I log on to Door Dash and see a prominent display of Its Sliders & Pie's as being "new" to Door Dash. I google it. Can't find any information whatsoever. I decide to take a chance and order. I spend $30 and tip the driver $10 so I'm in for $40. I then follow the Dasher's car icon on the app and see them at Chile's. I live a quarter mile away--the dasher arrives 4 minutes after picking up the food. Fries are ice cold. Pie is cold and devoid of any type of flavor whatsoever. All gets dumped in the garbage (where it belongs). The chicken "sliders" are four small, interconnected buns with chicken that isn't even cut to be eaten in four individual sliders. It's just un-cut chicken fingers so unless you have a knife handy, good luck eating these things. Even with the knife...very below average. Also hit the garbage to join the pie and fries. Where's the Coke that was part of the order, by the way? Oh, I guess it wasn't necessary to pack it. Probably would have been flat anyway...matter of fact...probably would have been flat Sprite. Really is bullsh*t that a place that is terrible can hide from its own terrible reputation by creating a false delivery business as a completely different restaurant on an app. BUYER BEWARE! I came here with my girlfriend for an early dinner before going to the movies. We were seated right away in the empty restaurant (as it was pretty early for dinner) which I thought was to our advantage. Our server was really nice and accommodating, although it felt like we were sort of waiting on him most of the time. We ordered the 2 for $22 dinner option and we're both satisfied with the amount of food. We ordered the Texas cheese fries app which is always really cheesy with plenty of green onions. For dinner, my girlfriend subbed out the grilled chicken salad with the quesadilla explosion salad and I ordered the chicken crispers. The food here is sort of just 'eh' and we both were satisfied, but nothing fantastic. It's a chain after all. But the price was right and it's convenient, so I'd probably return. Don't expect the service to be super quick - give yourself enough time if you plan on heading to the movie theatre after! read more

Service was beyond disrespectful! The associates we very respectful but once it came to the manager he completely disregarded my presence. I went in to ask for a donation for a fundraiser and once he was told I was waiting at least 15 minutes for the manger to come over. He was standing at the bar avoiding me and eventually disappearing. Finally I left and he came out from the back area. I am very upset with how I was treated. If he could not give a donation that's fine. But next time at least have a professional conversation with me!! read more

My friend had a gift card to Chili's and asked me to go with her. I thought, how nice, it's my first time going to chili's and I can eat for free, why not! I was impressed with the look of the place. With all these chain restaurants, you've seen one you've seen them all, but Chili's has a different vibe and attitude. It has low light and a impressive mix of color lights to make you feel like you you parting from your seat. The waiter was also very nice and on top of things. I was impressed because there were a lot of guest in the building but he gave great service . I was also quite entertained with the monitor at the table. You can pay from the touchscreen or play games with other guest while you eat. My friend and I played and won many rounds of the quiz game. I also enjoyed the food. I of course got a cheeseburger and she got a grilled chicken fajita. I tried hers and I liked it. My burger was a burger quesadilla and it was good also. Then the waiter talked us into the cookie in the skillet with ice cream. We only needed one because it was a decent size. She ate most of it (or did I) and the cookie was warm with one big scoop of ice cream on top. I will definitely be going back. Chili's it's a chain. If you've been to one you've been to them all. The service is okay, location wise it's a nice option before the movies. We went for the Apps. There is a variety of Nacho they do I guess it's a new menu item and probably saves them a bunch of money and it probably knocks my Yelp credibility down a couple of notches for liking this but this Nacho... The concept is like getting the most efficient nacho per Nacho ever. Each one chip has its own thin layer of Refried Bean, covered in cheese, and sprinkled with Chili powder (I think?) and a jalapeno per aforementioned chip. The center of the plate is condimented with Sour Cream and a bit of Salsa. It's not kinda cool to throw down on some nacho sans the mess and leave guilt free. read more

I was in the neighborhood & we wanted to get a bite to eat before catching a movie. Came in & sat by the bar area once seated we stared with some drinks , 2 for 1 beers good deal. I had a Sam Addams summer ale, great beer always liked it. My friend had the IPA good as well. Since our time was limited & we were just looking for a quick bite we decided to go with the Triple Dipper , we got the Southwestern eggs rolls, Crispy cheddar bites & The Big mouth bites this comes with 3 sauces. Southwestern eggs rolls are pretty good quite tasty w the avocado ranch sauce. Cheddar bites are not bad , would be great if they were all the same larger size pieces since of course these are the pieces with the cheese in them good with the chili ranch sauce. The big mouth bites were really good , great when dipped in any of the three sauces. I really like the idea of the kiosk at the tables makes for ordering & paying so much easier. Come on it is what it is. It's good quick tasty food. This is not fine cuisine this is not fast food. The best thing about this place is it's always happy hour. The drinks/margaritas are the best thing there, but that's what I always get. The frozen ones are much better than the ones on the rocks. Some people might not know this, but if you have a large enough party you can call in advance and make reservations. You may even be able to make reservations for a smaller party but I've never tried that. read more

What can you say about Chili's? The food is the food, some of it very good, and every location has the same things. At a recent visit to the Holtsville location, I had the Triple Dipper (Southwest Egg Rolls, Buffalo Chicken, and Cheddar Bites), a perennial favorite and as tasty as ever. My companion had a bacon cheeseburger ordered medium, but made well-done, and flavored with little bits of gristle. At least his fries were great. Now for the downside: no one greeted us as we came in, and we stood around waiting for quite a while before anyone seemed to notice. They may have been understaffed that day. Hard to tell. The floor looked none too clean. Our waiter tried his best but seemed overwhelmed, mixing up the drink orders, and forgetting refills and the cutlery. The rest room here was disgracefully nasty. In fact, the three-star rating is really more for the Chili's menu, and their other locations. I like Chili's for the most part, but this one needs some clean-up. read more

The blackberry patron margarita also horrible- the picture was a deep purple yet It came light pink. Definitely didn't taste any patron, so so sweet. Although this place is always crowded, the quality of the service has steadily declined. On a recent visit, half our dinner order arrived at the table while the other half of the food order was served somewhere else forcing us to eat while others in our party waited. On other occasions, the food is delivered to the table by a small team of servers that don't even bother to take away the dirty plates in order to make more room. The team then runs off in a hurry while you have to hunt down the original waitress to ask for things that were forgotten. read more

We ordered tableside guac with bacon and cheese crumbles which was made by a delightful girl with perfect eyeliner. It was average. The staff can only do so much with the ingredients provided. Everyone was friendly and winding down for their midnight closing time. I had two skinny margaritas with sugar free simple syrup which were ok. My friend had a lemonade which was also average. My family and I have visited this location a few times. I give it four stars because the food is always fresh for a chain restaurant. The staff is friendly and have given us good service. There was however the first visit there were a few staff members walked past us without so much as a hello after several minutes to tend to us. I know it's busy but as a tip to the staff please remember to take the time out to greet and then excuse yourself . Ever since that first visit we haven't had any complaints ! As others have noted this is chain restaurant located near a very large movie theater, so they do not need to earn a customer following. I generally avoid this place, however I regrettably gave it a try late Saturday night. I ordered the Trio Fajita and my wife ordered a chicken salad. When the Fajita arrived I was a bit stunned due to the lack of the Sizzling Steamy Fajita cast iron pan. Instead it was a dude, just warm to the touch! The mounds of onions were impressive but was only served a few Pepper s. I was too hungry to send it back so spoke to a manager who later offered desert to compensate the lame dish. But to be honest, if I had used the ladies room before we ordered, we might have left. It was gross- pee on all the toilets, tp all over the floor- yuck!
