I honestly believe that big chain restaurant are not cut out to do business in Kenosha. Moving forward I will avoid going to these places at all costs. The hostess was pleasant and had a good grasp on balancing the seating in the restaurant as to not overload a particular section. Our server was uninterested to say the least. He was prompt taking our drink order but after the drinks were delivered his visits to our table were scarce and rushed. We ordered at 8:10p and our food didn't arrive until 8:45p. The table that sat next to us ordered after we did and got their food before us. On top of all that our food was lukewarm at best. Highly disappointed with this visit to Chili's. Tried ordering dinner for my family today for Mother's Day, website said 45 minute wait, placed order, text said 45 minute wait, got there 10 minutes early, line was around the block every parking space full with families waiting for their food, half of Panera parking lot full too. The car next to us had been there for over an hour, finally found some poor girl they had thrown to the wolves, she said the wait was more than an hour from when our food was supposed to be ready. Many other people came up behind me to ask the same question. We finally asked her to cancel our order and had to end up getting drive thru for Mother's Day because now it was too late to order from anywhere else. Greedy greedy managers, if they had been honest about the wait I wouldn't have ordered from there in the first place. We tried calling them over and over to find out how long the wait really was, they just kept answering and then hanging up. Will never order from them again. Manager should be fired, shame on you! They had pretty good service there. I love the humor my waiter had. Just one thing that really bothered me though is that I forgot my to go box and they threw it away. I know it was my fault for forgetting it, but I wish they stored it somewhere for atleast 30mins -1 hour for the person who had the food could go back and retrieve their forgotten to go box. Not to also mention it was around 5 that I had my meal and it was busy but still had chairs available for my friend and I to sit at and eat. read more

Worst service i have ever had from Tyler the bartender. Waited 10 minutes because he and the other bartender were occupied by 2 young females. When he finally came over, i ordered my drink and a TOGO order. 30 minutes later i asked about myorder. Tyler said"relax, we are busy. It will get here when it gets here." Wow they could care less. I can see why they are not busy on a Friday night. I wanted to go to Cheddar's, but there bar was totally full. O can see why Chili's bar was 25% full. Go to Cheddar's and wait 10 minutes. read more

I have not been to a Chili's in about 15 years and it will be that amount of time in the future. Service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not that busy. There were several tables that were not cleaned. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger. The bun was cold even though it was toasted. The entire burger was greasy not juicy. Now I am not a healthy eater, I enjoy heart attack food but when I bit into the burger the first thing I tasted was salt. I could not taste the burger, grilled onions or cheese and the pickles tasted like cucumber. When I burp and I taste Tzatziki Sauce and I ate a burger it is not a good thing. Another one of my pet peeves are bathrooms. I walked into the restroom and the entire floor was sticky. Let's just say I was not happy with the food and service I received for the amount of money my daughter and I paid for our meals. P.s. my 19 year old daughter likes Chili's. read more

So my review is not about the quality of the food this time but more about the service, which in my mind is as equally important as the food. We have never had issues with the service but this time or server Corey seemed to not feel the need to provide us with everything we ordered. I don't know but isn't that the whole point of being a server, to try to get the check average up to maximize the tips? When I go out to dinner to a place with servers I don't care if it's a Chilis or Mortons Steak House I have a certain expectation of my experience. One, I at least expect to get everything I order and two, don't serve me my meal in 10 minutes or less, if I wanted to eat fast food I would go to Mc Donalds. Nothing aggravates me more that to be served my meal and receive my check quicker than the local fast food restaurant. So hopefully Corey will get wind of this review and make some change in the service he provides or find a new profession. read more

I really enjoy Chili's food as a flavor departure from most bland chain restaurants. However, I am VERY frustrated with their online ordering process. Twice I have ordered online to save time and twice I have arrived for my food not to be ready. They had no record of my order. Later they told me that it got lost in the mix of another printout. Same excuse they gave me the first time. Either you offer online ordering or you don't but don't pretend. This last time, I re-ordered upon arrival and waited another 30 minutes for my food. 30 minutes for some chicken wings. You would think my order would have been moved to the front of the line or that i would have minimally been offered something to drink or some chips and salsa while I waited. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient for someone who was trying to save time. The one consultation was that they gave me my wings for free. But I would have much rather paid and got my time back. read more

