for so long we asked the waitress to just wrap up the deserts to go. After about 10 minutes of waiting we had to go find her to get our deserts. With all the other restaurants so close by I don't think we will be going back to Chili's. read more

We travel the country delivering trucks so we eat out almost everyday! We usually enjoy our experience at Chili's, but this stop was much different. As members we always get the chips and salsa. At that point me were asked to show proof of our membership, yet she refused to give us credit of us being there. It is known that you have to regularly go to Chili's to keep your membership. Kayla was our bartender and we asked about being charged $10 for Egg rolls that are promoted for $6 on their website she disappeared and we never saw her again. We went ahead and signed our check, but we left very disappointed in our visit. read more

My 7 year old daughter picked Chilis for her special once a year birthday dinner. She could not wait for them to sing happy birthday to her! She proudly told the waitress it was her birthday as soon as we sat down (after waiting an hour). After we finished our $100 meal, the waitress came out & apologized that they had sung happy birthday too many times and couldnt sing to my 7 year old. 3 managers on duty, a crying 7 year old & the best they could do was pay for her dessert (like she understands that or would've paid out of her own pocket). The waitress was great and manager made things right but it was still bad . The fries were all cold and old ,that's not a deal breaker just shitty cooks pushing out bad fries . I have been coming to this Chili's since they opened. I have to say the first two meals I had there were great. Food was good and service was fine. More recently, the place seems disorganized. The wait staff is polite and effecient but they seem to be understaffed. I have overheard the staff complaining about customers while I am at my table. They don't seem to realize that they can be heard. The food is not made in a consistent manner. Last time I was there, I ordered some sort of salad with chicken. I'd had it a few times before and it was delicious. This time, the salad was less than half the size and did not taste the same. Personally, I won't be back for awhile. I'd rather go somewhere where I know my meal will be good. I like Chili's but this place needs to improve. read more
