I haven't been to Chilis in a hot minute and we decided to come here for lunch. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic when we came but we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was phenomenal and we were taken care of beautifully! She made sure our drinks were refilled and our food was to our liking. We had the following: Chips and salsa, Mushroom and Swiss burger (including fries) with ranch dipping sauce and shrimp Cajun pasta. Chips and salsa: 9/10 - can't go wrong with their crispy, thin, salted chips and salsa! Always a favorite when we go to chilis! Mushroom and Swiss burger: 8/10 - I didn't try this burger but my brother did and he enjoyed it. I had some fries and their ranch was pretty good. Shrimp Cajun pasta: 8/10 - pretty good seasoning on the pasta was cooked perfectly and al dente. It was a hefty portion and it came with so much shrimp and also garlic Texas toast. The pasta was also super creamy, cheesy, and rich. The shrimp was decent as well! The experience was delightful but when we got home and hours later, we had food poisoning. It was awful and we think it's from the ranch. That's the only reason why I'm knocking off a few stars. I don't know what happened but both of us were sick and chilis was the only thing we ate that day. Other than that, service was really great! I don't know I would go back but if I do, I am staying away from the ranch. read more

Five star service is what I experienced today. At the height of the lunch rush I was fortunate enough to be seated in Brenda's section. She was so efficient, friendly and accommodating with my inability to choose what I was in the mood for. She kept my Coke Zero replenished without me having to ask. She also picked up the empty glass every-time she passed my table. I ordered the 3 for me loaded potato soup to go and the old timer with cheese as my main. The burger was so delicious, cooked perfectly and hot. The fries were done to perfection also; I brought them home to enjoy later, even cold they'll be good. As I said, it was lunch rush time but the restaurant wasn't loud. The only thing I'd say is it was cold so being a light weight sweater. You might have a great experience when you come in, you might not. It honestly depends on the server you are paired with. We had excellent service last night when we were there: waters/drinks were routinely refilled, napkins & silverware were given to us immediately, and our server checked on us often. We have had other servers in the past few months that have been pretty horrible. This place is usually pretty busy & often loud... if you're looking for a quiet meal, this might not be the place. I should know better. When you order from Uber eats or Door Dash you have no control of what you get. I have an injury so last night I ordered from Chili's. Sliders, mozzarella sticks and a salad. I had to pay $6.00 for salad and an extra $2.00 to add avacado. The salad was tiny with wilted lettuce if you call those stems lettuce, 3 croutons, tiny bit of cheese and worse one slice of avacado that was brown. I asked for avacado dressing but got ranch. Let's move to the sliders. Dried up burnt hockey pucks. Tiny bit of onion and bacon. No condiment when I had asked for mayo which was on my receipt. I tossed them. I will say the mozzarella sticks were edible so at least I had that. If you are in the restaurant you can send stuff like this back but it's annoying that they can give you anything when you are order out. Do better Chilis. read more

Chili's... standard menu that always delivers on chips & salsa, drinks, a pretty decent burger, and making my kids happy with their blue fizzy shark drink, and I occasionally cave and go. Like this time. The monthly featured $5 margarita was surprisingly good. The chips kept us happy. Kids meals were as expected. But my queso burger was just so sad, and came out smashed looking and overdone. It was so bad I put a side by side of what you ordered vs what you got and sent to friends for a laugh. Had a wonderful experience Monday at lunch at the bar. Calley, the bartender was exceptional!!! Everything you want in a bartender - fun, engaging, knows the product, knows the brand, easy to talk to, and does the job with a smile. Husband got the lunch special which included the enchilada soup which was delicious and the burger was juicy and tasty. I had the Triple Dipper which took me right back to 1998 and it was great!!! Restaurant was clean, modern and they were quick. This will be a regular on our list of places to eat out in our area!! And thank you Calley for such a great experience!! read more

The service staff handled it well . I got the 3 for me ( awesome prices btw better than burger king next door honestly and you get to sit down ) I got kind of a lame chicken sandwich but I ordered it because my previous burger on my last visit was dripping grease all over me , and my son had the sliders and they were fried out , he ordered that after getting chicken pasta off the kids menu that was too spicy .. , so I'll avoid the cheeseburgers from here but they do serve nice southwest eggrolls and for Oakleaf ita pretty decent . (there's not a lot of options for sit down service ) Cons: it's a little loud , it's a little dirty sometime , but like I said we don't have a lot of choices out here in Oakleaf. Don't take a first date here but you can get a good meal with your group for a moderate price . Ordered curb-side pickup today for dinner for my family via the Chili's app. The store has a wide variety of entrees that will help me find food for everyone in my family. For entrees we ordered the bacon cheeseburger, an old-timer burger, an appetizer platter, a chicken wing meal and a buffalo chicken sandwich. We also picked up some southwestern egg roll and chips and salsa for everyone. The app lets you customize your meals to order and swap out sides with any price increases for predominant sides shown. I picked up at the curbside to go location. Service was prompt and polite. They also let you pay with cash if you don't want to put it on your card. The food was all well prepared but they did forget some condiments (ranch for the egg rolls) and salsa for the chips and salsa. I will say when I called to correct the problem, they fixed the problem and gave me a free cheesecake. Really a good option for takeout for a family just check it before you pull out. read more

