Chili's keeps flying under the radar for me like it's in witness protection, it's not i'm my wheelhouse for lunch options, but should be. This place delivers. Burger? Slaps harder than a chancla mid-argument. Charred edges, melted cheese, layered like someone took a burger-building masterclass. Fries? Crispy enough to file a noise complaint. Salad? Exactly the right size--fresh, cold, and that ranch? Oh man... that's Midwest aunt-at-a-church-potluck tier. The perfect 50/50 blend of mayo and buttermilk. No vinegar sharpness, no "healthy" lies. Just pure, creamy glory. My iced tea got refilled like the server had ESP. I thought I was being pranked by a hydration fairy. And that "3 for Me" deal? It's the cheat code they don't want you to know about. Value so good, it feels mildly illegal. In and out in under 40 minutes. Smooth, efficient, satisfying. Final thought? While food trends scream for attention, Chili's is calmly out here with a full house, winning the pot--and they didn't even bluff.

We stopped by for a bite to eat at Chili's to try out the triple dipper and the Wicked Margs. The Wicked Margs were good, with a strong kick while still being sweet. They were a really great deal as well! We were seated fairly quickly and our server was prompt. Se got seated at a nice, clean booth and thankfully it wasn't too loud where we were. We could tell some areas were a bit louder than others, which can be fun for the bar experience. We ordered the triple dippers and also got some buffalo nachos. We honestly could have had just the triple dippers and then chips as a starter and been full off of just that. They were so filling and delicious! I'm a huge fan of the triple dippers now, and I especially like being able to mix and match so many different apps. The buffalo nachos were also super tasty with a nice zingy sauce complimented by the sour cream and guacamole we got on the side as well. I've also been to this Chilis several times before and the quality has been fairly consistent with fair prices. This is a great stop for some good food with lots of variety!

GOOD FOOD w/ DECENT SCREENS. I came to Hemet's Chili's with a couple of friends to grab a bite and chat, we had a fun time. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and fries under their special value deal which includes an appetizer, drink, entree, and dessert for just under $18 bucks or so. My burger was juicy and the patty was thick. I got a potato soup w/ bacon bits for my appetizer, it was totally Tex-Mex and I loved it. My mini-molten chocolate cake was perfectly gooey and spongey. Service was hit or miss, our waitress was nice but some of the other staff was a bit unfocused and panicked. I came on a Sunday evening during the NFL playoffs, so maybe that was to blame? I'm not a major football fan, however I got to glance at one of the games here and there while hanging out. Chili's had quite a few TV screens. The Chili's has a nice vibe to it, lots of families and friends come to visit. It's got dim-lighting and a variety of seating options from big tables, booths, and counter space. There's loads of parking out front as it shares its parking lot with the Hemet Valley Mall and Polly's.

Well it's Chilis... so the quality is what it is, the expectations can never be high. However, we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was an older gentleman and very attentive. The food was mediocre, my son enjoyed the dragon fruit tea and my daughter had strawberry lemonade, I thought it was gross. My chicken sandwich was over fried and the breading was falling off.

Came here with a group of 15 from the gym. Considering they said they didn't get the reservation straight we were seated after about a 30 minute wait. Which isn't horrible. Our waitress was great! I ordered the Ancho Salmon along with black beans and Mexican rice for about $26. The food was delicious although I felt overpriced. I would not come back alone but in a group setting... yes.

Chili's has let me down with my to-go order. Let me start with the positive and the only reasons why this order doesn't deserve zero star's (if that was an available option. The young woman who took my order over the phone was polite, friendly, and reviewed my order. Down side on her end I had mentioned the number given to place my order was also my Rewards number and she said you have to enter the number in the store then when picking up the order we were told it was too late so no Rewards points. Minor issue with the pick 3 smoke house combo. We ordered half rack of ribs, chicken crispers, and brisket quesadillas. This order was fine aside from the quesadillas they had almost no cheese (the main portion of what makes a quesadilla) and looked like 2 table spoons of shredded brisket mix into two tiny tortillas (so 4 slices of quesadilla looked like one mini cheese quesadilla from the local chain mexicali fast food location) the portion of quesadilla and the fillings was really a why bother item, legitimately 4 bites it was gone. So either skip this selection or save yourself a few bucks and go with the pick two. The big issue was with the 3 for me meal. Asked to have bun well grilled (so it didn't get soggy), burger patty with pink. What I received was a bottom bun so soggy and untoasted that it looked, felt, and tasted like it had gone on a swim. I wasn't even halfway through half of the burger and I had to remove the bun because I just couldn't do the texture. The patty had zero pink, and was so over cooked it just crumbled while trying to eat it. Also a clue it was over cooked is the cheddar cheese was almost not visible (see photos). The kicker was the additional sauces that I paid extra for that were supposed to be 4 oz and both were just under 2 Oz. Very disappointing, do better Chili's!

