I ate here a couple of Fridays ago and boy was their service fast. I drove through rush hour traffic in the rain and ordered my usual: Burger with chicken tortilla soup, chips, & salsa. I also had the lemon drop margarita and it was excellent! I highly recommend it! The service was so fast, I basically got the soup right away, got my whole meal in 30 minutes, faster than any other Chilis. It was about 5:45/6 pm on a Friday night and I sat in the bar. Yesterday i stopped by to order some food to go (surf and turf) and had a drink as I'm waiting for my food after receiving my food i didn't check to make sure my order was correct i just finished my drink and left due to me having to head home when i got home and realized my food was not correct. Chili's never disappoints with many menu selections, and specials you just can't go wrong. Chili's is very accommodating with special menu requests and the food is always as ordered. The Quesadilla Explosion salad is amazing! A tasty combination of fresh chicken, tortilla strips and a quesadilla on side! The citrus-balsamic dressing is very flavorful and not spicy. My daughter loves fettuccine so we order the Cajun pasta minus the Cajun, it's so creamy and suits her needs. The smash burger, YUM! Our experience is based on our server. We went in a couple weeks ago on a Friday night. It was busy. Our server was an older gentleman with glasses. Even though he was waiting on multiple people he was very nice, polite and the service was prompt and efficient. He was very attentive. This was the first time I've gone there and the host was waiting for us at the door with menus in hand, yes, I said waiting for us!! We were sat, a young lady came and greeted us, got our drinks, took our order and then we had Logan as our server. He was very nice as well. I ordered the 3 for me $16.29 Cajun chicken pasta. On the menu it says shrimp, but she informed us we could get chicken and it was .70cents less; if that matters. It came with an iced tea or soda, if you want a marg it's $3.99 more, if you want the drink of the month it's $6 more, it also came with a choice of chips n salsa OR cup of soup OR side garden salad, you can upgrade to bowl of soup for $1! I got an iced tea and the cup of baked potato soup and the pasta. Hubs got a 22oz Dos XX for $6.59, the 3 for me with 3 chicken crispers and fries, iced tea, upgraded to bowl of baked potato soup We were so full, we had leftovers and ate it late last night while watching a movie. Posting this to get manager's attention, We used to always go to this restaurant and had great experiences, however, we went last about a year ago and gave them a gift card which had $25 and it was a transaction that ended up with me losing my full gift card balance. They took the card to that we used to pay with, to check the transaction went through but we wanted to adjust the tip because it accidentally tipped an extra 0 (a lot more than what we should've paid) They say okay let's retry the transaction by cancelling it, which DRAINED my entire card and I lost all $25! Manager said they won't do anything about it and to wait for a refund on the card. Waited months and months, nothing. The card company even says it went through. I have full PDF proof of the transaction and all, I won't be revisiting this Chili's until this issue is resolved. read more

