I'll be honest, I don't always like to eat at chain restaurants, but sometimes it fits our family's schedule better to eat somewhere convenient to our location. Tonight was one of those nights and we ended up at Chili's. Our waitress, Sylvia, was fantastic! Our food came quickly and tasted delicious. Went with my son for a late birthday dinner had the triple platter I think it was called I got the chicken critter chipotle, Nashville hot and the burgers it was good but not hot it was warm I know if it would had been hot it would of been so much better I wanted to send it back but my son was embarrassed so he payed and we just took it home; the server was amazing though very on top of everything. read more

It's been a while since we last visited a Chili's. For the most part, things have changed for the better. For no busier than it seemed, for 3-4 minutes, the hostess was MIA, nowhere to be found. The Trio fajitas and chicken finger dinner are fantastic. However, the best part was the service provided by our server, Jenny. I decided to give chilis a 2nd try after my awful experience in June 2022. Fried were gross again and was not fresh. I asked for Wings fried extra crispy. I have a few wings and I while eating was finding pink areas in my wings.first I thought I mistaked it for the Buffalo sauce until I cut into 2 more wings and saw pinkiness. The waitress was great. She took it off my bill and I asked her to charge me for something so I can give her my full price me tip on my meal for her service. I'm writing this review as I sit and wait for my food. My family has been here nearly an hour and still haven't gotten our food. Families who have come in after us have already eaten AND LEFT. It'll be a long time before I eat here again. I'm extremely disappointed. Awful experience. Can't even review the food because I haven't even gotten it. My curbside order took 50 minutes after checking in with staff on Cinco de Mayo. My dinner was cold. It was just sitting there most of that time. Today, Mothers Day my delivery was 30mins late, and the order was incomplete. Cold food again. I call, the phone's off the hook busy. I drive there and told them my order was not all there and I'd like the missing items refunded. The girl took my name and said it would take 48-72 for the refund. I ask to see what she had written down...only my 1st name. I asked her to take my full name. I expect not to get my refund. Lost my business at the Kokomo, IN location forever. read more

Appetizers were good. They put ketchup on a brisket burger I ordered which made it close to inedible. If I hadn't been starving before going into the restaurant I wouldn't have touched it. I would have sent it back but the waiter never came back to check on us after delivering our food. I went the entirety of the meal with a single cup of water. We arrived just before they were getting busy on Saturday night. We were promptly seated and they had many severs so there was little wait. Time is money though and we felt a bit rushed. The food for the most part was delicious. The steak did lack seasoning and flavor and was more well done than medium well. The chicken quesadillas were perfect. We loved coming to chili's before the pandemic. We decided to have date night there tonight. It started off nice, not busy , got right in. We preferred a booth but the hostess said it was not clean, all of them were dirty I guess. Then we asked to skip a table for social distancing and we were told there isn't a server for the table next to our table we ordered chips and salsa with queso cheese and the cheese was cold! Let me just say. Chili's is always THE place to absolutely devour some good food. If any of you don't have it, I'd recommend downloading their app. I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy spending like $5 for chips and salsa. So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with some steamed broccoli on the side. In my mind, it seemed like any old grilled chicken sandwich. But let me tell you, I was caught off guard with this thing. You know how you be watchin tv and the boring ol ads are playing, but then this one ad comes along and absolutely pelts you in the face with the amount of things happening on the screen? Yeah me too. That's what happened with this sandwich. As soon as I took a bite into it, I was hit with so many different flavors. First was the tanginess of the mayo/sauce, second was the savory bacon, third was the juicy tomato, and lastly was the creamy avocado. All these forces banded together to form a pretty good tastin sandwich. The broccoli is different story. When it comes to steamed broccoli, i expect it to have some moisture. Picture waking up on a nice Sunday morning where the sun is shining, birds are chirping, and the fresh dew is populating the green grass. I expect that sort of thing when it comes to properly steamed broccoli. Well let me just say, this broccoli was NOT like the morning grass. Instead, imagine spongebob when he decides to join sandy in her dome for lunch. A place that's sealed off from water. A sponge in a place void of ANY moisture. A place where the hot sun beats down on him as he pants and thirsts for water. That's what this broccoli was. I took a bite and questioned how long it had been steamed. Simply put, I could've had the broccoli steamed a liiiiitle bit longer. Overall, Chili's is still a fantastic restaurant to come together and enjoy some good food. Had a very good meal in the bar while we watched NCAA basketball. Their Two for Twenty menu is quite extensive. I had the chicken fajitas and hubby had the six ounce sirloin. Appetizer of onion rings -- excellent! My chicken was very good--tender and a good amount; however, the onions and peppers were not done enough for my liking. I liked the guac and everything else. Do not use the Chili's app for "call ahead seating". It is listed there and you get a text from Kokomo Chili's to check in when you arrive. We arrived and gave our name and were told the ipads do not recognize the waitlist from the app. We were told it would be 45-60 min wait as they were putting us last in line. We left and called to talk to the manager. While on hold, the recording said to save time in line, download the Chili's app. Ironic, because the manager said they can't get that off the recording. They only have 3 servers and they are busy because people got their stimulus checks. She blamed Covid...we left and were seated in five minutes at Olive Garden down the road. Went on a Sunday at 5pm with my husband. My husband ordered the ribs, 1/2 rack w fries, and since I wasn't very hungry I ordered a bowl of potato soup w a ceasar salad. First of all the silverware in the packages , the knives were covered with food! Gross! Had the server replace them. My salad was drenched in salad dressing so had them replace it with another w dressing on the side. My potato soup was a light orange, which I thought at first was the wrong soup. I guess it's because there is so much cheese in it that once it cooled a minute it was like nacho cheese sauce in a bowl. Inedible! I didn't say anything at that point I just didn't eat it. Great food and great staff. Unfortunately, they've had roaches for months. I personally saw the staff in the kitchen freaking out because a roach was in the kitchen. I also saw one months ago crawling on the booth across from us. I'm sure the food is safe but the roaches don't help the appetite. read more

For the restaurant category (Chain Restaurant), it's as good as it gets. Great food at this Kokomo location, only negative is the chips were a tad bit greasy and the guacamole could be a bit better.
