I have to say this place has improved 100% since our last visit, which was about four years ago. I got a really bad meal there, but I understand it's now under new management, so we thought we'd give it another try. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs, and the wife had the mushroom burger. My ribs were good, but I've had better. The wife was raving about her burger, so since we'll now be coming back, I'll need to try that myself. What really impressed me was the excellent service we got. For example, at many places you need to wait and wait to get your drink refilled and usually get it when you're finished with your meal. Sunday Vibes Done Right Stopped by Chili's yesterday afternoon and had such a great experience! Our server, Matthew, was genuinely friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, love their mozzarella sticks, my crispy chicken sandwich hit the spot, and my daughter's chicken bacon quesadilla is always a winner. I ordered a delivery from Chili's in Lisbon. I enjoyed a well cooked Medium well 6 oz. Classic Sirloin Steak with broccoli, and fully loaded mashed potatoes. It was all very good. I wish they had taken a bit more care packaging my Triple Dipper though. The mini bites, and chicken minus the fajitas I thought came with it were all over the place. I prefer sauce containers not to be packed on top of my food, but other than the packaging of the Triple Dipper, the steak meal was good. The food was cooked very well as I later heated my leftovers. The food is really good. I really like this place. I always get the three for me or the $16 thing where you get many options. I always get a straight line which is 6 ounces and you get a loaded potato and a side of soup. I really recommend this place is very good. The only storm takeoff is because they took away the beef skillet queso and then finally they brought it back but overall this is a great place. I highly recommend. read more

A review for a Chili's location is generally going to be the same regardless of where the restaurant is located, but the most important differentiating factor is of course the staff. We've dined at this location numerous times, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The waiters and waitresses we've had are fast moving, friendly, and are quick to get your drink order and your food to your table. There isn't much you can say about the food because the food is the food. This is a franchise, so they all operate the same with that said chilies does not offer subpar food by any means. They're nachos are fantastic along with many of their other appetizers and their burgers are well cooked. The star of the show is probably always the fajitas that come out piping hot and perfectly cooked. If you need a quick bite to eat, you're in the area and you like franchises, this chili's locations won't disappoint you read more

My wife, son, & I were on vacation and looking for an air conditioned sit down place to cool off. Weren't looking for anything fancy so we decided on Chili's. About a month ago we had stopped at one close to home and had a less than exemplary experience but gave it a shot anyway. The hostess/waitress greeted and seated us promptly. I wish I could remember her name but she was great. Attentive, friendly, and professional. She put in our drink order and returned quickly for our food. For drinks we had margaritas. My son had the Patron and my wife and I had coconut margaritas. They were all good and refreshing. Maybe a little sweet but delicious nonetheless. My son(not a drinker) was not a fan of his but it was ok. For lunch we ordered a classic cheeseburger with fries, shrimp fajita, and a bowl of chili with salad. Also included were chips and salsa. Chips were fresh out of the fried and crispy while the salsa was a great compliment to them. Thumbs up all around. My son had the shrimp fajitas. They came with ample accompaniments (guac, sour cream, cheese, etc..). The shrimp were delicious and he found the rice and beans very flavorful. There was very little left on the plate and the serving was ample. He was very pleased. My wife had the classic burger with fries. She ordered it with mushrooms and there were plenty. Big, meaty, & savory. She was very happy indeed. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered the chili and salad. The chili was flavorful and had a pleasant spice to it. I wish it had a little more meat, but it was still delicious and filling. The Caesar salad that accompanied was standard but good. Lettuce, parmigiana cheese, and croutons. Nothing fancy. The dressing was creamy and tart. A good palate cleanser for the chili. As for atmosphere, this location was far superior to the location I visited last time. It looked like it has been kept clean. No dust, no splatters on the glass partitions, floors were clean. I didn't make it to the bathroom so I can't comment. All in all it was an excellent visit. For what it's worth, this is a national chain restaurant. You know what to expect. The important thing to remember is that it is also staffed by local people trying to earn a living. When you find a location in a chain where the employees take pride in their work, you will have a far superior experience than other locations. This location appears to be one where the employees take pride in what they do. It shows. I commend those who prepared and served our meals today, they represented their company well and did a great job. read more

We come here quite often but that is changing. The temperature in the restaurant was 55 degrees. My wife was freezing. The food was the same temperature. Cold fries, cold chicken crispers, cold broccoli. My sons Cajun noodles because you couldn't call it Cajun chicken as it had one. We had to wait 5 minutes for a table when there were a ton empty (just not cleaned). We were seated at 8:15 and it took well over 10 minutes to even be greeted. We finally tracked down our server and asked for jalapeños... We were completely finished with our fries by the time they finally arrived! At 9:20 our food finally arrived. My pasta was cold and my mothers fajita peppers were completely undercooked. ***Let me also state that about 5 minutes before we got our app, a table of 4 sat behind us. They also ordered 2/$20. Their appetizer came before ours, their food came 3 minutes after ours, and they left at the same time as we did! Our quick meal turned into a 1 hr 45 minute terrible dinner. I'd also like you to know that we requested at the beginning of the service to add a Togo order to our meal for a family member at home. The waitress completely forgot, so we ordered it online! Our waitress forgot about us so many times that we didn't even bother reminding her! It was easier just to order it online: At least we would have an eta for when our food would be done... Did I mention how dirty this Chilis was? you could clearly tell that there had been larger parties before us. None of the tables were put back, chairs were thrown about, and the tables were not cleared. Throughout our 1 hr 45 minute "dinner" the tables next to us and others in plain site remained uncleared and dirty. The floor was covered in food and there was even a steak knife laying in the middle of the floor since before we arrived. Overall, this was by far the worst. A manager didn't even come over to talk to us! Understaffed or not, service should NEVER be this bad.. Especially when it's well after the dinner rush. #theworst read more

Waitress wasn't very good (although pleasant), asked for water she brought 2 out of 3, after a 15 minute wait. Also 3 people ordered different types of fajitas. Waitress brought ONE container of fajitas to table containing only 3 fajitas (1 for each person) she said she would be back with more (never did) had to ask another waitress to FINALLY get a container with only 3 more in it, 15 minutes later. Each order of fajitas is supposed to come with a container of 3 fajitas... I could see her MAYBE leaving only 1 if there was not any room on the table, but that was not the case. At least 1 of the meals was cold, and the green peppers in the fajitas were not cooked. Other customer across from us sent her meal back, said it was the second time it happened to her at that restaurant. Not impressed. The best part of the meal was the loaded cheese fries with jalapeños. Nacho chips were warm, not hot, and greasy. Other meals were OK not fabulous, had one of same type of meal from Chili's in Uncasville as take out, and it was better than sitting down eating it in Lisbon. read more