this Food I was shocked. I went to Chili's with my mom all the time and we had this. I ordered it today. It was horrible. I was hungry so I had to eat some, but the pictures will tell you the mozzarella sticks were limp and greasy chicken did not taste fresh and the eggrolls were just like rolled up like real eggrolls not like they have in the picture. please get better. I was VERY pleased with my experience at this Chili's! We walked in and it was raining and packed. I fully expected the wait to be at least 20-30 minutes. To my surprise we were sat immediately. Our waiter Logan was at our table within a minute of us being sat ready to take our drink orders. His service was exceptional, it's been a while since I've had service like his at any restaurant. We were eating food within 25 minutes of walking into the building. We were not even there for an hour and we were already done and ready to pay. Went on 1/26/25 around 11am or noon. Would've given this 3 stars... but the ribs were really disappointing. Before I get to that, let me start at the beginning.... before going I joined the waitlist, when I got there, there was someone waiting in front of me, the host saw me but didn't acknowledge me and talked to the people waiting in front of me first which was fine, sat those people, and someone else came in and when the host came back, he didn't know who to attend first since he didn't acknowledge me when I first went in. When he finally helped me out, I told him I joined the waitlist and showed him my phone... he said "uhhh, we don't really do that here, but let me go look for a table" then walked off. Of course that made me look and feel stupid ‍ was finally sat luckily didn't have to deal with that host anymore, our server was quite nice... I got the triple dipper and got the hot mozz, sliders and ribs... Ribs were disgusting and almost inedible. Super dry, tasted like they were literally reheated and overheated in a microwave, you know that certain taste meat gets when you reheat it in the microwave, terrible... Tried the viral mozzarella sticks one with honey bbq and nashville hot. They have a sharable 6 version one but you can NOT do half and half sauces (idk why ridiculous) but they make u order the smaller version $12 each for 3 just to split the sauces. DOESNT MAKE SENSE BUT CHARGES YOU MORE. The shareable version is 6 sticks but u must choose ONE flavor only. I stopped here last night as I had a personal rider to drop off and pick up close by. I was looking for a place to watch the LA Kings versus SJ Sharks ice hockey game. I sat in the bar area here. The lady server Laura gave me excellent service! I did inform her that I don't drink alcohol and I am a driver. It was the quickest seat to take at this very busy location. This restaurant was super clean outside and inside! I had plenty of great food and drinks here for my money. I ordered from the 3 for Me menu. I got a strawberry lemonade with unlimited refills, a secret sauce burger with fries, and an enchilada soup. As an appetizer, I got my free chips and salsa as I am a Chili's junky apparently. I go here frequently, so on the rewards app, I always get free chips and salsa or a free regular fountain drink. This Chili's visit really hit the spot! I was able to eat, watch the game, and got my bill all in the right amount of time so I can pick up my rider. It was nice to see many people knowing and interacting with each other here. We came here on Sunday night for dinner. Even though there was football games going on, we were sat down within 5 minutes. Our server was Vero I believe. She was very nice. We ordered everything at once and there were no mistakes on our order. The food came out in a timely fashion. I did the 3 for me, which is such a great value for drink, appetizer and entree. More service staff please! My hubby went to this Chili's for lunch and was attended to by a woman working at the bar area. Minutes later she left to attend to a party of 7-8 patrons and a gentleman sat at the bar waiting for lunch service. My husband said he saw the man leave after waiting for 10 minutes because the poor woman working there BY HERSELF, couldn't help them all. She did a great job, but come on Chili's, you need more than one person to help the lunchtime crowd. read more

I get it, it's a restaurant chain, but at the same time my entire group left that night not too happy with our experience. Wednesday night, it was a 30-40 min wait to get a table, understandable and not too bad since there are shops within walking distance to look around at. Our server did her best to take our order, but we can see that she was fumbling around with the ordering tablet and wrote down half of our order on a notepad. When our food came out, mine and my friend's dishes were completely mixed up and missing things. Because of this, the manager came, apologized, and then said that our correct order would come out soon. My bro and his gf got their appetizers and food before we did and then finished their food before we even got ours, this was almost an hour later. Both my friend and I were pretty annoyed at that point, but whatever. I got the mango habanero chicken crispers and the sauce was just so sour and unappealing, I barely took a couple bites before getting really tired of it. The cherry on top was when the payment tablet on our table had issues splitting the bill. It wasn't until after we left that we realized we were double charged for the first round of mistaken orders. My friend called the restaurant and apparently it's going to take 7-10 business days for them to HOPEFULLY refund us. What a pain and totally not worth the visit or the food. read more

During a time when the service and hospitality industry is spread thin, it was amazing to see such genuine kindness and such attention to detail and sincerity from Bekah! Her demeanor, warmth and friendliness made us feel very welcomed! While our visit was not without any issues (our son's plain hamburger came with sauce...but mistakes happen) Bekah solved the issue right away and was so apologetic about it, even though it wasn't her fault! We were hoping to watch the Angels game and she was able to change the channel and put it on for us! Today we stopped by for a late lunch for my wife's Bday. Our server's name was Logan and was attentive, quick and super pleasant. Drinks: My wife had the Captains Castaway with an extra shot of Captain Morgan and I had the Presidente Margarita. Both just right. Cheers! Of late, my choice for food is the Fajita Trio: Shrimp, Beef and Chicken. Comes with Rice, beans and choice of tortillas. I always get the flour. They are not "home made" flour tortillas but they are still legit. Oh boy, I only wish they were home made...but anyway. Wifey had the smoke house combo with dry rubbed baby back ribs, fried chicken tenders, corn on the cob, fries, loaded mashed potatoes, Texas toast and jalapeno sausage. Bomba!! She loved it.
