Bear with me for all the pictures with half eaten food; the kids couldn't wait . Nonetheless , I'd definitely recommend chilis restaurant for great food that won't break the bank. The portions are massive and you'd be able to have left overs. The mozzarella sticks were a hit. I really enjoyed my trio fajitas. The rack of ribs were cooked well done ( which is what was asked ) and it was tasty as well. The service was great. The waiter did an amazing job helping me decide for hungry toddlers . I honestly don't know where to start, but when I do I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I'm hoping this saves someone else from the same experience. My friends and I left feeling completely unsatisfied and regretting the entire meal.The quality was abysmal across the board. The appetizers were a bad sign: the mozzarella sticks were incredibly greasy, and it felt like the rest of the food had been sitting under a heat lamp or was entirely refried. The chicken sandwich was genuinely concerning--the meat was gray, slimy, and had a bizarre, rubbery texture that made it impossible to finish. The chicken tenders didn't taste any better; they were equally rubbery and tasted aggressively, overwhelmingly salty. Even the Mac and Cheese was a disaster, with a strange, thick "Oobleck" consistency and a salt level that was almost inedible. To top it all off, I had a nightmare of an experience with a rewards issue. I ended up having to fight just to get my money back for this disaster of a meal. That food sat like a brick in my stomach for the rest of the night. None of us will be returning to this location. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. read more

Just your typical chilis. Food took awhile to come out but the wait staff was polite. You get free chips and salsa if you're a rewards member so my party filled up on that as we waited. The BEST white queso I've had in a long time! I am still sad that they no longer have the onion petals or the original chicken crispers, but they do have lots of new menu items that look delicious! We've always liked going to Chili's in Holtsville. The servers are great -- friendly and knowledgeable. The food's good too, and it's been a regular go-to spot for our family. But recently, they changed the menu and took off a bunch of items we used to order. That was disappointing, but the bigger issue is the price jump. I get that everything is going up these days, but an extra $2 per meal adds up fast. When you're out with family and add tip, it's easily $10-$13 more per visit. If you go out once a week, that's $40-$50 more a month. So unfortunately, we'll probably be cutting back and not going to Chili's as often. read more

Honestly pretty impressed with this Chilis! We tried the new chicken crispers with the new white cheddar Mac and cheese and it was delicious! I paired mine with the Buffalo ranch and I highly recommend it. They were definitely short staff the night we went and were waiting a little longer than I normally do but it was no issue since we had about 2 hours before our movie. The only con about chili's is that the tables are always sticky, I don't understand how it can be but it ALWAYS IS. Other than that I was super impressed with the quality of the chicken! We have been to other chili's restaurants during a rush and never had such a poor experience. let's start with the water which tasted as if it was served in a dirty glass, brought to managers attention and he offered me bottled water. the dinners finally came out and half the items on our dishes were cold. the steak was the only thing hot, but cold Mac and cheese and cold broccoli... not appetizing. the Waites's asked how it was and I said cold but the response was blank. the restaurant was convenient to the hotel we stayed at Residence Inn Long Island Holtsville, but I woukd recommend Wendy's next store over this chilis. the bill included a charge for the bottled water and a kiosk service charge. read more

We had a great experience at this Chili's! That was mainly because of our waitress, who was so much fun! She had great drink recommendations and was joking around with us the whole time. (We did later learn it was only her second week on the job, so that's probably the reason for her upbeat attitude.) After hearing everyone talk about it on Tik Tok, I had to try the honey chipotle chicken crispers, and I can confirm they live up to the hype! The sauce was sticky with a great spicy and sweet balance. The homemade ranch had a great flavor even if it was a bit thinner than I was expecting. But for some reason the little side of the mac and cheese is what got me. I love the spiral macaroni noodles and the sauce had such a great flavor. Large waiting area inside and benches also outside. Wait was about 20 minutes to be seated. We ordered a few cocktails they took a while to get to our table. The chips and salsa are delicious. One guest ordered ribs, one a quesadilla salad, quesadillas, and soup and salad . Everything looked good and everyone enjoyed their meal. The baked potato soup and Cesar salad were good.