LOVE Chili's ! Been coming to Chili's since I was a kid ! Always great food and LOVE the Bar/Grill environment ! Family oriented and a great atmosphere! So I came here for lunch with a friend , and we were so excited to get there on time for Lunch Special that goes from 11-3p. My friend got the Smash Burger and i ordered the boneless wings! Maybe the server was trying to get his ticket up (price wise ) because he gave me the boneless wings appetizer instead . I get it , Higher Ticket = Higher Tip . But if you're there at a certain time , you should be asking if we are here for lunch or regular menu items , which he didn't . Food was good , refills were on point , but the dissatisfaction was with the lunch and being charged at a dinner price ! Hopefully they will take it as constructive criticism and feedback to improve their food service quality

We ate the Smash Burger special which came with fries. The burger was good, as usual and the fries stayed hot for a long while. The servers were quick to bring our order to the table. We were seated in the section between kitchen and bathroom. Music was very loud, we had a hard time having a conversation.

Look at my food before and after. You cannot tell me that the food isn't delicious. The vibe made me comfortable enough to be big. Plus, we had a great waitress.

We bought a Chili's gift card for our Granddaughter for Christmas an was given a $10.00 card for us to use. On 1/5/15 at 2:00 pm we had lunch there . The menu was mostly Mexican foods. Hemet has many very good Mexican restaurants All the foods we enjoyed in Chili's were no longer available. We ate lunch and Chili's is not one of the good Mexican restaurants, the fajitas were floating in oil, and the taste left a lot to be desired. I ordered coffee and was told they had to make it, I got it 20 minuets later. When my cup was empty I had to ask for another cup, I was told they had to make it. I got my second cup of coffee just as we finished our meal. We will not be going back, There are too many restaurants with better service and better food. read more

Well.. to start off, upon arriving at the front, there was no one there for 2 minutes. Not sure how things are handled when the hostess needs to step away. Either way I believe someone should always be in the front to greet the customer. Once seated, about a couple minutes in, the waitress said she would be back in a minute. Took her about 12 minutes to take our drink order. She also took our food order right there and then. She said a table held her up but I saw her nowhere in the restaurant near a table when she came to us. Food was great. We received that about 15 minutes after our order was taken. This is where I got a little confused. When a customer pays cash, is the customer supposed to receive every penny of their change? Or does the waitress keep the vents and gives the customer back the dollar amounts? Like say the change was $12.60, are they supposed to keep the .60 cents and give me $12 even and then give them a tip? If I'm getting change back, I expect every cent back. read more

There's karaoke I think every night which I'm not always in the mood for but we take that into consideration when we go. The Karaoke hosts are good and they double as DJ when nobody is singing. There is also a dance floor. Kaitlyn is a really good bartender and is the only one we've seen since we go on the weekend and I think that's her usual schedule. We want to try a comedy night here too. The food is pretty good too since the place is really more of a bar first rather than a restaurant. Good finger foods and sandwiches but they have a decent menu with lots to choose from. Also I want to mention that some "dive bars" feel unsafe to me but this place does not. We have been at least 5 times and everyone in there is just having a good time.

One Star - Chili's, or How I Learned to Regret Every Life Choice That Brought Me Here I went to Chili's hoping for a decent meal and maybe some half-decent service. What I got instead was a front-row seat to culinary disappointment and customer service failure. If mediocrity had a mascot, it would be this place. We were seated after a long wait--despite half the restaurant being empty--by a host who looked like we just asked him to solve world hunger. Our server finally wandered over like she was being forced at gunpoint, took our order with all the enthusiasm of a dial tone, and then vanished into the void for 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was somehow both burnt and cold. Impressive, honestly. The ribs were dry enough to be used as kindling, the fries tasted like they'd been reheated in a microwave powered by disappointment, and the "bottomless chips" were bottomless in the sense that they never actually made it to the table again after the first sad basket. Oh, and don't even think about asking for a refill. You'll have better luck squeezing water out of a cactus. We asked twice and eventually gave up, watching our empty glasses sit there like trophies of our regret. As for cleanliness? Let's just say if you're looking for sticky menus, crumbs on every surface, and a bathroom that looks like it gave up in 2007, you're in luck. If you're considering eating here, do yourself a favor: open your freezer, grab a TV dinner, and eat it in silence. It'll be cheaper, faster, and way less depressing. read more