Haven't went here in years, so tried again for dinner. My wife had an old timer's burger. She wanted it pink, but it wasn't pink at all. She said it was still good. We had chips and salsa that were different, but actually the salsa was pretty good, slightly sweet. The burger was big, and she took half home. Fries were really good. I had a tri of half slab of ribs, brisket Quesada, and jalapeño sausage. Mine came with corn on the cob, fries, and Texas toast. The ribs were descent, and I would order them again. The Quesada I wouldn't even give to someone I don't like. Taste was lacking and so was the brisket, you needed a magnifying glass to find any brisket. The sausage wasn't bad, but I would just get the ribs next time. The corn was extremely soggy and came of the cob really easy, but actually I liked it in a weird way. Toast and fries were both excellent. Service was good. I had read reviews and thought I would have terrible service, but we were satisfied. I would eat here again, good not great. read more

We stopped going to Chili's years ago for various reasons - but my sister and I decided to stop here for lunch while we were running errands in the area. We opted to sit in the bar. I will say half the restaurant was empty, but they still were putting people on a 15-30 min wait. That is frustrating - staffing issues are management issues. Since I was a Chili's reward member, we opted for the free chips and salsa you can get on each visit. Their chips have always been great - hot and very light and crispy. Salsa is good. We decided to try their bar drink of the month, which was a margarita, made with Jameson Irish Whiskey? What? Who thought of this? I am not a whiskey drinker at all, but let me say this margarita was light and refreshing and very tasty. We asked the bartender if it was just a splash of whiskey, and he told us it is equal parts of the whiskey - wowzer. You don't taste it, but it gives it a really good flavor. We both agreed we'll be back before the end of the month to try it again. We both got burgers, and opted for the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Comes with avocado, pepper Jack, red onion, roasted jalapeños, tomato, pickles, cilantro & spicy Santa Fe sauce. I dislike cilantro so asked for that to be left off. I asked for a little pink, but mine was definitely well done - okay - no biggy. I found the jalapenos to be a tad overwhelming, so I scooped most of mine off. I also had very little cheese while my sister's was covered in nice melted cheese. Consistency issues here. The taste was still quite good, and the bun was nice and toasted. Fries were good, fresh and hot. Not as plentiful as I recall from the past, but still enough for the meal. Service was great. Ordered half rib with beans and mac & cheese. The beans were mostly juice half full and the mac & cheese took the icing on the cake as it was the only thing that was delicious. But what really upset me was the ribs it was the worst five ribs you could ever get not to mention that the fifth rib was on the very end so all in all, I got three areas of rib meat. They were so small, overcooked and barely edible. I was very upset. I probably will never go back to Chili's again because of this issue. read more

Today was my first time trying Chillis and I came to this location, safe to say I will never come back. Where my friend and I got seated was dirty and had crumbs on the seats, immediately off to a bad start. We ordered some fried mozzarella to share and after about 20-25 minutes our 3 mozzarella sticks came out- cold. They were not even just not hot, they were literally cold to the point where the cheese almost seemed frozen. That immediately took away our appetite as it would for anyone. Our server was kind enough to send it back and get us another order. Again, after a long 25 minutes the order came out. You'd think theyd want to prioritize our table but I guess not. Side note the mozzarella sticks themselves are extremely mediocre so if you haven't tried them Id say to save your money and just get some frozen from the store because they'll probably taste better. If you've been to Chili's, they have the self pay machines at the table so we turn it on to pay and to our surprise we are charged for two orders of the fried mozzarella- the one she took back and the fresh one. Also, we were charged for the little games they have on the self pay machines which was weird because we didn't even use that. After our waiter took their sweet sweet time to come to our table they solved the problem. Overall, the service was not good whatsoever and it was not at all busy so there was no reason for that. Wow what a turn of events here lately. We will NOT be returning. The Manager Courtney is horrible and gave my husband and I the worst attitude. For Context, their Steaks used to be fantastic. The past few trips the Steak Quality has taken a nose dive to being too tough to cut (even when cooked Rare) and it took 40 minutes to get our food to begin with. They gave us an option to opt for something else, which took 30 minutes for Crispers. Mind you the people around us who were sat after us came and went before our first plate was given to us. Courtney was unapologetic and basically offered to comp $3 for a $16+ meal. Adrian was amazing and did nothing wrong. We tried to get the other Manager involved and only then did Courtney change her tune. Chilis isn't what it used to be. read more