I can't explain it but I hate Applebee's and usually like Chili's. They are not all that different, but Chili's just has better food. Last night though it took a very long time to get our food, but the service in the past has been just fine. I like their very thin tortilla chips. The one star is for the food--enchiladas-- that were quite good. Everything else is a 0 star. First of all, unless you have small children, do not go to this Chilli's on a Tuesday. Tuesday, kids eat free. Hence, there were a LOT of kids... very loud. If you want a dinner with decent service, and conversation, do not go on a Tuesday! It was like Chucky Cheese. If I want to go to a restaurant with kids running around, yelling and crying, throwing tantrums.. I will go to Chucky Cheese. Was not expecting this at Chilli's. Our server, Rachel, was not very friendly and had a nose ring that was distracting. She was mostly absent from our table, but as there was only two of us, and she had a table of kids and parents to look after, so that could be the reason. We had no water, no napkins, and no salt and pepper shakers at our table. We asked for the napkins, which we received. When we asked about the salt and pepper shakers being absent, she said that this was "strange." She did explain how they are cleaned and refilled on Monday's and possibly our table had been overlooked when replacing them OR she said, "Maybe you stole them" (ha ha..) Not funny. Really? It is unacceptable to accuse, even in a kidding way, customers of stealing! That was bad. Would never go back to this restaurant again on a Tuesday, and certainly would ask for a different server. read more

Ordered a couple drinks which were OK. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. They only had maybe 3 tables total. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. My food came out completely burnt and hard. We also had ordered an appetizer it never came out. I had to ask for the appetizer to be removed from the bill. The manager never came to apologize or anything. I walked in and sit down for about 10 min, no one greeted me. I asked for someone. A few min later, the server showed up. She is good though. After the dinner, I tried to order a desert using my reward points, 60 pts, enough to order a desert, but was denied. They said, it's because my Chili's reward was issued by Brinker International, but this one is a franchise store. Chili's is a just brand for customers. We never know there are different Chili's. My husband and I use to go to Chili's about once a week. The chili's in Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie, WI had the best service of any restaurant in Kenosha. A few months back, Chili's removed our favorite entry from their menu -- Steak and Portobello Mushroom Fajitas. This was very disappointing. At the same time the quality of service at our favorit location also diminished, which was also disppointing. We barely go once a month now. read more

Your service seems to be par. Not great and not bad. However, your restaurants tend to be fairly clean and your food is great. You've got great family atmosphere. I come back for your fajitas time and time again. My husband loves your burgers. We also love the mini desserts. We all are able to taste a little of everything. Chili's is one of my all time favorite restaurants. No matter what town or city I visit, if there is a Chili's I am there ! They have the best selections and a very wide variety of items for even the pickiest of eaters. When ever anyone asks ~ "where would you like to go for lunch/dinner?" My answer is always Chili's ! Where do I begin? I try to go out for a nice dinner with a good friend and we decide to go to chili's. So we get there and the environment is inviting enough and the service so far was decent minus the tacky hostess. As we looked through the menu I saw photos of wonderful looking meals and was ready to try the food. I took a sip of the flat soda I was given (which I believe the waiter spit in) and decide on my meal. A buffalo chicken sandwich. I waited eagerly until my food finally arrived. At first glance the sandwich looked appetizing but I made the mistake of actually consuming it. After the first bite I could feel my bowels rumbling as if a train of feces had just crashed and derailed in my intestines. I decided to continue eating until I began farting UNCONTROLLABLY. The smell was so putrid that the people in the surrounding booths began to clear out. There was no turning back at this point. My bowels were roaring like a great dragon and I let out another wind song that was more than just a release of air. A thunderstorm had begun, my anus shooting out diarrhea at the speed of lightning as my bowels were rumbling and crashing. I made a run for it to the nearest bathroom, diarrhea dripping down my legs. I was so embarrassed. I will NEVER eat at chili's again. My butthole suffered from third degree burns because of the dynamite-esque explosive hershey squirts.