We're from Idyllwild and need to go "down the hill" to run errands in Hemet a few times a month. After the errands are mostly done we nearly always stop at Chili's for lunch. We sit at the bar because we love Kat the bartender. She's smart, sassy and a great bartender/wait person. For us a dining experience is as much about the "personalities" as anything else but the food is also consistently good. Today I had the special, which was a mix-and-match thing for $9.99 - I chose Southwestern spring rolls as an appetizer and the steak sandwich (steak, grilled onions, melted cheese, arugula on folded over ficaccio. Both were terrific! Mike had the chicken ceasar salad and the chicken breasts were fresh grilled and the dressing has a bit of a kick. He thought it was a great salad - all but licked the plate. I don't order them very often but I also like their baby back ribs - true to the ads, the ribs are good (the part of my family now living in Texas might disagree with me - at least on principle). My preference are the dry rub ribs. read more

Very upset at my visit last night! The food was ok. But the customer service was horrible. I had the host telling us her whole baby daddy drama, then the waiter was very unattentive. Had to search for him for everything! Refills, check, boxes. The whole no notepad, I'm going to just memorize your order, doesn't work here! He got me and my fiances order wrong. Along with arguing that he owed me change. My bill was 28.17 he gave us 71 out of a 100 with no receipt. I asked him where the .83¢ was. He said you don't have change. He checked again and gave me .15¢??? I asked a third time for him to check it.... He then realised and gave me the correct change! I love chilis but this one makes be highly doubt going. I would always get appetizer within 6 min i got this one @15 min then the food 2 min later! It's just all screwed up. No tip for you guy!!! read more

The one thing I know is that the guy bartender that world there most of the nights is freaking amazing. I think the comment below was probably by a guy who hasn't gotten laid in a LONG time. Staff is nice (esp in the bar) and the girls arn't exactly nice or "in the middle" that means; A the nice girls feel bad for you so they talk to you. B the not nice girls don't talk to you cause ur giving that creepy Stalker vibe. Take a look at yourself and look at the guy next to you at the bar who won't shut up about politics & and is one step more creepier than you. Oh, the eggrolls are fantastic. read more

Was there last week and it was very busy. I'm a very patient person and understand that things happen unexpectedly. I have to say even though they were full, I mean every table and not very many servers they all managed to keep smiles on their faces. The manager lady was running around bussing tables, getting refills, even took my payment for me and was back within 2 minutes. Worst "corporate" restaurant in Hemet, the best thing that could happen to this place would be an all-consuming conflagration in the middle of thi night. General Manager "Ton-a" has all of the managerial ethics of a prostitute on Palm Ave. She sacrifices the quality of the food service just to turn in a pretty balance sheet to the corporate office. She has absolutely no people skills and feigns righteous indignation at the mere suggestion of better management practices. Chilis needs to fire this person from the human race. read more

Service is horrible they locked us out and refused to served us at 9 pm mind you they don't close until 10:30 then when we called and the Hostess Mia (bitch) proceeds to hang up on us 3 times after asking for her name and a manager. My kids enjoy coming here for family dinner. They prefer to stay local so I don't mind. Food is good for the most part. I enjoy their steak plate. I once went to another family restaurant down the street (not gonna say any names) but their steak was very dry and nasty. This one is 100 times better and beats the other place for sure. read more

John gets five stars This location delivered the best service we've ever had at any chilis location . I think what helped was tablets we got our drinks and chips before John even walked away. It was awesome to have our server constantly there ,got us what we needed in a timely manner. Amazing experience great service & drinks read more

Ever since Chili's opened up, we've been to about 6 different locations all over SoCal. All 6 times we were not pleased with the food. Way over rated. Lousy service. But we had to go back because the company we were with wanted to go. Each and every time we'd say to ourselves that we'd never go back. Waste of money. read more

I ordered my food at 1:18 I came to pick it up to go at 1:38. 20 minutes later it is now 158 and my food is still not ready I was on my 30 minute lunch break and I ordered ahead to not use up all my time waiting for food which is ridiculous. I will never be coming back here again. read more
